Absolutely love this place! The employees are so friendly and the drinks are ON POINT! The atmosphere is always so lively and looking forward to afternoon meetings with clients next to their large open window that really provides a nice transition from indoors to outdoors.

It says they close at. 8 pm. Yet it is not even 7 pm and we can’t pick up our order. They refuse to come to door. Terrible service and communication

This chain has such a positive, helpful atmosphere. The staff was kjnd and courteous, and everybody was very polite. I would highly recommend going here! In the winter, coffee or hot chocolate is even more delicious! This is definitely, in my opinion, a five star place. Also, their peppermint hot chocolate is amazing!

Always love Starbucks. Tried new smoked butterscotch latte and honey almond flat white...will not order either again. Good service and nice spot so will keep coming back.

Hard to complain when it replaced an abandoned gas station. Yes, its a big chain, but it did fill a gap. Nice place to meet up, get some (strong) coffee or tea and see your neighbors. My only complaint would be they could use more seating (inside and outside). Staff is always friendly and orders are usually prompt (unless you hit it when school gets out, then stay away!)

Starbucks is an institution when it comes to coffee shops.Consistent taste, knowledgeable staff, efficient in their service to the client, the atmosphere is comfortable for a Parent and child to enjoy some rime together as much as a casual business meeting as much as a coffee with a date.This is a coffee shop and there is no feeling that you must get your coffee and get out.And thats why I look for Starbucks where ever I travel

The staff here is one of if not the best team of customer oriented, friendly, competent baristi in the brand. Extremely large volume of mobile orders and a tight parking lot for the location can create small delays during massive peak time rushes.. be warned that 2:30pm-3pm when nearby schools let out 40-50 Frappuchino-ordering kids will descend... Despite this one caveat of the location, this staff handles it all extremely well. Management is very in tune with staffing levels and ensuring even new employees are well trained. Drinks are made with precision​ and efficiency, all while maintaining a pleasant attitude focused to always make it right by the customer.

Starbucks is a place that doesnt rush you. You can sit on your laptop, read, do school work, and its very genteel staff will never tell you to leave!! The music is soothing, and comforting. Despite all these ridiculous commercials against the coffee and prices, it satisfies a large crowd!!!!!

Busy, and the parking lot is small but there is street parking. Still, a great location and when its less crowded, a good environment to sit with friends.

Its just your typical Starbucks. The parking lot is quite small and seems to be always full. The inside is kind of small compared to the other Starbucks locations Im used to. I think Ive just become spoiled by the drive through location in Walpole!

Your run off the mill Starbucks with everything any other location has. Its on the larger side but with limited seating. Most importantly, wait times are very substantially longer than any other shop in the area, at least twice as long.
