Had a horrible experience. Went in to get signed up for a Sallys card since I have my license. The lady said she didnt know how to do that. She proceeded to take my license # & my info when she said she couldnt understand me So finally I get what Im looking for while shes watching me the entire time. She clearly didnt have a clue on what she was doing & not to mention very unfriendly atmosphere. I will not be returning to this location!

I went here on May 11 around 6pm. Awful, awful experience. We walked in and the door was wide open with the associate smoking a cigarette right beside the open door. I picked out my items and then went to the counter. The employee was still smoking a cigarette outside of the open door and on facetime on her phone. After waiting a few minutes standing at the counter my husband finally had to ask her and interrupt her call and she came inside to ring us up. It was beyond ridiculous. Being on the phone outside when you should be working is bad enough, but also smoking and having it blow directly in the store while we are waiting? I will never come back to this location.

Website and door says out open at 9am its 916am and the doors are locked, lights on, truck on the floor, and no workers in sight. Dont advertise you will be open when you havent even unlocked the door. Worst location.

Horrible customer service.The employee was watching videos on her phone, and talking on the store phone at the same time. Didnt ask anyone if they needed any help. Went to check out, she proceeded to talk on the phone to someone else about how she didnt want to be there. Rudely told the customer in front of me that our membership cards werent being excepted.

Went by on Sunday needed to pick up a few items and found a note on door. The note said be back in 30 minutes,I went somewhere else and they lost a sale. What happened to work hours?

Not Open! Sign shows open at 9am M-Sat. Nope! Waited until 9:15. Still not open! Went somewhere eles.
