Wow! If I could give 10☆s I would!! We showed up on a Friday right before close to look at inventory and were greeted by Max. We discussed what we were looking for and even test drove one of the potential vehicles. What really made us feel welcomed was the fact that even though it was 20 minutes till close, Max never once tried to rush us off the lot and was very interested in helping us find exactly what we wanted, even if we were a little picky! Great sales person, very personable! Thank you! We did decide to go home to think on our decision and returned Saturday to purchase our vehicle. We had to do some financing, so Max introduced us to John Yates. John is very respectful and makes your loan process simple. He is very detailed with all the important information and makes sure you leave withall your questions answered.So if your looking for a place that treats you like family. I went in a few days ago, my wife got a flat tire on her car they were busy but they still managed to squeeze me in and within a few minutes they managed to plug the tire and had me on my way, they did a great job, they were nice and they were courteous. Couldnt ask for more

Purchased another vehicle from KC Summers last summer a 2018 Toyota Camry. My family has purchased quite a few vehicles from KC Summers. Had a warranty issue last October, unfortunately the problem resurfaced after warranty was up, however K C Summers Toyota help with the process of contacting Toyota and taking care with all details of the repair. Issue has been resolved at this point (hopefully stays fixed). Chris (service advisor) is very professional and courteous, also other support staff took extra time and care. My family have been Toyota customers for 40+ years and really are partial to Toyota. And due to the services, concern and care that we have received will continue to be. My 2012 Toyota Corolla had a paint recall. The paint was chipping so bad, parts of my car were starting to rust. A couple of weeks ago, I came to KC summers to see if they could give my car a paint job. I just picked up my car this morning, and it looks like a brand new vehicle. This is my hometown go-to place. They sell quality cars and, most recently, working with Ryan Moore was smooth and helpful, unlike most places I have purchased a car at. The team is great including Tony and Ryan! Even when the service didnt fix something they quickly amended the situation and wanted to learn from it. This is an honest place to go!

Quick service, nice waiting area and courteous staff

Chris Czak and Cody were extremely helpful. We are seniors pulling a 5th wheel when our transmission warning light was flashing and was told to contact a Toyota dealer immediately. This was the closest off of highway 57. They took us right away and did the diagnostic on the truck and all seemed fine with no code. It was suggested that it could be because of the wind holding us back and should go a little slower. No problems whatsoever. Good service department and very courteous and friendly staff. It took me six months to locate a 4 runner but it only took me 90 minutes to work a great deal at KC Summers. Over the six months I looked on the internet, I contacted more than a few dealers. Too often I either got no response or misinformation, not at KC Summers. Garrett Lee was extremely helpful in providing me advance information on the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and its operation. It was a good experience from the time I sent the first email to when I drove the vehicle off the lot. The KC Summers Team gets it right.

Theyre under federal investigation, if youve done business with them and feel the same way, please contact the FTC and The F.B.I. theyre building a case against them.
