I used from you flowers and you guys did a great job on my girlfriends bouquet. Some flower shops give you next to nothing and its ridiculous. For example: yesterday from you flowers used a different flower shop and they gave next to nothing. I couldve gotten more flowers in the dessert so I complained to them and they gave you guys my new order and you guys did a great job on my girlfriends bouquet. Thank you and keep up the great work

I had a wonderful experience with The Total Event as we all can contest that when ordering flowers through a third party can be quite difficult when your actually trying to get certain results in your flower arrangement. My daughters ordered me flowers just to tell me she loves me when thanking her she was a bit upset the flowers lacked the sunflowers. So I reached out to The Total Event and spoke with a nice man by the name Frank he assured me he would look into it immediately asked if I minded sending pictures of what I received. By morning upon getting to work I had an email in regards to matter and within the next hour I had the correct flowers and even bigger and brighter than what my daughter ordered. I would definitely refer this florist to every one of my family and friends. The professionalism was beyond perfect!

The flowers were beautiful. They were admired by all as exceptional.. We purchased the Open Heart arrangement. The owner was quick to make sure we were totally satisfied with our order. We would not hesitate to recommend The Total Event Florist.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Placed an order through FTD who contracts out to local florists. I dont know if they use drivers who do not know how to use GPS or its just a scam. My delivery was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and I received no less than 6 phone calls from the driver and Frank the man who answered the phone, since 5pm yesterday. I was told it would go out in todays deliveries. So order was cancelled, BY THEM even though I contacted FTD and was told they would use another florist. And that was after I received an email from yesterday that my delivery was delivered at my employers house. If you want an actual delivery by a floral shop dont count on this place coming through.Thanks for ruining myChristmas surprise.Surprise! NO DELIVERY.***I told your driver to try MAPQUEST INSTEAD. I TRIED TO GIVE HIM DIRECTIONS. IF YOU WOULDVE LISTENED TO ME YOU COULDVE DELIVERED. GOOGLE MAPS HAS IT LISTED AS AS NORTH WHICH IS HUNTINGTON BAY WITH I TOLD THE DRIVER IS NOT CORRECT, ON WEDNESDAY. I TRIED TO BE UNDERSTANDING...JEESH YOU WOULDTHINK A COMPANY IN BUSINESS 29 YEARS, DURING A PANDEMICWOULD TREAT A NEW CUSTOMER BETTER.

Received a beautiful arrangement today want to just say the flowers are just amazing so fresh and colorful!

I received a lovely flower arrangement and basket of goodies from Total Event florist. The hydrangeas died within 24 hours. I called to tell the owners that the hydrangeas died, and the man told me that the flowers closed because I didn’t cut them every day and put them in fresh water. The flowers were arranged in a vase and the effect would have been destroyed if I had removed the flowers and recut them. Instead, I ran and reran water through the vase so I could refresh them without disturbing the arrangement.I am 71 years old and have been growing and cutting flowers my whole life. I have also received dozens of arrangements throughout my life. Only twice have I been disappointed. Each time I called the florist I was satisfied with the response they gave: one apologized; the other told me he would sent a replacement. Nobody ever blamed me for the problem. Total Event said it was because flowers should be cut every day. Has anyone ever disassembled an arrangement to cut each flower every day? Has anyone been blamed for their flowers’ demise. Those flowers died the first day I had them. I had not dreamed of changing water until after that.To the florist: I wish you could have taken responsibility for my dead hydrangeas, and apologize for my loss. I would have appreciated that. Instead I am dissatisfied and disappointed at your failure to hear my complaint. Despite other positive reviews I read, I will avoid using you. One last thing: The sender said those flowers were supposed to be delivered two days earlier. Perhaps the flowers were made earlier and stayed in the shop until they had deliveries to do. Just a thought.

The Total Event is amazing. Frank and his staff never fail to give extraordinary service. The flower arrangements are incredibly beautiful, and delivery is always prompt. I highly recommend The Total Event.

Great place to order flowers for a party or to send to my friends from get well or birthdays! They always love the flower arrangements and balloon bouquet deliveries!!!! Love to put a smile on my loved ones faces!!!!!! And everything is always perfectly done and beautiful!! Great place!!!!
