I love this store ! I have been doing business with this store for years now. I’ve watched staff come and go. The GM you have now amazing . Stephany went out of her way to take care of me on several occasions. From being understanding when I had surgery and missed a payment to special ordering items to match my complicated taste . Crooks...the whole rent to own idea is just a scam...put $1400 into furniture just to have it repossessed because of 2 weeks non payment...came in with the money to get it back 3 weeks after repo and they sold everything on Facebook the same week they repossessed it...broke my water line hooking up washer and refused to fix it...Stephanie said it wasnt her problem and hung up on me...most difficult person Ive ever had to deal with...this place is a joke and should be shut down...I liked a few of the staff...good genuine people who really deserve a better job...I dont care how desperate I get for new furniture I will NEVER make this mistake again.

Ive had my appliances and furniture for a week now and absolutely love it. I did need my dryer door reversed and they had it done the next day. I would recommend Rent One to anyone over Rent a Center or Aarons any day!!

At first I thought it was going to be great, I thought we were getting brand new living room furniture, and end table, and coffee table. Until they showed up I realized it used. I was still ok with it, just had to adjust price. The tables were filthy which I cleaned up, the couch and crumbs all in it and not after 15 minutes of them leaving did i see some bugs on the couch and tables. I killed them instantly and realized it was bed bugs!!!!!! I immediately called them back and told them to come get it now! I cant get the couch out of my house but I pulled everything else out and put it on my lawn. Now Im just praying I dont infested with them!

Still not sure after being a customer for over 15yrs. The past 6 months the treatment of customers was horrible. The store is a rent to own however the store management treated customers like they were loan sharks demanding, harassing and even threatening at times. If store management continues to treat people this way they will lose customers. They can talk to you any way they want but if you try to defend or stand up to the bullying then they demand their stuff back legal threats made and then it becomes a big hassle for no reason. If this continues then honestly after being a customer for over 15yrs Id rather take my business somewhere else. Hope things improve soon or Im out when I pay it off.

Do NOT rent from this place! We rented a fridge, stove, and a dryer. The appliances had roaches in them and they did not want to do anything to solve the problem but yet all they offered was to come out and pic the stuff up. They are rip offs and jerks!
