Although the video on their website states that their technicians carry several different springs on their trucks, they do not carry ANY extension springs on them. I explained when I scheduled the appointment that I had a broken extension spring. Now I’ve wasted a day off from work and will have to re-schedule. They can’t come back the same day and fix it. No thanks!! I called a competitor of theirs and they will fix the problem for $170 instead of the $370 quoted by Precision.

Excellent customer service. Chatted with someone on their website to set up an appt. They said they could come the next morning. I wasnt in a rush, so scheduled appt a couple of days out. They gave me a 2 hour window, and they were here near the beginning of that window. Alex called to let me know when he was 10 minutes out. Alex went over my options, and saved me a lot of money. Very happy with his work.

Technician called ahead, and was courteous, conscientious, and on time for the appointment.However, I was VERY displeased when after his assessment he quoted a price for replacing my broken torsion spring that was nearly 5 times the ballpark quote ($150dollars) I was given over the phone.He explained that they never replace just one spring, and they also replace the torsion tube’s bearings. None of that was mentioned on the initial phone call. I ended the visit paying a $70 dollar service call. I told the technician he needs to let whomever know that they were very misleading on their initial contact with me as a potential client!Zero stars!UPDATE: Justin (the owner) called me and apologized for the circumstances involved in my experience with their company, and will follow up with backend staff to take corrective steps to avoid a situation like this. He is also refunding my service call charge. Thank you for making this right after all, and for the promptness for doing so.

Joe Shuffield came out to look at an issue with my lights not coming on. After checking he told me it was the the circuit board and at the age of my door, if I wanted to fix it, it would be better to just replace the opener. We werent ready for that, since it still does the main function of opening the door. However not wanting to waste his time, my other garage door needed to have the um....... rubber thingy ... across the bottom of the door replaced. He had everything he needed in his truck and did a great job. So I didnt get what I called for (yet) but was able to take care of other issues. He also reset my keyboard and did a safety check on both doors.

Got a quote very quick, the install was quick and done very well. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I recommend these guys for any garage door needs. Excellent job all the way around!

So appreciate the service that I got today from precision door. They were on time completed the Job in a timely manner. Gave me three estimates, completely explained each one. After completing the job he found certain things did not have to be replaced and deducted them from the amount agreed on. The technicians were scheduled to come out today to install a new door and opener. They gave me a heads up this morning as they were on the way. Chandler and Carmichael did an excellent job installing the Door and Opener, showed me how they worked and showed me the features. After they were done, they did an excellent clean up job. Good quality product too.

Needed our garage door repaired.Called them on a Saturday, and James came out during the time frame we had requested (between 12-2pm...he arrived at 12pm) on the following Monday.He didn’t try to sell us on things that didn’t need to be done. Chandler and Carmichael came to repair our garage door after it came off the track and was hanging over my wifes car. I called on a Friday afternoon thinking I couldnt get someone here till Monday. I was shocked to hear someone could be here between 4 and 6 that day. I received a call from Chandler just before 4 telling us they would be a little late. They were here just minutes after 6. They showed me the problem and gave me an option to replace my 17 year old door. They were some of the most professional young men we have dealt with in several years. We had our existing door repaired till we could get our new door installed. It was on a Friday after 7 when we finished. How many repair guys do you know that would work that late and never left till we were 100% satisfied. We could use a few more like them.

I dont have definite proof but none of our vehicles leak. After service I saw this in the driveway. Not cool.

Door came off the tracks on my way out for work on a Monday morning, terrible start to my week. I managed to get it mostly closed on my own, but bent the track and caused some additional damage to the door. Door was 20 years old and aluminum was already cracking in places. Called Precision Door after arriving to work and they had Alex meet me at home at 5PM once I got off work. He quickly repaired the door and got it working again, but I knew it would be best to go ahead and replace the entire door because of the cracks and how it was sagging in the middle so I inquired about the cost for replacement. I was suprised to find the cost for basic door much lower than expected. I was thinking i would have to spend at least $1500 and this was not the case. Alex came out 4 days laters and replaced it all in about 2 hours. Brand new door and quiet as can be! 5 stars for quick response to my initial issue and very reasonable prices!! Plus we got a 3 year warranty free of charge on door and parts. Will highly recommend and use them again if needed. Thanks guys!!

Fast service, had a heavy duty spring that broke in two locations at our business. Technicians replaced the spring and completed the work timely. For service call and materials, pricing was not a surprise and thought to be reasonable from our view; especially since we know whats in a service call base fee. Technicians seemed to be professional in person and over the phone. Door works again and we are satisfied. We would recommend Precision Door and use them again ourselves.

Great service. Repair was taken care of promptly. Would have rated higher but they were very over priced. Replaced 2 door springs and a cable which is less than 100.00 in parts quoted me 499.00 after arriving. I could have said no and looked elsewhere but they were already there and I needed my garage door repaired. Looks like their labor rate is around 400.00 per hour.
