One of the better Gamestops Ive ever been to. Friendly, knowledgeable staff thats willing to go above and beyond for a grateful customer.

Lol i just called to see if i can trade in a ps4, which i spent almost 400$ for it these people are willing to give me 70$ for a trade, such a scam can’t wait till this place goes out of business.

The employees are masters of various rituals and just overall very pleasant and helpful. The layout of the product shelving catacombs is very intuitive, and well organized. The incantations and otherworldly voices playing overhead did well to improve my experience, and gave me something to tune into while mindlessly browsing.What first appears as a humble store, offering platforms, games and gaming accessories, upon entry, reveals itself to be a haven of an underworlds wonderful shopping trip.

Love GameStop. Service and customer service is always top notch. The one thung that sucks about GameStop in general is how their merchandise always comes from their warehouse in non-mint condition. To be clear Im talking about the packaging for their merchandise not the item itself. The condition of packaging is important to certain collectors and its a let down when it looks crappy and not a single mint box is to be found.

I Iike to go there every summer with my dad we pick out games and play it together. They also dont just have games they also have action figures and watches that are good as collectibles and stuff to were.

Had a lot of different merchandise that was neatly and engagingly displayed. The employees were welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely one of the most awful GameStops on the island. The employees are lifeless and act like they dont want to be there. I went there and there was no customers in the store yet there were four employees hanging out behind the counter. I asked one employee if they had an item the app said they have. She said no and that I shouldnt rely on the app. What is the point of the application then?

Hands down the best Gamestop I have ever been to. Crysta and Ryan went above and beyond when helping me locate what I was looking for. When we couldnt find it out in the floor they both went searching through the stock the back to make sure every possible option was provided to me. I have been to a lot of Gamestops and stores in general where the staff would rather be dismissive then go the extra mile for the customer. Better yet, when I came back two days later the manager told me if I let him know what else I was looking for he would keep his eye out and put them aside for me.I am truly amazed at how well I was treated and helped, I couldnt imagine going to another Gamestop for any of my gaming needs.

I love this store as I have gotten my games and accessories through here! The store employees are with the whole gaming atmosphere but some are not 100% committed to the art and legacy of games like mwah!!!!!!! Being #1 in video games on XBOX has paid dividends going to this store as all the associates whove been there know who the immortal. When I walk through the door and i always feel appreciated over in this Gamestop store, nothing like it! The store has really LEVELED UP in inventory and it is like a museum going to this location. So its gets 5 stars due to this fact (Also always check your prices online to Gamestop just a hint) so it wont be game over shopping here!!!

Its gamestop so you already know what youre getting. Constant questions about pre orders, reward cards, unwanted warranties, etc. Other than that its all good.
