Recent had a minor body repair and paint job done here. The staff was helpful but the bottom line was the work. The quality was outstanding and they didnt cut corners. All parts that needed to be removed were and the repaired area is nowhere to be found. My neighbor is a body paint guy at a dealership and he also looked the work over with a great review. I recommend these guys. They deserve a look if your in need of repairs. The shop is tricky to get into by way of a business park blocks behind where youd think but the shop is nestled right up to Independence Blvd.

I will start by saying I have never used their services, but, in light of what happened, I can guarantee I will never use them.They cold called my wifes phone, one can only assume that they looked up police reports for collision and were attempting to get our services.However, the person making the call apparently did not read the report or they would have known my wife was killed in that collision and the car was totaled.This just shows me they have no compassion for people and only care about making money.

These guys are great. Integrity is important to me. I recommend these guys. My car is silver. Hard color to match. They went beyond.

Go anywhere but here! Independence collision had no business taking on my car for repair. They were not prepared or equipped to handle the repair. Was told that it would take 5 days and $3100 to fix, took over a month and came in at $3500 with a discount. At no point did anyone call to give us a new total. Communication was horrible, it was us having to call them for updates. Very unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very unprofessional business. Shawn is a total waste of time and will jerk you around if he doesn’t get his way. I will spread word and definitely never recommend this F class organization. Beware beware steer clear

These men and women are very professional and know exactly what theyre doing.I needed extensive body work on my vehicle and they anticipated it would take some time. They accurately told me ahead of time how long it would take and explained why. They also explained that the insurance company might call me demanding that I pay out of pocket for my rental car before my repairs were finished. Dont you just love insurance companies?Unfortunately, after some time I was called by someone from the insurance company who was a different person than the one I initially spoke to the day I dropped off my car. And wouldnt you know it, she was trying to avoid paying for my rental for the enitre duration of my repairs.I called Independence Collision and relayed the contact information of the person trying to renege on the agreement, explained what was said, and the ladies in the office fixed that problem REAL quick.Once I got my car back, it looked better than it did when I bought it.I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs great body work done on their car and excellent customer service even when a snag in the plan occurs.

My bumper was partially torn from my truck. Independence Collison and Auto reached out to me.I read there reviews and decided to give them a chance. Glad I did. Janet one of the reps was very helpful during the hope process. Rides to the rental company. locating a truck for me to rent.The workmanship on my truck bumper was outstanding.I would definitely recommend this shop to friends.

Great shop outcome was excellent and everyone was great to work with.

They went above and beyond. When I was rear ended and my insurance company stopped covering my car rental they stepped in and took care of everything. The ladies that helped me were so understanding and helpful not to mention the shop is the nicest Ive ever seen!

Ms Mary and Ms Anitra are the 2 of the most genuine people I have ever met. They will definitely take care of you to their best ability with anything you may need and be very upfront about things. An open line of communication is needed at shops and they definitely keep it that way.

They were all class and true professionalism. They got to me fast and fixed my Honda within a day basically. They even came by my house when they realized they missed a couple spots of paint and fixed it with no additional charge. Highly recommend!

Although the work done on my car was satisfactory, I will probably not use them again as they did not honor their estimate given. Also it took 10 days for me to get my car back, and I had to call them to find out that I could come pick up my car. They claimed they was trying to find a matching hubcap which was not part of the claim, however it would have been more professional if they would have just called to say thats why it was taking so long.

OMG when I tell you that Janet Allen was on point from start to finish. She was there for me to help me with unanswered questions about my car. She came to pick me up answered get phone even after hours. I would recommend these services to any one. If Im ever in another accident (which I hope not) Im differently using them. Wonderful environment, the office is very clean etc. The ladies holds professionalm to the highest of standards.. Thank you ladies for all your hard work..💯💯

I highly recommend independence because they were so kind to me! They delivered my car to my home and cleaned it for me. It looks amazing. I am so thankful for them especially in such a tough time because of covid 19. Thank you to all the staff at independence I truly appreciate all of you.

Not helpful to my needs. The reason for the 3 stars is, I was left in the vestibule waiting to talk to someone for 15 minutes. What the lady I was waiting for didnt realize I could hear the conversation she was on and it wasnt about work or a car. My time seemed insignificant after I was finally initiated contact with the lady on a personal call.

I left my car at independence collision auto repair for a couple of months because I did not have the money to get the car out of the shop when it was ready. They let the car stay there for cheaper than it was supposed to so that is a good thing they did for me. But when I came to pick the car up, my right side mirror was missing and no one could tell me what happened to it. The manager/owner, Karissa, came from the back and started to fuss at me for asking them to fix the mirror since they kept the car so long. She called me a little boy, told me I was selfish, talked about my personal life, and started to cuss me out all in front of other employees and customers. I would gave been fine if when I got there they told me and they knew what happened. They promised my car to be safe but now I cannot even drive it or I will get a ticket.

Drop me car of last Thursday and it was ready the following Thursday. I am very pleased with their work. The team was very helpful and would suggest coming back here in the future.

They help me out but then they end up hurting me in the end theyre okay I wouldnt recommend anybody there but then again maybe its just a me thing they may not do you the way they did me just make sure you have recorders and cameras at the ready just to be safe because I had to do the same thing especially when he started lying
