The woman answering the phone is extremely rude. Left a message a week ago for a call back and got no call back and when I get a hold of her all she ask is what do you want me to do about it. I asked I dont know what to do. My product blew off the front end and one of the baffles is lost. She said she could have a technician call me but its unknown when the technician can call back. I asked if it would be hours days weeks months years she said yes it could be. Quality of their products is low. Only other things she said I could do was go to the website and follow the directions to send it in for repair. And they would contact me with a cost to repair. I asked if I had to go through an FFL and she said follow the directions on the website. The impression I get is once they have your money they care nothing for you. No offer of real help. And make you feel more like an inconvenience for calling.

As someone from out of town from Memphis, I met my cousin and we went around looking at guns and ammo. We found this place, clearly marked as a gun shop on Google. We find it after some trouble. We go through the front gate, which isnt marked either. Front door is locked so we start to walk away. A disheveled woman opens the door and asks what we want. Like we are a burden. We tell her we are looking for some ammo and she rudely tells us that the place is a gun manufacturer and it clearly says that on the gate which it doesnt. So we leave not looking for a confrontation or to get into an argument with Karen. After we leave she shuts the gate behind us. I dont know what they manufacture but I can assure you with an attitude like that I would never buy anything they produce. Worst first introduction anyone could have.

First time I used the 11B it ate itself. I had to send it back for repairs. They repaired it ok but they are not a good product. Ive been waiting for over 11 months now for a 1/2 x28 piston. No reason for the back order. I wish I had never bought this suppressor.

Do not buy there stuff I got one and put 2 magazines throw it and the piston got bent and it was tight on the gun and thay would not do anything about it so I had to pay to get it fixed myself and thay told me its like when you buy a car when you drive it off the lot its yours I cant believe a company would treat a customer like that
