Wow!! What great people to work with. They were very hospitable and welcoming. Offered to get us bottles of water several times on the hot day that we were there. They had a vehicle on their lot that I was very interested in. They allowed me as much time as I wanted to look over the vehicle and test drive. No pressure at all. Upon returning from the test drive I had found a small mechanical issue that I brought to their attention. Since I had travelled over 2 hours to get there they immediately offered to take it to their mechanic and have the issue looked at and corrected. It was a simple fix and was fixed that day so we could potentially work a deal. I ultimately decided to not purchase the vehicle not because they were not willing to deal with me or work with me, or that the vehicle was bad, but because I felt like it was not exactly the right vehicle for me. Whoever purchases the vehicle I looked at and test drove will get a solid, great vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle. Very honest and good people to work with.

I guess I’ll be the one to spoil the apple. I’ll start off by saying Roberta has a beautiful soul, everything in the reviews about her is right. She is the trophy of their operation. I’ll give a brief rundown, Roberta got me in the car I wanted and came to her about on this app called offer up. However in the meeting date I met her husband who is a pretty sturdy and firm guy. They wanted $1500 but I gave them $800 and then I returned the next day with $200 to drive it off the lot. I still owe them for that til this day and I expect to happily pay them that, Now needless to say it’s my first time financing so I’d expect a car to be up to par for at LEAST a year. If I’m recalling right, I was informed that the car had no issues. Even if that wasn’t true, we all can agree when we go to a dealership we expect cars to be well kept. With that being said I got the car with tires needing to be changed and not long after the brakes needed to be attended to. Now I’m not mechanic and I wasn’t to familiar with cars as I am now considering what the car put me through but nonetheless I did purchase it regardless of my knowledge of anything. What my problem is that at first I lied to Mr. Andrew to get the car. And then me and girl talked and she made me go back and tell the truth. Which I expected in return, I didn’t know the car would need to be attended to as much as it did. I got the car in June and I’ve had issues with brakes tires and now radiator problems. As my first car in the field of financing this was a mistake. I think people should sale with their heart and not their greed of money. I’ve been through hell with this car already and I’m at the point where I don’t care if it gets repossessed. I gave this review 2 stars only because of Roberta.

Bought a beautiful Mercedes C240 with low miles for my wife. Andrew and Roberta were awesome! Car runs and drives very well.

Ads are inaccurate about cars. First of all, seller had no clue what he was selling and couldnt answer simple questions like what kind of drive train it had or even what the sub-model of the car was. Went to check out a decent looking car where shop had not listed that it had any cosmetic damage. Saw the car and it was in real bad shape cosmetically and interior was beat up. H Group owner then gets attitude with me when I approached him about it and made him a decent offer. Would not recommend at all.

Honestly one of the best options Ive made when it come to purchasing a car. Andrew and Robertha were amazing. Communicating with Ms. Robertha was easy and welcomed. They worked as hard as possible to get me into the car that I wanted and did just that. Im not sure how many times I got frustrated because at the same time I was dealing with insurances after an auto accident. Ms. Robertha kept me calm and guided me through the entire process reminding me to stay calm and that we would run into speed bumps. Andrew welcomed me with a handshake and let me take the car for a spin. Any questions I had he answered them without hesitation. But overall this is a great business run by a genuine family. if you want great service and down to earth interaction I would point you in this direction quickly. Thank you guys again!
