I have not always had a good experience with ADT (on hold for hours trying to resolve an issue), but I will partially blame that on the pandemic. However, the recent service appointment went exceptionally well. I upgraded my system recently, and I am very happy with it! Overall, ADT is a reliable company for all your residential home security needs.

My control panel was making a beeping noise so I phoned ADT, the 1st person I talked to was of no help solving my problem and the soonest she could schedule a technician was 4 days in the future (4 days of listening to this beeping noise). I ended up having to call back and the 2nd person was able to instruct me on how to silence my alarm panel but I still had to go 4 days without security, so I am less than pleased with the service I received from ADT.MDG
