I needed something quick. Target got it pulled and filled within 45 minutes.Saved me a ton of time. So nice and very efficient.

This is my favorite TARGET store. It is close to home and, as an awesome bonus, I am able to use the CVS pharmacy to get all my prescriptions filled and my flu shots. 👍😃👍😃The store is very well maintained and has a very good selection of quality products at excellent prices. Checkout is always quick and I always find what I am looking for.

Im sorry for this target for there saddest 2 employees, Ive seen and I do commerial flooring .One being security and one Customer service 4.57, return of playstation controller .It took me 4 times as much time to find customer servicevas it did for yall to stop your conversation and do my return, think about someone else before yourselves, Customer service, what a joke

Poor Customer Service! Boyfriend and I went Friday evening to get new bathing suits and then started looking at the bikes... There were no tags with pricing so we asked an associate for some assistance.. Long story short, the gentleman JORDAN was angry he had to help us and ended up walking away and stuck us the middle finger. VERY disappointed in the situation and the management at this Target. DO. BETTER.

When I asked if I could see a shirt on a mannequin because it was the only one in the store, 2 employees stopped what they were working on to be able to assist me. Unfortunately it was too small, but I appreciated their time and assistance.

There are never enough sale associates and customer services are simply awful. I went to target to pick up my online items and this young Asian guy was being very rude. I was standing at the online pickup station for 5 minutes and no one showed up until I had to ask this person for help. Ive never seen a store associate literally said to a customer, what do you need? With angry expression on his face until this guy. The store managers need to train their associates better. This would be my first and last time I will visit this Target.

Higher prices on everything I normally purchase. I compared receipts from 2 months apart. The availability of items that the website says in stock were not in stock

When I first got into kpop I came to target to get albums and it was good at first, but now i’m not so sure. Me now being a multi-stan it’s hard because there aren’t many options to choose from, and most of the albums there I have already bought and there’s barely anything new. I would appreciate if you would expand your album section with more groups like Stray kids, ATEEZ, etc. so there is just a wider variety to choose from. Please Target don’t disappoint.😩🛐

I am surprised at how low the prices are. I dont usually shop at target, but I will now. The pickup service was always so much faster than what I am used to elsewhere, and the gentleman was very friendly.

Never disappointed!!! My pick up items are always picked in a timely manner and the employees are courteous and quick to bring the order out! Plus today the gentleman told me there was a free gift in with my purchase!!! Which was chocolate baking morsels with a couple recipe cards!!! Thank you Target!

Like the store cleanliness, how you have signs about wearing masks, floor markings and hanging signs in the store to help with traffic flow and check out directions. You have lots of staff helping to direct people. Loved how the conveyor belt was wiped down before I put my things on it (in between myself and the previous customer), that the cashier was wearing gloves and the big shield between us. Youve thought of everything to keep us safe and healthy. Thank you for going to all this extra measures to make sure I keep feeling safe enough to return. =)

When compared to other local and similar, brick and mortar establishments in just a one mile radius, Target consistently comes in first. I can still move freely through the isles, even when the store is crowded with other shoppers. Generally, the clothing is straightened, neat and sizes are easy to find. Shelves are not so overstocked with merchandise that it continuously falls on the floor. Carts are clean, in good repair, easy to maneuver and push. I can always find someone to help me. Employees are kind and attentive. The store looks and feels clean each and every time I walk through the doors. Parking lot is always in good repair making it easy to push cart to the car and unload without cart rolling down the hills. Parking spots are generous in size compared to others. Using the Red Card, I pay the same prices as offered by competitors. But, I’ll pay more or go without than have to shop at some of the other stores in the area.

This target is very well organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I come here several times a week for groceries as well as household items and clothing. They have good deals on electronics too and always offer price matching, so you know you are getting the best deals. I enjoy using the circle app, there are always great deals on it. I also love the curbside pickup.

Seem like there was a long line for self checkout. I went to the back of the store to get some grocery items, came back to the front and did not have to wait long at all in the line for self checkout. A lady at the customer service desk called me up and I was in and out of target in no time. A nice lady customer helped me to find the grocery items that I was looking for. She was looking for the same thing. Apple juice.

Its always clean and things are in place where I can find them. The staff is always nice and pleasant. There is always someone nearby welcoming me. The parking lot is safe and clean. The prices are also very good. I do a lot of shopping at this Target.

Had a very rude customer experience at this location! the young lady at the clothing section was very rude and unhelpful. When we asked for a manager she claimed that one was not on the clock and that she did not have much time for us. I will not be returning as there are many more professional and friendlier targets around the Richmond area.

I shopped in Target during this whole pandemic crisis because they seemed to truly care about the health and safety of their employees and shoppers. However today I was in line to check out and the attendant told me I could go to the self service register that had just opened. I said to the attendant that told me to go on to the register that it had not been cleaned as I was accustomed to this store doing, but she immediately told me that they only clean the self service checkout devices once every hour. I was shocked as to why they had come up with this schedule. So sad!Well I have a very sick husband undergoing cancer treatments and the cases of the COVID 19 are increasing by 1500 cases per day in Virginia. I will not be going back into this store.

I was shopping for shipt and myself . I had two packs of lysol wipes. lady snatched it from me and asked me if i read the sign. I told her I was adding on an item for my customer and I wante done for myself while Im working and she told me no.

Cleanliness and friendliness

Don’t come here in the afternoon it’s crowded filled with screaming children. Couldn’t wait to get out of there so glad I wore a mask and a face shield can’t imagine having to work their with all the germs in the air for 8 plus hours.

I’ve always loved target. Always will. Tonight really won me over. My 2 year old got her two middle fingers stuck in the bottom of the cart. Targets employees tried to help me get it out and when they wouldn’t budged called the fire department. It took some time but they eventually got them out without any harm! The woman from target offered me Starbucks and gave my daughter popcorn, candy, and offered her plenty more. So professional and caring. Can’t get this kinda service everywhere!

When using curbside pickup youre always missing items. I dont understand why its so hard to ensure your order is complete before bringing it out to your car.

No associates could be found other than the cashiers so if you need help you will have to wait a while

Easy and efficient

As someone with retail experience, I really want to give them 5 stars. I know a couple people who work there who always do their thing but then theres a lack of apathy from the remainder. The store is always fairly clean. A good, but not great store. They need to work on friendliness with the customers for SOME of the workers there. When I got checked out the guy said less than 10 words and ignored me when I was just asking how it going, and I know that it can be draining talking to people all day but please put some effort in. Besides that it was a fast checkout.

Nothing to do inside, just give your name, and they go get your gift.

You are the only store that sells the So Delicious coconut milk vanilla creamer. I drive out of my way to go to this location. And since it’s Target, I can always find other items I need.

I really loved the convenience of the online order for pickup at this store. I was able to return an item and pick up an item at the same time without the need to get back in another line. Workers were kind as well.

Poor customer service doesn’t even begin to describe what I experienced at this Target! Stephanie was rude, abrasive, answered her personal cell phone during our transaction and then tried to cheat me out of my money by ringing the item up at the wrong price! Buyer beware stay away from this Target!

Finding where to pick up my items was not clear.

I hate Target and only go there when no where else has what I need. Then you have one cashier open, that has someone with a cart full and I have 2 bags of chips (plus customer service cashier has someone in her line), so I go to self check. My total was $5.13, I put in $10.13. First, it spits one penny back out and then gives me $4.99 in change. I needed a $5. I go to customer service and she tells me theres nothing she can do I should have gone to a register. Thats NO WAY to do business! Your machine screwed up and I cant get it fixed. I had to give someone that $5 bill (and couldnt give them $4 and change. Ill be going less than I did.

Never anyone to check u out at register. Self checkout is good for a few items but not more than 10 items or less. Always boxes and carts down the rows so u cant get down them . The workers most are rude and always joking and playing around.

The womans restroom was HORRIBLE. Worst experience ever. it was totally filthy. Worst than an outhouse. SMELLED AND LOOKED LIKE A ZOO. I brought it up to 3 workers and they all pushed me off to someone else. Im not sure if it was ever addressed?

The cashier stepped away to help a self checkout customer while I had my hand out with my cash handing it to her to pay for my items. And that was after I had already explained my frustration that another store called them to see if they can locate these specific oreos and have them held at the front of the store. But supposedly they couldnt find them. But I still went to the store myself and they were exactly where all the other oreos were at. She seemed unbothered by any of my concerns and then dissed me as nothing while trying to hand the money like I could wait. After all I have been to 4 target stores looking for this specific item. Chester va, willow lawn (Richmond central), brook road (Virginia center commons) and now mechanicsville store which Im happy I finally got my items but this was the worst of any target store ever with them not actually looking for my item and then the cashier what she did to me was very rude and unprofessional. This mechanicsville va store needs to be evaluated.
