Super unprofessional and they had very young people working there that didn’t have customer service experience. I probably won’t be back. My simple order was not a breeze at all.

OfficeMax tends to have some specialized products that you just cant find in other retail stores. Most everything can be found for less money online,but when you need something in 20 minutes and cant wait two days for Amazon to get it to you do what you gotta do. Prices are quite high on most everything, but the service is better than average as far as retail goes.

Having been there numerous times theres always been someone helpful. Ive noted at least three different supervisors at different times have been available and all feel like they really want to help. On occasions where Ive asked a question that A salesperson could not answer, they willingly called someone else the story who was the resident expert. Teamwork seems to be alive and well.

Went in for printer ink. There was no reference guide, tried to look it up on phone, poor signal. Was there about 15 minutes, was the only one in the store and nobody offered any help. Three employees just stayed up front chatting it up. Couldnt find what I was looking for, so I left. Had a better cell signal outside, logged into Amazon and got want I needed. Why did I bother going into a store!!

I went to this location for the first time today to get my portfolio printed (very large document). This first time there was a miscommunication between me and the print center associate, Dakota. However for the second print he worked with me to try multiple different paper types until we found the perfect one. He and the assistant manager Ben even put in extra effort to make the paper type I needed work despite the fact that at first it wasnt going properly through the printer. I would definitely recommend this location, and especially Dakota and Ben, to help you with your printing needs.

This OfficeMax store is located at 7266 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Mechanicsville, Virginia. While there is another location closer to our house, we have visited this store occasionally over the last decade and have purchased all types of office and school supplies here. When they have a sale their prices smash other simialr stores in the Route 360 area, and their service is good too.OfficeMax is where we have gone for all of our Back To School sale needs. Only place I go to when we have a printer ink emergency and dont have the time to order online.Nice folks. Great prices when they have sales. Good location.

They have copiers that will print directly from a usb drive. That makes it very convenient if you dont have your own laser printer. They offer faxing service here as well.

Ryan was awesome in his assistance and he let me know, so gently, that a spider was crawling on me. How awesome is that - he prevented a meltdown from a customer and for that I am truly appreciative . Thanks again Ryan. You showed true professionalism.

This place is empty. There is hardly any inventory out, employees didnt even acknowledge me, and it was hard to find even the simplest items.

Busy copy and office print center. One person working the copy counter. And three other employees standing around watching.Not a very efficiently ran store.Here again at OfficeMax, one guy at copy center working on large internet orders. And five people in line and has not even acknowledge any of us yet. 15 minutes waiting. Seriously need more employees at copy counter...
