Spencer is my go to man for any problems with my Mercedes Benz. Does a great job.

I haven’t been to Shepard in a while since getting new cars, but my Mom drove down from MA and had issues with her rear breaks so we referred her here . She expected a decent repair charge and instead Shepard checked it over and just said it was noisy but fine. Not many mechanics out there would have been honest. Hopefully our newer cars hold up but if not, we will be back to Shepard.

This is a great place to get your car fixed.The owner is honest and stands behind his work. At a minimum I would get a second opinion on your car from Sheppard Automotive Im sure the price will be more competitive as well

If I walk in needing an oil change, I dont walk out with a laundry list of other essential needed repairs. Honest and trustworthy. I appreciate everything hes done for me and my family.

Me, my family, and my best friends family all trust our vehicles to Spence. He is very honest and often doesnt charge us for small items that are discovered while fixing something else. I only hope he doesnt plan on retiring anytime soon as it will be hard to find another mechanic as honest and trustworthy as him. Im a DIYer. But there are some things I can not do. So I take the cars to Sheppard Automotive. I once messed up a repair and Spencer corrected my error and only charged me for an hour of his time. I find Spencer to be honest, straight forward and competent. Ive brought cars to other shops in the past. But now Ill only bring my vehicles to Spencer for my repairs I can not do.

Spence is straight forward and fair. Will go back as often as my car makes me. :)
