Mens bathroom is atrocious. Ive seen cleaner restrooms at gas stations. The toilet seat was so loose, it was hard to sit stably. The toilet paper is the obligatory crazy-thin. Garbage bin overflowing full. No soap in either dispenser. One of two faucets doesnt work. Please get your act together.

Love the selection of books and trinkets. The amazing deals section is so worth the visit! Bring your own bag.

Barns and nobles have vary nice stores and extremely friendly staff but are a bit pricy.

Very limited selection of most books, collectibles and such. Been to their main competition in this area and they are well stocked and always getting in new titles, new collectibles, etc. Very sad to see because this was my go to place for books and always found the occasional collectable item when I lived nearby.

Nice, well stocked bookstore. They could use more staff, I personally heard someone have to track down an employee to check out and had same situation when we checked out. Also, the Starbucks inside is owned by Barnes and noble so you cannot use a Starbucks gift card. I believe they should rename the coffee area if its not an actual Starbucks.

I just recently had a book reading at this location at Fallen Timbers. The store has everything that you could imagine, from childrens books to adult books. They have toys, games and other items. This Barns and Noble is great and the staff is very friendly. Great customer service and wonderful smiles. I recommend this place.

We come to this Barnes and Noble whenever we our in the area because their service and selection is far superior to the one we have at home. To get a good Barnes and Noble at home we have to travel half and hour. The store in Greenwood IN. needs a complete overhaul. It used to have a great selection of DVDs and books. Now it caters to nothing but kids and I wont walk in there. Your store in Plainfield IN. gets all our business and they know the meaning of service.

We dont usually go to this B&N but we will in the future. My daughter needed Hitchhikers Guide Through the Galaxy and this store was the only one in the area that not only had it in stock, but also had it in softcover AND hardcover. Which I prefer for books that are worth keeping for multiple readings and perusals.We looked around a little just because the lay out was new to us, and eventually I decided to just ask where to find the book. The lady at the counter was not only happy to help us, but she enthusiastically shared her own memories of reading the book.All in all, BEST visit to a B&N in such a long time!!

I am always excited to enter this amazing bookstore; and only wish I made more time to go through the whole store, and didnt have to rush.The store is always immaculate and the staff are friendly and always ready to assist you or lend a helping hand.Having the coffee shop inside with hot and cold drinks for all your refreshment needs along with snacks and baked goods...oh yeah!The selection of books, toys, calendars, Oracle cards, journals & pens, games, etc are incredible.With todays market having so many folks shopping online, is nice to have a mega store filled with goodies to take home with you, truly.The shopping center has all types of stores and restaurants within walking distance, so make sure to leave yourself enough time to enjoy them all.Overall I thoroughly adore this store and this location will exceed your expectations in every way.Okay now Im ready to go book shopping again, who wants to join me?

The Barnes & Noble store in The Fallen Timbers shopping center is an extremely hard shop to leave. The books are arranged in alphabetical order by author in every one of their categorized areas. It is so easy to find the book you are looking for. The cashiers are easy to talk with and are friendly and helpful. Fun place to spend some time.

Books are a little over priced, but the store is clean and well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to find gifts for hard to buy for people! The book selection for kids on any age range is great! My niece loves to cook so I found a perfect book for her that gives the basics of cooking along with easy to follow recipes and pictures.

The lady at Starbucks was rude and didn’t know what I was talking about ( cold foam) and tried to tell me I wouldn’t like the drink I was ordering, which I didn’t ask if I MYSELF would like it, she ended up making it completely wrong, and was rude to my friend when he was ordering his drink, she even knew she made my drink wrong and when her coworker pointed it out she said it doesn’t matter. Probably won’t be going back to this locations Starbucks, unless the sun bleached gremlin learns to get manners and how to make a simple drink!

Great selection, Exceptional service!

As a bookworm this is one of my favorite places in the world. I could spend all day just sitting in one of the comfy chairs taking in the smell of the books and cafe. The service was amazing at the cafe and the register and was super quick. They are always accommodating to my loud preschooler and have an amazing train table that he loves to play with.

I love Barnes and nobles. Always very clean, neat and orderly. Sections r clearly divided, easy to find what u need. Helpful customer service if you need help. This is always a yearly stop for Christmas presents for family every year. Also a nice to place to pick a book, find a quiet corner and read for a bit

Its great that there are still some Real bookstores around. Friendly, helpful staff. Prices are not competitive but its almost like you pay for the convenience of having all sorts/genres of books, accessories, games, movies, etc. in one place where you can see and hold the product. Small cafe located inside but pricey. Plenty of seating to lounge and read (although if Im paying retail prices for a book, I dont want it to look like it had been leafed through or read prior to my purchasing it)

I had a pre-order book that was released Nov.3rd it was a signed book by the characters in book. Order date was Oct 30th have talked to book seller 4 times and getting no resolution. Hope someone can get it resolve. Thank you.

What you come to expect from a Barnes & Noble: a great selection of books, movies, music, and other items. The staff is friendly and helpful without hovering, which I always appreciate. The atmosphere is perfect for book browsing: not completely silent with a little background music, but quiet enough for you to hear your own thoughts. While there is a nice number of books to view, the layout does not feel cluttered and is well organized by subject so that you can find the section you are looking for. It also has a comfortable Starbucks cafe for a coffee and quick snack, but is also situated within close walking distance of a couple good restaurants for a more substantial meal.

Came in here just to look for some audiobooks I didnt have a very good selection but it was fascinating to see an old fashioned bookstore still in existence. However I think they expect you to order online and then pick it up here at the store as I didnt see a fantastic selection of books current

Staff at cafe all cheerful. Confetti cupcakes very fresh. Clean area to eat in. Ladies bathroom was filthy, paper towels overflowing and had spilled out of two of the three trash bins. Toliet paper shreds all over the floor in handicapped stall. Obviously not had any attention in hours.

The atmosphere is welcoming. The decore, colors and lighting are relaxing and the smell of coffee and baked goods all give Barns and Nobel a feeling of being at home. The store offers a clarence table, electronics section, and a generous selection from each genre. My favorite section is the Journals there are some really beautiful choices. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice store, helpful customer services desk in the center of the store. Has a low key coffee bar too. Everything from books to movies to games.

They were very helpful. They didnt have the 7th in the series I needed but looked it up and Fallen Timbers had 2 so they called for them to hold it for me.

This is one of the 2 primary book stores I go to. Decent selection of books. Their DVD selection of older and classic movies is actually even better than their book selection.

You can find anything and everything in this store. They have a great selection of kids books, parenting books, games, learning toys, comic books and much more! The staff is always super friendly and willing to help you find whatever you are looking for

Nice selection and good service. I would shop here a lot more but Prices are a little high and they always try talking you into buying a $25 annual membership to get a 10 percent discount. I always say No to buying a membership and point out their local competition offers the same/better discount without having to buy a membership.

Always loose track of time when I enter the store, looking for a good book to read is like a treasure hunt for me. I am old fashioned and prefer to turn a book page. I usually go in to look for one book and end up with three or four. The staff was very friendly as well, willing to help out.
