The hidden fees they dont tell you about up front were a deal breaker for me. Wouldnt have had a problem with the price if it had been represented that way but I was told my rental would be 14.99 a week then they tried to charge me 80 a month sneaking cost into a rental agreement is bogus and I wont have any more dealings with this company

I went in today not knowing what to expect because Id never done rent to own before. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Explained everything to me, walked me step by step through the whole process. Got a 1400 fireplace tv stand from rent one in mattoon il. The movers put big paint Marks on it and chips out of it moving in my apartment. They now say that we can wait 6 months for a new one to be delivered and pay on a messed up on that they messed up or they can come get it and we are just out money. Worst place ever!!!

Over the top customer service. We sent our pub table and stools back a couple weeks after it came not because we wanted too but because son is going through divorce and we bought his to help him out. It was beautiful though! They never made us feel bad that we didnt keep it long and even called around to check prices on extra chairs since we adopted 6 children. When it was time to come get it the accountant went out of his way to drive over here since delivery guys were busy with holidays around the corner. Ive never seen customer service like this. Were forever grateful at the kindness they showed us!!
