Weve used Mid-County several times for major repairs through insurance and for minor repairs of dents and scratches. In fact, they just repaired my husbands truck for the second time. Their prices are reasonable; they do great work and are very reliable. We highly recommend them.

These guys did an amazing job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee where a tree fell on my vehicle. Tony took care of me and my Jeep. It looks brand new all dents and scratches were also taken care of and I also got a new inspection what more can you ask for. The receptionist called the entire time to make sure I was ok and to keep me updated with with the repairs and she even went as far as contacting my insurance provider to extend my rental due to my truck not being ready on time. These guys when above and beyond and thats what you call exceptional service. Need repairs see these guys trust me you wont be disappointed thank you Tony and everyone who was involved in the repair process.

BUYER BEWARE! I got hit by a kid texting on her phone. Esurance asked me to contact this establishment for a ESTIMATE ONLY! Was informed by the secretary at said establishment that once they did the estimate i had no choice but to leave my vehicle there for the repairs or they would not do the estimate for Esurance. Esurance informed me that this is not correct and i do not have to use them for the repair only for the estimate. Due to the secretary giving me this misinformation and trying to scam me into getting my repairs done there i will NOT be letting this establishment anywhere near my truck. VERY SHADY BUYER BEWARE!!!

ANTHONY AND HIS STAFF AT MID - County collision are the best in the business. My wifes Lexus was in an accident and we were so pleased by their work, they made our Lexus look like new. I will continue to refer my family and friends to them . They take pride in their work and were very helpful through the whole process.

Took my brand new land rover to mid county bc of the good reviews I read, i also live 5 minutes away I must say Im a perfectionist with my yard, my car I needed a new door they got me in and out in 10 days thats the shortest time I ever had to wait and the car is like it never happened! Al you tbe man!!

This auto body shop is truly outstanding. I brought in my 2017 Accord Coupe for repairs after someone rear-ended it while it was parked and unoccupied. The damage was north of $7K, but the other drivers insurance covered the full cost. Admittedly I was skeptical about how the vehicle might look once the work was finished, but it came back like it was fresh off the factory line, I kid you not. On top of that, they washed the car inside and out, and it looks like they buffed the paint as well. It was seamless and quick, I must say. I even had an unrelated problem with my left rain guard not sitting in the window groove correctly, which I never even mentioned to them by the way, and they fixed it anyway! That took the cake for me. Im very impressed and I certainly recommend this shop.

After being rear-ended while stopped at a red light by an Uber, I was fearing a nightmare getting my car repaired. Mid-County made things incredibly easy! They arranged everything and kept me updated during the repairs. The car was ready faster than I could have dreamed of, and the quality of the repairs is outstanding. Staff was very friendly and attentive. A part got delayed so I had to wait a few extra days to receive my car, at no fault of theirs. They did manage to push it out when the part came in last minute before the weekend which I really appreciated. Car came out like nothing happened. Hopefully I never need them again, but will definitely return if I do!

Went to get my back bumper fixed after being rear ended and within a week my brand new Jetta was fixed and looked just as new. Service was quick, easy and staff was very helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered on scene and they updated me on the timeframe for the pickup. I needed a rental and that was also done there and was a very easy process.

So Ive been using Mid-County Collision for years now and have probably had at least 6 different cars that needed repair from them. Ive got to say the these guys know what they are doing and when you get your car back you cant tell that it was ever damaged. Joe, Tony, and Greg are great guys and easy to deal with. They work with the insurance adjusters, get you a rental car lined up and make the process easy. If you want excellent body work done on your car with guys that know their business than I would highly recommend Mid County Collision. Oh yeah one more thing, their waiting area is not like any other body shop. Its nicely appointed and comfortable with excellent coffee . Sort of what you would see at a nice car dealership. 5 stars for these guys.

I work in an insurance agents office and have heard so many horror stories about other shops, it was such a relief to deal with mid county. These guys are GREAT! I got into an an accident last month & brought my Jeep to them. They handled everything for me, making the insurance company & rental car dealings such a breeze when I was so stressed out already! They explained how everything would work & my Jeep really was like brand new within the couple of days time frame that they actually said. They called to update me on the status & were always such a pleasure to talk to & be around. Whether you deal with Joey, Tony or Greg, youre sure to be laughing & their attitudes are always happy & positive. There were no hidden fees or surprises, (except for when I picked up my Jeep later that week & it was detailed in & out, in addition to the great body work!) Just had my car door replaced. They finished the car earlier than expected and the car looks brand new. They detail cleaned my whole car on top of the repairs. Will definitely recommend.

You wont have that feeling here! Tony Romanelli and the team are the best. Competitive estimate coupled with a team that are pleasant, smart, and so accommodating. They want you to be happy and it shows. Better than their attitudes are the results. Super high-quality work thats completed on time! They brought my 2006 VW Passat back from a mess and made it look beautiful. They even shined the whole car when they were done! Theres not much more to say. Dont waste time searching for the right shop. Youre on the right page with Mid-County collision. Im lucky theyre right here in Massapequa, but trust me, the experience is worth a trip from anywhere.
