Walked in today and Pat was by the door. Immediately greeted me and walked me to the counter where he took care of me. He answered all my questions and got me all squared away with my two packages extremely quick! He was courteous and knowledgable. I looked at his name tag and it said he was the manager, no surprise. Extremely satisfied with my experience there and this UPS Store will now be my go to! Thanks Pat!

Not nice at all there. Amazon returns directed me to this location. The directions specifically stated not to seal the box. I assumed because the item was broken. The UPS store rep gave me an attitude and repeated a few times that I would be charged next time to seal the box. Trust me, there will not be a next time. Now I understand why there were no customers. Also, the parking sticks there.

I see many negative reviews so I thought I’d share my experiences. I’ve only been here a few times, but each time I go I’ve had a good experience. Nothing negative to say.... I would definitely use this store again.

The customer service people were standing around looking at me when i walked in the door with a huge package. Finally the female came to the counter with her phone to her ear and scanned it on. Didnt say one word to me.

Forgot to ship my item. Yes UPS failed to give my item to the driver. My mistake was giving them the benefit of the doubt and using them again. Athleta never received my return. Shocker. Will NEVER use them again despite the manager or owner (not sure who she is) being quite personable. Unfortunately in the business world that will only get you so far. You need to be able to carry out the BASICS of your business with competence.

I thought I was done with UPS after my Lindenhurst store experience, but its hard when they offer so many services. I tried Marie the owner was absolutely lovely and very kind. The other staff were also very accommodating and attentive. They took care of all of my needs, notary, copies, and overnight of package and I am confident that the package will arrive as schedule. This will be my go to moving forward. Thanks Marie!

I dropped a package late May, only to learn in July that it never arrived. I was told by a store rep that I should have kept the receipt. I asked about an alternative option, e.g. check a stores manifest etc. If you opt to use this store, be prepared to keep your receipt for months because the customer service is lackluster.

I have never had an issue with this store. whether it be sending or receiving a package. The staff here is always more than helpful and polite. They show they want my business and do everything in their power to make me happy before I walk out the door. Always looking to save me a dollar here or their on special packaging that is more appropriate for a shipment. Thank you for being so awesome!

This is the WORST business on Long Island and should be shut down. And from speaking with others and their reviews many people would agree. I brought a very expensive pair of designer shoes to this store to be sent to my daughter in college in Connecticut. The owner, Maria, took the shoes from me and told me she was going to wrap them in plastic and put them in an envelope. That was on a Tuesday, she said they would be there the next day. My daughter told me Friday, she never got them. I called the store and some woman on the phone said they she had received them. Instead that was a package I had sent on Thursday. I went to the store on Monday and Maria, told me she would find out what happened. She insisted she had sent them. She was rude and didn’t not want to be bothered at all. I was shocked by her attitude. The next day I went to UPS in Farmingdale and a very nice gentleman told me that the shoes had never left Massapequa Park! I went back to the store, and again, Maria insisted that they had, with no physical proof to show me. She was so nasty and didn’t care at all. I called UPS corporate and was told that the shoes had never reached any destination whatsoever and they would send me a credit, Today I received a check for $111, a fraction of the cost of the shoes. The fact still remains, that my daughters shoes never left the UPS store in Massapequa Park! Maria, never apologized for any wrong-doing and I have been told that this isn’t the first time that things get “lost” in her store. This business should be shut down. These shoes didn’t walk themselves out of her store.

I went to the UPS Store in Massapequa Park to buy a shipping tube. The counter person Christian charge me $9.50 for a 2 x 36 inch shipping tube. When I got home I saw that there was a price tag on the shipping tube for $3.09. I called and spoke with Christian who was unapologetic and refused to issue a refund, or give back the difference. I think this is a case of price gouging during a pandemic. See photos attached.

Horrible business practices. Very rude to customers. They have an online appointment scheduling service. Twice I made appointments for a notary. Twice the notary was not there. Finally an employee told me that their online calendar is not updated. When I told him that I had made an appointment he was extremely rude about it. He basically said I don’t know what to tell you. We have a new owner. I try to call people when I notice that they made an appointment. No apology.

I have been doing business with this store for over 12 years. I have used them for shipping, packaging, printing, and I have a mailbox there. I receive mail and packages there almost everyday. I found them to be professional and friendly. I rely on them to get my mail and packages in and out in a timely fashion and because of the outstanding job they do, I am a loyal customer. I say bring you your business here and you will be very satisfied.

Charged me $4.00 to put a piece of tape on two boxes. Would have been nice to know before hand. Would have put a pieceif tape on it myself instead of getting ripped off

I went there to mail two packages. Apparently it was lunch time so only one employee was there. Someone had set up an appointment to open up a mailbox 1:00. The lone employee took a half an hour to set up the mail box while the rest of us who stayed waited there. I would never go there again. I question whether the 5 people who left would ever go again.

Terrible experience... I walked into the store to send $75.00 worth of perishable food to Albion Correctional Facility. I usually buy a box and put the substantial amount of food into it and fill out my own slip with my address being the return address... Any professional shipper knows my name and address has to be on it in order for the prisoner to receive their package. I filled out the paperwork with my name and address on the form as the sender expecting what I write to be put on the package..This store clerk said she would package it and I told her it was going to a jail and she said she knew how to package it... Well, she put my name and the stores address on the package... so the jail refused to let her have the perishable food and sent it back to my house (the prisoner gave the facility our address).. It took a week to come back and $75.00 worth of food went bad... I went back to the store and asked for the money to replace the food and also to resend the package... The owner told me to go buy the food and she would refund the money with the receipt and send out the new package... I was happy... My husband and I lost our business and are having a hard time paying our bills... I went shopping and replaced the food, went to the store to send it and get my refund... the girl who packed it said that the owner was not in but would call me... I made sure she filled out the shipping label right... She said the owner would call me about the refund... The next day the owner called me and told me she said I told her it was only $50.00 (which I NEVER said)... but she was going to be nice and give me a $75.00 store credit... I was furious...I dont want a store credit at the UPS store... I will never use store credit... I need the money for my bills... She didnt care and said thats all she is doing and hung up... I AM FURIOUS! I want my money back....

I gotta tell ya....There is no better service than the Ups store in Massapequa Park.I am always on the go and No matter when I call if I need something even as far as checking my box for mail it is done within minutes.If I forget something in my travels they take care of it.I cant thank the staff and Maria enough.Thanks for giving me the peace of mind.We all need a UPS store like this one!Thank You All!!!DC 114

I went there with a box and my own tape to ship out a package with a preprinted label but the clerk told me its policy and that I had to pay them to tape up the box I provided.The alternative, go outside and do it myself. So basically my option was to pay them $10 to do the exact thing I can do for free or go outside and do it myself.UPS made money on the shipment, its not my issue that you dont make money off customers dropping off packages. This place is scummy, go anywhere else.

As i didnt have time, i paid for them to package my wheels and tires to have them shipped off. I took pictures of the wheels and tires before they were shipped for documented evidence of their condition and i also looked over them in detail before leaving the store.Between the wheels being there on Saturday around noon until they were shipped on Monday they managed to drop two wheels onto the face and cause damage.I called and spoke to the store owner who refused to give me a refund for packaging. Theyre an irresponsible group of people who dont take ownership of their mistakes.Ive been to alot of UPS stores and this is by far the worst experience Ive had.In response to what the owner wrote. I clearly stated that there was no damage to the packaging, therefore, your associate dropped two wheels, not the tires, on its face prior to packing them.I have pictures of the wheels as they are when i left your store with all 4 wheels in perfect condition. With these pictures depicting no damage to the wheels and the recipient received the wheels damaged with no damage to the packing material its a clear picture that your store is responsible because they were mishandled between the time of me leaving your store and you packing them for shipment.I would never request a refund if there was damage to the packing material because it would be obvious that you guys did your job and it was damaged in transit.

I was looking for a picture box and i asked her of i can see how big yhe box was and her response was no bc the boxes are too big and i have more customers to help Are you kidding me!? im a customer! i needed help! never again will i be going to this location.

This UPS store DOES NOT allow customers to package their items inside the store, so please be mindful of that prior to going. I came to this store with the expectation of being able to pre-package my item inside the store, as I normally do at the UPS store in Farmingdale, NY. I received outstanding customer service from Samantha (5 stars), who was respectful, polite, and accommodating to my dilemma. However, avoid dealing with Eric who is rude, unaccommodating, and disrespectful to customers. He rudely explained the franchises store policy which prohibits customers from packaging their items inside the store. Based on the latter, Eric thought it was best to enforce the store policy albeit frigid outside temperatures (10 degrees). In conclusion, I gave this store 2 stars because of the store policy (under special circumstances: the weather) and Erics despicable customer service. Go to the store with your items pre-packaged to avoid the hassle.

I wish I could give zero stars. The owner of this business has zero compassion for her patrons. I shipped something in dry ice packaged by this store, paid $235 for overnight shipping AND PAID FOR INSURANCE valued at $2,500. They LOST my package for over 7 days, therefore the contents were spoiled. However, since they found it on the 9th day, they dont consider it lost and the insurance that was sold to me isnt applicable. When pleading my case to the owner she was cold hearted with ZERO interest in helping me. I explained to her that this package was medicine, (which she was fully aware of) and it was now ruined because of their error and that something should be done, her response was unenthused and heartless and said its policy. So, I would like everyone to know their policy because coincidently it was only explained after they had my money and ruined the contents of my package. Awful business, awful customer service, AWFUL business owner.
