AWFUL!!!!! They cant get it together at all. Waited many months to receive a product only to have it come in damaged and incorrect as well.The replacement which came in later then expected was also damaged and...missing many, many parts and with incorrect springs that wouldnt even lift the door. Getting any information is almost impossible. Trying to contact anyone but the sales rep IS impossible.They deserve no stars at all....
