KC summers lost my business today. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them. Today I called to try to get my sons car (one of the four) in while he is home only for the weekend from the Air Force. I clearly errored that they would be interested in helping this young man out of a tight spot with tight timing. I understand you are booked out but we needed you today and you wouldnt rise to the occasion. It was likely 10 minutes to look at and diagnose to determine a course of action. It wasnt a big ask. You will want me to pick kc summers and need me when it is time for a new vehicle purchase. You exercised your power and demonstrated your commitment to me today. In the coming months I will exercise my power to choose another dealer from whom to purchase. I will likely purchase a new vehicle in the next 4 months and another in the next 12-18 months. Im really disappointed in the lack of help received. I know Im just one customer and you dont have to care about just one customer. You are just one dealer and there are so many from which to choose.

Also, the rep handling my service took care of ordering touch-up paint - he went the extra mile. I cant imagine going to any other dealership in the future. I recently hit a deer and totaled my car on my way home while traveling thru Illinois. Myself and my car were brought to the nearest dealership which happened to be KC Summers GM C. While they couldnt help with determining the damage and fixing my car, they did go over and beyond to help me deal with my situation. Being from out of state and having no clue where I was they helped me get a rent car even driving me an hour away to get one. I have never been in this type of situation and then to have something like that happen while 300 plus miles from home is hard. But everyone I encountered there were more than kind and helpful. I dont remember anyones name who helped me but to all those who did thank you. You all made a scary uncertain situation easy to handle.

Went in for an oil change and they said that I had two front bad tires which recently I just purchased four brand new tires from Neal tire telling me that my front tires extremely bad and I need to get a new front tire went to Neal tire and theyre just fine trying to get two new tires out of me little disappointed I spent a lot of money and bought a lot of cars off of KC Summers it was making me think twice
