Broadway has been awesome to us. Waiving fees when things don’t go right ( which are seldom and not their fault) Tanner had us a different dryer the same day ours went out. Love them and will always go there when I need home appliances! 5 Stars!

My dryer stopped working (its old, not one from this store) and they sent somebody out within a couple of days. It ended up being something small but they were very friendly and I thought the price was more than fair. It was definitely less than I expected. It was a good first impression with this business.

One star isnt suffice for them. He purchased a used washer from my mother after she informed him that the clothes werent spinning completely dry. He purchased it for $100 dollars and five days later sent her a dirty message saying it wasnt worth it because basicly everything was broke. My mom doesnt repair washers. She had no idea what was wrong with it. Just what she could see with the eyes. RUDE RUDE! & very unprofessional.

Ive bought a refrigerator and washer from here. Both times have been fantastic and easy. The washer was a used front loader and it had a very slight leak from the gasket. The got it fixed quickly, under warranty, and I was very satisfied with the service of Tanner and the service guy. A great local store.

Our dryer went out unexpectedly and Tanner and April were great to work with. We purchased a new washer/dryer set and it was installed the next day! The installation guys were running a bit behind, but Tom and his coworker stayed late on a Friday night to get them up and running and hauled away the old. From the time we walked in the door to the time the installation guys left, we had a great experience!

Competitive Pricing / Super Service ... Broadway did an excellent job even when manufacturing wasnt keeping up with demand ... Tanner kept me in the loop and well informed regarding my orders--super nice to worth with. The delivery guys did a great job and went above and beyond in helping me get my old refrigerator to storage and getting the one in place and ready to go!!!! Definitely would recommend Broadway!!!!

Very unprofessional when you bought I tod what did.I dont work on and told you clothes were damp.So you the washer fixer just cause I am a lady u bought from doesnt give u right to be rude.So your boy was rude also.But dont worry I will not recommend u to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service and sale price of the Frigidaire dishwasher I purchased from you. I was also pleased with the free delivery when I live out in the country. I got it installed with the necessary plumbing work and have been quite happy with how effectiveness in washing dishes. It’s also fairly quiet.Thanks

Very nice and extremely helpful!!! I went in and found what I wanted within 10minutes...and they delivered it to me within about an hour! Every other local place told me it would atleast be a week or so and double the price!

Our refrigerator quit on a Friday night and we were able to get one Saturday and they delivered it even in the pouring rain!! Those people are so friendly and helpful.

Because of the special size of the fridge we needed, our new fridge we ordered was on backorder. They delivered us a loaner fridge (which looked brand new) to use in in the meantime. Delivery guys were 15mins early (Impressive) and SUPER nice. They removed our old fridge, installed the loaner. I couldnt be happier. Broadway Appliances didnt have to go the extra mile and offer me a loaner. AMAZING Customer Service. Delivery guys were intentional to put everything back the way it was before they arrived. I am hoping the same guys show up to deliver my new fridge in a couple weeks. They were SO very nice and personable.

This place is great got a brand new fridge had a leak a couple weeks later they fixed for free, got a great deal on a stove and also fixed appliances Ive had that needed repair definitely great group of business people highly recommended

I have purchased at least 6 new and used appliances from Broadway Appliance for my employer and had wonderful results each time. I have even had an appliance repaired by them for a very reasonable rate. I have sent a number of friends there for sales and service work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for appliances or furnishings.

I had a problem getting a used Paykel Fisher clothes washer to operate and hauled to the store to have it looked at. The owner advised that after checking it out thoroughly he found nothing wrong with it. When I returned to the store, to haul it home, I thanked them for the help and was handed a bill for $40. Having bought the washer just a few weeks ago, and having hauled the appliance 20 miles to Mattoon twice, I was shocked. So, do business with this bunch with your eyes open and your hand on your wallet.

Great bunch of people who always do what needs to be done and are easy to work with. It is hard sometimes to know if you are dealing with honest, integral people, but I have never questioned it with Broadway. I will undoubtedly buy from again!

The Owner of this store tried to scam us out of extra money and we caught him lying to us. Very shady guy and extremely unprofressional. We will never be back to this store. Potential customers please beware and watch your backs if you decide to give them your business.*Update* You can rationalize it however you want to make yourself feel better, it does not excuse your behavior and unprofessionalism.

Scott was very rude and told us he didnt want our business after we asked him to put the new caller on hold. We were trying to get a chair ordered. We will not be returning to this store
