10-25-21. Convenient location just off of I90 in Maumee. Very clean store filled with all your food needs. Including, deli, bakery, and prepared meals. Kroger in Maumee should be embarrassed by the management of this store. Was there a few days ago. Two isles blocked by boxes, couldn’t get through. Felt horrible for a woman in a wheelchair, who’s wheelchair hit a bunch of boxes in another area that were just stacked up.Basically store is a mess, and management has to take blame.Also selection of items were very limited, which I sort of understand, but dirty store has nothing to do with limited items.Cashier was very personable, and I feel for him having to deal with ineptness.

When I come here I never have a bad experience. For this area its a good size store but at times a wish it sold clothing like the krogers in Perrysburg.This store has a wide variety of items for purchase along with a flower shop and Ive always found everyone to be polite and friendly. Theres also a Starbucks in the store.Handicap parking and easy access to the entrance.I have no problems with this store and highly recommend it.

I like this Kroger because its very large and has a quite the variety of foods. I like Mediterranean foods and they have a large selection. Plus they have sushi which Im always interested in. the aisles are quite wide and ample parking and easy access from the main thoroughfare

Krogers always has good deals, and most of everything you are looking for. This one has a Starbucks in it also

As a long-term Kroger customer at various locations, this one took me by surprise. Both the parking lot and store were filthy! Does the store own a broom? Does anyone care? Both the store manager and district manager(s) should be sacked! A weekly walk through is needed for this location. Why customers are expected to put up with grubby, soiled aisles is beyond comprehension! This location needs more training in basic store hygiene.

The employees are wonderful, but Ive had too many friends that have worked at this Kroger and had a terrible time with management. I dont want to put my money towards a place that mistreats its employees, especially since they are the hardest workers. I hope this Kroger gets its act together, but until then I am taking my business elsewhere.

This store is clean and well maintained. Everyone was super helpful. K rogers always have great deals for my family from the big k soda to the buy one get one free meats. They always have 10/10$ Items. I stopped at this location on my way home from a work luncheon. This location is very nice!

Poorly stocked and not very clean. I live about 3 minutes from the Maumee Kroger’s and I hate shopping here. Today, handwritten signs said “deli closed” and most of the things I wanted were very sparse or not available. . ( pudding cups, Redi-Whip, Deli)I keep thinking it will get better but after one year, it has declined drastically. The pharmacy is even worse! Phone rings off the hook and usually, no one answers. When they do, they rush you off the phone with vague answers and no resolution. I will go another block to Meijer’s from now on.

From a young man who was bringing the grocery carts in who got me a motorized wheelchair because Im broken to the managers of the store whos just a rock star! This is got to be the best grocery store in America and Ive been everywhere to seeing everything done everything done it twice if I like it lol z this is a good store shop here if you can you can be doing yourself a favorite especially if you need the manager any one of which will do they have three theyre all to die for so if you get the chance to pay somebody a compliment please do ask for the manager theyll certainly give you the time

This Will Be An Old Review, Ive not been able to get out Maumee or Ohio for a few years. I like shopping here The store is clean, looks nice, easy to shop and has a decent selection as well as a few different items here that their local competitors dont carry I find this store to be a little pricey but the customer service here is pretty good .When I lived in the Pacific Northwest I shopped at grocery chain called Fred Meyer. Its owned by Kroger. Bolth stores sometimes have interesting sales on items to. The difference between the two is Fred Meyer is A LOT more expanded they have departments that sell various items that would take awhile to list Its kind of like Meijer but in some ways a little better but also little pricier than Meijer. ( I think all 3 store are good in their own way.)What I found really odd between Kroger and Fred Meyer was the ground beef from Kroger tasted so bland and flavorless but the ground beef from Fred Meyer is excellent in fact the Fred Meyer stores in the area I lived in the Pacific Northwest had an established reputation of one the best places to buy meat. If Kroger and FredMeyer are the same corporation this seems to be quite a contrast with what Im guessing might be this corporations meat suppliers in different areas of the US ? Of course this was a few years ago dont know if anything is different.

This store is an excellent place to shop as long as you go in when grams not working he is a complete jerk

Horrible pickup experience. My order was to be ready 4 - 5 then I received a text that said 5 to 6 it would be ready. I went there and I was told none of the orders were ready and was given no time. Why offer this service if you cant get the job done? Also columns are too close between spots, I hit one and did damage to my right front bumper. Thanks Kroger. That is probably $400 to get that fixed. I will go back to the Waterville store since I dont have issues there.

Multiple times now that the Kroger grocery no contact pickup has been delayed. I end up cancelling since I cant pick up the following day when it will finally be ready. Once was even without a phone call and we waited in the car line for 15 mins before being told. Dont use the Kroger pick up here. Never on time.

Absolutely awful will not be going here again! Ordered a grocery pickup a whole day in advanced. Was called an hour before my pick up time (12pm) to be told it wouldn’t be ready and they would call me when it was. Checked my app and it said it was in fact ready for pick up at 6pm. Come to pick up and it was chaos. Everyone coming at once for orders and sat for over an HOUR waiting to get my order. I only do the pick up because it is hard to grocery shop in a pandemic with 5 children. Maybe there needs to be some new adjustments to this process if this is how it’s going to be run.

The manager (click list) I interacted with was very rude and had no interest is providing customer service. However, after being contacted about this experience the corporate office provided great customer service.

Easy to pick dozens of wrong prices here. Picture is of scallops, marked at $5.99 but ring up almost $10 more. Everytime I go, they refuse to check or correct the prices. Worst experiences ever.Edit: thought Id give them another chance. Prices were wrong on over half of my order. The young cashier I had was indifferent to the wrong prices. I hate Walmart but at least they gave the courtesy to do a price check.

I hadnt been to a Kroger in years, and Ive always enjoyed my previous experiences. This Kroger lived up to those memories with friendly staff and plenty of shopping options. They sell Boars Head deli meat, which has always been one of my favorite brands. They have a great selection of their own brand groceries, and that helps save money.

The young man working in the frozen foods aisle was kind enough to reach the yogurt on the top back shelf for me! This is an easy Kroger to navigate..... Unlike the ones with clothes and furniture! Natural/organic foods are clearly marked!

A grocery store that has just about everything at mostly reasonable prices. Once they settle on a layout and stick with it navigation will be easy as well. Employees are always helpful and pleasant.

I love this stores set up! They have the natural/organic foods in their own section. The other locations have all the foods mixed together which makes things difficult to find. Plus this store has a larger variety of the natural/organic foods than the other Kroger stores!

The pharmacy is super slow and loves to close early! So plan ahead for that. Other than that the store is well maintained and the regular staff is very helpful. Starbucks being inside is a plus and the bakery is the best! Ask for Mary!

This kroger is my absolute favorite location to shop! I can find everything so easily and the employees are there if you need help and can’t find something. The employees are so nice—I, unlike so of the other reviewers, have never had a problem with the employees being rude. This is why I love this kroger—the store is clean, the set-up is nicely laid out, and the employees are so nice!

I love this Kroger location.Im used to the smaller locations so the expansion that theyve implemented with this location always amazes me.It feels like family-friendly Walmart. Not that Wallys World isnt family friendly. It just feels more welcoming.The tone is softer and the employees seem eager to greet you.Ive yet to leave without an employee engaging in a conversation about something with me.Others may have had different experiences but mine have always been pleasant regardless of the hour of day.

I have to say that this place is the most racially profiled place Ive been in quite awhile. If you are of color be prepared to be watched/followed around by plain clothes loss prevention personnel. I visited this store twice and had the same experience but on different days. While I was there I was monitored by surveillance cameras while shopping because they announced it over the PA systems both times while shopping there. My attire is rather professional so to think that had anything to do with is absurd. Whilst they continue to look at individuals like me in that manner and I have come to patronize their store. The person that they think arent stealing all the while is taking for all they got and getting away with it! Lol I wont be spending my money here anymore. The only reason I went back was to return what I bought previously for this reason right here. My hard earned money is my power and I dont like feeling like Im looked at like a thief just because Im of color. So I will take my power so where else where I feel better respected as equal patron as everyone else.

Dont order delivery! I did not receive a 22$ box of of wine in my order. Every substitute he made was the most expensive one. I Showed the delivery guy my id and everything, but no wine when unpacked. It was on the final reciept, i paid for it. When calling this store about my stolen wine they said they couldnt do anything! They said My order was brought to me by instacart not kroger even though every e-mail corespondance said Kroger on the headder not instacart. So some kid steals my wine and you guys dont care....not cool guys. First time ordering and now my last!!!!! DO NOT ORDER YOUR YOUR FOOD VIA DELIVERY YOU WILL GET HAD! I CANT afford to be stollen from and i cant shop with my horrible immune system.

Amazing selection! Since Kroger owns Giant Eagle, they need to turn all if the Giant Eagles into Kroger stores. Kroger has 10 times the selection. . .easily!

Krogers has become a marginally upscale grocery store. Good deli and and self serve ready salads and soups, good cheese counter with good selection and helpful cheesemonger. Wine tastings at select times during the week. Very good produce section.

This is our favorite store to shop for groceries! Meats and deli are fresh. We always stock up on sodas and staples.

This Kroger has good product and outstanding service. The only negative is the very limited and old seafood. Some other Krogers have fresher and more seafood selection but none have the seafood offerings and quality that Giant Eagle has.

Convent and prices are reasonable.

I used reusable shopping bags only to have a clerk verify the coupons and act like I was trying to steal something. Never going back! Im not a thief and dont appreciate being treated as such when Im with my family grocery shopping! Also, extremely inefficient self-checkout employees that need more training. The young woman in their flower section was extremely helpful.

Staff went above and beyond for us. One pharmacist made additional extra phone calls in a timely manner to make things happen for me when I had an allergic reaction. Then I took my 7 yo daughter for a flu shot. Pharmacist was super kind to her and she asked to always get her flu shots at that Kroger for the following years. He even took extra time and attention to use a shot blocker and it barely hurt her! I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Great store if you shop for yourself. If you rely on clicklist, choose another Kroger. Ive had consistently bad experiences with clicklist at this location. The amount of time spent waiting on an order to come out defeats the purpose of saving time by ordering ahead and picking up.

It was kind of fun, they have this new scanning system. I told them I would find everything wrong with it. And I did! Glad to help! I would have given it 5 Stars except Krogers prices are still not that great and, this is a big thing for me, kind of an insult actually, they did away with the senior discount stating their prices were already low enough. Their prices are as low as competing supermarkets like Meijer and Walmart. Ill give them five stars when their prices are that good.

The grocery conveyor belts were filthy on one isle. Went to another and that one was wet, greasy and filthy. Asked why male cashier stated they were very busy and didnt have time to wipe conveyor down. I do not wish to place the groceries I buy on filthy conveyor

Produce had a lot of out of stock items. Frozen veggies were such a mess I couldnt find the green beens. Cashier pretty much had me bag and put my own groceries in my cart. Then when I got home I noticed the hamburg buns go out of date tomorrow. Sadly they were already tasting stale. Wish we had other actual grocery store options. Great news though, milk was $1.29 a gallon! Yay

BEST Store and Customer Service EVER!! I have been with that store since they were on Glendale and although I didnt like the vastness of this Krogers at first, the store is truly great and EVERYONE working there has been nothing but wonderful!! Its my go-to place and I go there often!

Its Kroger. It has all the stuff that Kroger has. If you want the best prices on produce and veggies in Maumee/South Toledo, A better place to go is Monettes market on Glendale (but I heard one is going to up in Maumee.) Kroger now has the scan and bag device, which is really convenient. It even has a GPS on it, so when you need help you push a button and an employee finds you. But its just another way that capitalism is taking away jobs and outsourcing the tech stuff.
