I got busy & wasn’t able to do the online review from my sales receipt. I wanted to say that I had the most wonderful experience shopping @ Fallin Timbers a week ago. Yvonne was my Cashier & she truly was the kindest & most helpful lady. I’ll shop there again soon just because of her! The rest of the staff was very friendly too & the store is beautiful and very organized. 5 stars!!!

Other than some construction on the curb cuts and sidewalk this store has what I need at decent prices. Plus its easy for me to get around with my wheelchair and not get stuck in narrow isles.

Terrible experience Signs said buy two get one free 24-26 dollars, and because tags were not all same color they would not honor it. Thought you had to honor your signage, very 😞

The lines were awful. There were hardly any clothes. But custome service was good.

A pushy sales clerk tricked me into signing up for their credit card. I have many membership and discount cards, so I thought it was one of those. After all... while making her pitch she never once mentioned the words credit card. Not once. I figured that part out when I got to the register and spoke with a different clerk. So this isnt entirely the fault of my naivete. That was over a week ago. I didnt care about making complaints then because I was shopping for formal attire for a funeral and couldnt have cared less about anything else. Now that Im in a better mood... seething anger... I would like find the person in upper management who encourages the retail clerks to engage in this fraudulent behavior... and throttle them by the neck.

My family and I were there to go to the portrait studio. My back began to hurt due to chronic lower back pain. A woman from the jewelry counter I believe her name was Mary; helped me out immediately. She got me a stool, offered me water and found out information for me for a chair rental. Her kindness really moved me. Reminds me there are still kind hearted people still around.

Come to this location with my Grandma who is 85 years old looking for a new winter coat. We asked for help from an extremely kind employee (I believe her name was Lauryn??)We didnt end up finding a coat that worked for my grandma (she was getting tired - long day). But Lauryn was beyond helpful and even waited with my grandma while I pulled my car up to the building.I highly recommend coming here to shop! Thank you kind employee from the womens department for all your help.

I went to Penny’s at Fallen Timbers for black out drapes and I think the person who helped me was Ted but the Associate’s number is 0021. And I am a senior citizen, I forgot to get a shopping cart. Not only did he help me to find the exact drapes I needed but he carried the drapery rod out to the car for me. I bought drapes for my bedroom 20 years ago and they are as beautiful today as they were the day I bought them. So thank you young man.Kathleen Brandes

Ive had my hair styled at the JCPenney salon for over 25+ years. Steve, Anne, Chris & Mona are highly skilled! Ive seen great gel nails done here. The new stylist are patiently trained and the senior staff are very helpful!

Great experience at the Fallen Tibers store location. I ordered items online and was able to pick within 10mins. They sent a phone reminder of my order...I browsed the store a bit and there was much on sale. Clerks present were very helpful and courteous. Store was vert clean and uncluttered. They have some great clearance sales going on right now.

I am a very big fan of JCPenney stores! The staff are very accommodating and helpful. They really go out of their way to make sure they try to get you whatever youre looking for! The parking lots are clean, well-lit, and I feel safe walking back and forth to the store from my vehicle. Inside the store the aisles are spacious, lots of bright light, and mannequins dressed in modern fashions are strategically placed throughout the store. The quality of shoes and clothing and jewelry have always been exceptional. And they can tend to have great discounts and clearance sales. No matter what your age from newborn through a hundred years old I think I could find what I want at JCPenney stores with the help of their knowledgeable staff. And they are very affordable!

I usually do not shop at this location given that the couple times I have gone into this store I am racially profiled. However, a friend of mine and me were out seeing a movie because Fallen Timbers is where we like to go and I had a coat to return that I had received for the holidays. Tonight, as I was trying on a different coat to possibly get as an exchange for the one I had returned it was of no surprise when I found security coming in. The security officer walked into the store came straight to the womans section where my friend and I were in (yes we were the only ones over there,) & walked right back out the door. It was made very clear they were suspicious of our presence & it was without any proper cause. Honestly, it was very offensive and I feel its sad a fellow moor as myself and my friend can not walk into stores such as this one without having to deal with being followed or accused of malicious activity.

Great location not near the busy area of mommy or anywhere else in the Toledo area. Its a great area to visit and shop brand new store relatively speaking so coming out here to shop is definitely worth the little bit of extra time if you are located closer to the mall. Prices are fair always check the website for coupons thats what I do.

I just went there today w/ my wife and two kids to get our photos professionally taken. I had book the 12:15 appointment online like two weeks ago bc today is our six year anniversary and my wife had been mentioning that she wanted professional photos taken for a while. IDK what happened but when we got there some how we were not booked. Marion and Lexi (the ladies working there) found a way to sneak us in and i was very grateful. If your a guy (or any person) like me and you dont usually book stuff like this, I would definatly recommend booking here bc they obviously will go above and beyond to help you out if something goes wrong. Marion and Lexi, if youre reading this thank you one more time.
