After months of waiting I was finally able to pick up my beautiful Yamaha MT-07 in Yamaha Blue. I originally put a deposit down back in April and I was so excited for it to come in May. Unfortunately it didnt happen the way I pictured. I spent the whole summer waiting for the call from my salesman Tad Summers. He kept me up to date on any info he had and with there being little inventory across the nation I decided to stick it out and wait. Honda east and Tad did an excellent job of getting me my MT-07 and since taking it home Ive rode it as much as possible (weather permitting). Not only were they one of few places that had it in stock but they also waive the $400 freight charges, even when other dealers refuse to. It speaks volumes when a place can gouge you due to scarcity and still choose not to. I bought a Can Am XT 1000R at Honda East and it was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I saw the add online and emailed them about the 4 wheeler. They called the next morning and confirmed they had it. They had all the paper work ready when I got there and within a half an hour I was on the road home with my new machine. They also had a nice loading ramp that made loading a breeze. Super nice staff. My sales person stayed a few minutes late to make sure I was all taken care of. Great place to go for a off road vehicle with great prices.

I was heading to Las Vegas from NY when I started to experience my motorcycle throttle starting to stick. I pulled over and opened my Gold Book to find a dealer or person to assist near me. I saw that this dealer was in the book and figured I would have them to check it out before moving forward. I spent the night close by and arrived as soon as they opened. I was greeted by Randy at the service department. I explained my situation and he took my motorcycle to have it looked at by the mechanic. The mechanic confirmed the throttle was an issue and fixed it right away. When I went to pay for the work, Randy said there was no charge. I was completely shocked! I felt that was so amazing but I still took care of him and the mechanic for their time. Based on my experience, I would truly recommend this dealer for any service you may need. Drove 2.5 hours one way to pick up an ATV that I was told was ready. Get there to discover an issue with the ATV only to be told we couldnt take it home today after signing papers.Update: They got back to me just a few short days later saying they fixed the issue and they wanted to deliver it to me. This was my second new motorcycle purchase (a CB500X) from this dealer. Both involved travel from Allentown PA. but worth it. I was in the market for a Yamaha XSR 700 and stumbled upon Honda East while searching as not many dealerships had many in stock. When I asked my salesman (Josh Summers) for an out the door price, I was blown away as they were $700 cheaper than any of the 5 other dealers I talked to because they didnt tack on a bunch of nonsense charges. No dealer prep fees, No manufacturer freight fees, no market adjustments just tax, title, tag and a very reasonable doc fee. I was driving from Indianapolis to Toledo to pick up the bike and I let Josh know this before hand as I needed a quick turn around to make it back before a thunder storm. I was in and out of the dealership in 30 mins and was extremely well taken care of and educated on the new bike in that time. I get being backed up but when I asked if they had an idea of when they could look at it he said with irritation in his voice.. when the ones are done before it. Like no kidding!! Went in to buy a bike had cash in hand.Asked to make a deal. They said no when there are several of the same bike in the area cheaper. Asked why told well the economy. Mind you said bikes been sitting for awhile now. Salesman had an attitude and acted real stuck up. Sad to see considering Ive gotten several bikes from them over the years. Horrible customer service. Not to mention I stood around waiting for about 45 minutes for help and was walked by on several times.

Each time I traded a machine and asked that multiple accessories be installed in a specific manner prior to my arrival. I thought it was to good to be true the first time however after multiple trades I found it is a habit when dealing with Scott and his team! I travel 200 miles each way to work with Scott because of the ease of the entire transaction. My last purchase was completed entirely through email. Traded my Harley on a new Goldwing June 2018. Now less than 3 years later and only 6k mileage the engine lite stays on. Called for a service check and they say I have to wait 6 weeks. Can you imagine spending 28k for a bike and purchasing an extended warranty and waiting this long just to hook up to their computer? Been riding for 50 years and this situation has made me feel like a total sucker.

Service Dept. got it right ... FINALLY !!!Today (April 30, 2021) = 5 stars !My bike has ALL possible lights (headlight, bright light, highway lights, running lights, turn signals, brake lights, instrument panel lights) working .. PROPERLY !Prior to today = less than 1/2 star !Even with the 4 issues that were properly fixed in September/October (2020) .. the fact that the 5th issue, at the time, was SO incorrectly fixed that it ended up creating such an electrical short that ONLY my headlight was working. NO other working lights, once the short occurred. (On my way to work .. at 9:40 p.m. .. in October .. in the DARK ! A 10.5 mile ride to work .. and home again in the morning .. also in the DARK ! On top of that, no CLUE of my speed on the state highway & Fremont bypass !)Then, a nearly 3 month game of telephone tag, trying to make arrangements to have my bike hauled to Maumee to be properly fixed .. & finally being told, in late December, to call back in mid- to late-March, because the service dept. was so backed up. (As we are experiencing one of the mildest N.W. Ohio Autumns & Winters in a number of years !!)But today = 5 solid stars !!! Thank you Honda East service dept. !

Updated 10-03-20 Read bottom section.Ive bought a few things from this place over the years. All Honda products. They have good prices and reasonably helpful staff. I like how they are not pushy. They have pretty good inventory as well. Would be nice if they had more room to demo stuff, side by sides can only be checked out in the parking lot if you want a test and that isnt the best location. Still nice that they let you hear them run and take them for a quick spin on the lot. I would say that most of the staff is knowledgeable of their product(s) but Ive been there over the years where some people were straight up clueless. So make sure you know what youre looking for, before heading in here Id say. Parts guys are helpful and know what to recommend. They do give a racers discount and if you buy from them youll get some savings on gear as well. Decent enough place and they seem to get good used trades. I got a good deal on a 2005 400EX back in the day.Update:I purchased my first side by side from them, a Yamaha RMAX2, 1000. Not only did I get an excellent price, with NO prep or freight fees, but when their was a delivery issue with said unit (VIN mix up), they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make everything right. Its nice to see a dealer go out if their way to make sure a customer is happy. My salesman Nathan has some of THE BEST communication Ive ever seen! If you want a good deal, hit him up, he is on the ball and will get you what you need at a great price. Even if you are out of state, make the drive, you can save some SERIOUS cash here.

This is a great dealership! I preordered a 2021 Seadoo Spark in the off-season and received in the beginning of March . My salesperson was Tad . He was professional and answered any questions I had on the Spark . Ordering and receiving the Spark was a easy process too. Honda East also does NOT charge prep fees on your vehicle which is a big deal because usually dealerships do . I would recommend this dealership!

Going to buy a Dr650 and was trading my motorcycle in. Offer me a great deal, told my sale person making arrangements to get up there (5 hours away) and to put money down. That was late afternoon. Next morning I call and he said another salesman took a deposit after he knew i going to get it. Sold right out from me.

This time is wasnt the sales person, we were checking the four wheelers out also. This time it was the parts person, he was so rude and sarcastic. We are buying a four wheeler for sure and we will be going elsewhere like we did for our other ones. Sad that we cant even buy local.

Just bought a 2019 Africa Twin Adventure Sports. I did the deal over the phone and drove there (2 hours) without knowing the model or the dealership. It was a leap of faith.Price pulled me in - the lowest price I could find. $95 doc and a $15 registration fee. No destination nonsense. No setup fees. It’s hard for others to compete.Nathan set the appointment time and I was paid, loaded on the trailer and on the road home in less than 30 minutes. The staff was super cool, the store was clean and it seemed like they had a lot of inventory. When I arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and a lady is cleaning the glass door to the building, it makes a positive first impression on a soon-to-be customer.In summary, I’d drive from Central Ohio again if I was buying a bike. It was that good of an experience. Said differently, it was that much better than what I have to work with in Central Ohio.

I drove 2200 miles round trip to close a deal on 2 new 2019 Polaris Ace 900 XCs ..why?...because local Polaris dealers could not be bothered to locate and put a deal together . The entire purchasing experience at Honda East was a breeze. No high pressure sales tactics and especially no rip off added dealer fees.. Gabe Miller gave me an OTD price, including my trades and 45 minutes later I was on my way back to Florida. Never find a deal or commitment to customer satisfaction in Florida like I did at Honda East..Kudos to the entire staff .

I drove six hours one way to buy a Honda pioneer 700–4 deluxe. Scott made me a deal almost $1,000 cheaper than my local dealers. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes including all the paperwork the walk-through loading and tying down my new Pioneer. BEWARE of the service department. They will charge a grand to install fog lights and a engine/ cowl guard and leave exposed ground wires and crush the wire to the gear indicator. Never will return, ever. Too bad it is toledo with few options for service. I have photos but dont see option to upload them.

I purchased a 2021 Honda Talon 1000x Fox live valve and I drove an hour and a half from Michigan it was worth the drive no dealer in Michigan could touch their price. Nathan was a very good sales person they gave me a fair price on my trade in and he personally took care of all the accessories that I wanted and gave me a huge discount on them. The transactions I have done thru Scott Johnson at this establishment have been superb and smooth. From picking out the right machine going thru the safety guidelines and the final purchase. Very knowledgeable on all the aspects of what I was looking for. I not only purchased 1 atv from here but 3. This is a 5 star service from my experience.

I stopped in at the beginning of October to have a four wheeler serviced as it would not start. They said they were booked for weeks out and we booked an appointment. I discussed the problem with them and they walked out so I could show them the issue. They said they could keep it here or I could bring it back. I said I would bring it back. We walked back in and they confirmed the appointment for Nov 6. I brought it back on Nov 6 and unloaded it. They said they didn’t have me on the schedule. I reinforced them of the conversation of earlier. They said we will take it in but cannot get at it until Nov 15. I said okay. They then asked the year and when I told them it was older than 2005 they said they would not work on it (why didn’t they tell me this the first time?). I said I will need help reloading it since it did not start. After waiting, no one helped me as I struggled to get it up the ramp, even with three employees watching me. Totally disorganized and lack of customer service. I took it to Eckel snowmobile and engine repair, who helped me unload, looked at the issue, helped put the straps away and lift the tailgates. Clearly they know what customer service is!

We drove almost 2 hours to this dealership and TJ ordered our new polaris 1000. It came in earlier than expected, we also ordered a front and rear windshield and a roof. One of the windshields came in and we had a 2 month wait for the other so we decided to pick it up. Come to find out the wrong windshield was ordered and TJ did not order the roof. After having to speak with the manager the 2cd time because of the screw ups, he did find us a roof and had it installed. I would not recommend dealing with TJ, he was rude and did not seem to know what he was doing. We had 3 other people looking for rangers but unfortunately cannot recommend this store.
