Great experience from start to finish. Glen was professional and curious throughout the entire process. The carpet on my stairs came out perfectly. He even went above and beyond to add flooring to a small landing area at the top of my stairs. I will definitely use FCI again and would recommend them to anyone.

Glens crew recently installed a vinyl floor in my kitchen . Glen was very helpful in the selection process. The installers he used were quick and they cleaned up any mess that was made, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had damage to our wood floors resulting from a leak of the water line to the ice maker. Our insurance company recommended Certified Flooring Network (CFRN) to do the repairs. CFRN assigned the work to Floor Coverings International, and Glen came by to assess the damage. Glen was courteous and responsive to our request for scheduling the repairs after our kids were out of school. Brian who did the work, was a skilled professional and did an excellent job. Overall, a very positive experience.
