They do a good job with tinting except there was one scenario they forgot to collect my keys and unfortunately Ive decided I did not want to get. my service done from them. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!! I went to buy tires and rims, and the rims were too big, and got internally scartched. I went there 4 times. I went to talk to Santiago, and I threatened him with the police, and he told me that he wasnt ever going to fix my car, and it cost me $1,800.60 If anyone wants to join me to go to court, please do so. There are So, SO many bad reviews for this place. The customer is my father, Marco Marcia, and its 100% NOT fake. Ya ripped us off, and well see ya in court!

This is my second year going here it was a big find to have a place that does everything. Been beyond happy with the work they do each time and the prices. Nice and informative staff and the prices are great. Have gotten my tints, rims and tires, aftermarket grill and front splitter and wickerbill, spiked lugs all installed here since last year. Again, great place for your car needs and mods.

Terrible management, robbed my friend blind for tints on a base model acura tl. Then when I called guy gave me a 300 dollar difference in price. Very unprofessional when confronted about it and this isnt the first time I heard bad about tint world but wow 3 days to tint 5 windows at 700 dollars that is ridiculous. Had some alloygators installed (rim protectors), and they did an excellent job. This mod can be a little pricey but its better than the cheaper 3m adhesive rim protectors. Highly recommended. Very professional and competent individuals. Also very courteous. Facility is very clean. Parking can be limited.

Came in for a quote for a chrome delete and roof wrap and they gave me a price. When I came in person to make the appointment, all ready to drop off the vehicle (managed to get an extra driver with me) they told me it was going to be almost double what they were initially charging me. Wasted trip from Queens apart from the person I asked to help me out with the ride back. I expected better I guess...

Took in my 2021 F250 Platinum Tremor to get the windows tinted on 11/25/20 literally the second I left the dealership. James got me right in and they did a professional & clean job. While the truck was getting done Dominic showed me some wheels / tire package that would make the truck stand out a little more and of course the place is like a candy store for adults so I ended up buying the package. Very professional and I highly recommend them.

I called Tintworld to get my windows tinted and the owner/manager Dominica told me all about the films and what the difference in the films were. When I got to the establishment the lady Dominica also showed me what was NY state compliant and went into further depth on the films the quality’s and features all the films gave me. All in all I had a very pleasant time here and they got me in and out. Dominica was very professional and let me take my time picking the perfect tint for my vehicle. I definitely will be coming back!!!!

I called earlier today to get an estimate to get my front windows tinted to match the rear windows. When I had got the price which seemed to be a great price I had then asked to make an appointment to actually get my tint done. When I had asked about the soonest appointment available the man on the whole proceeded to tell me that it would be fine if i brought my truck in at any point during the day before 6. As soon as I was able to bring the truck in I drove to the place and informed the man at the counter that I had spoke with someone earlier. He then proceeded to tell me that they are packed out and are unable to take me in today and to try again tomorrow. Completely unprofessional and frustrating

Bought and had car starter by compustar installed on 2004 Altima. Total price with tax was 504.00 which seemed a bit high. The bypass relay was $150 for this car. It could be bought online for no more than $50. That would have brought total cost down to about $400 which is a good and reasonable price.

Place is hit or miss and nobody ever wears a mask in there. Prices are reasonable

Horrible experience dealing with this place and had a bad feeling right off the jump when James answered the phone. I called in to purchase a pair of wheels and tires for my car. Was told I would get pictures of a couple options which I never did. Then called back in and spoke to Santiago. Santiago was quick to help me out, and I appreciate his part in this. Although once I picked the wheels I wanted, james told me they’d be In by the end of the day. Then didn’t call at all before closing to let me know there’s a delay. I called the following morning and the wheels were still not in. Once the wheels finally arrived I sent my employee to go pick them up for me and they gave him the wrong size. Had to return them and get what I asked for then the offset was wrong on the front. The rim was touching my brake caliper so I got tired of going back and fourth with them and got spacers. I Called in the next day and James lied to me saying he’d call me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks. Stay Away save yourself the headache.

Not the best in completing their job

I had my 2019 maxima with 1000 miles on it ceramic coated. Ultimate package. They only did half the car. They didnt do the inside of the car or rims and calibers. Water only sheets off the top of the car not anywhere else. Will never use again. The manager really didnt care about there work. They only care about $$$$. $2000 + tax you think that your car should come out better then new. They also left a scratch on the good of the car plus again the was just bought and used for 2 weeks before getting coated.

I had my windows tinted by this company and was given my car back with bubbles and creases in the rear window. The management also did not let me know that by tinting my windows my car would no longer pass inspection. This is something that should absolutely be told to a customer spending this kind of money on their vehicle. When I asked them about it all they said was to remove the tint and get the vehicle inspected and then pay to have it tinted again. Absolutely ridiculous business practice. I would not recommend to anyone. Seriously disappointing.

Got my 2020 ram lifted and put some rims... I had a great experience Santiago and his wife helped me find exactly what I was looking for and they beat everyone else’s prices if I could give a 10 star I 100% would they have my loyalty!!

First of all the manager Of this store doesn’t know how to speak to customers. James that’s the name of the manager. Very rude person. I called and spoke to his boss regarding the service (subwoofer and amplifier) installed by them. It had really minor problem which could have been fixed in 5 mins. His boss told me to bring the car in and we’ll take a look what’s wrong( which was very professional). But when I went there. Manager told me you have to drop off car. Which they never mentioned on phone. Manager told me I have 10 cars ahead of you. How it’s my problem, your boss told me to bring it in and you telling me you guys are packed. Definitely the worst experience.

I walked in the store. The person behind the counter is very unprofessional. Never welcomed me and was not even interested. I asked about some pricing, he spoke to me like not even interested in speaking and was busy in his computer. Heard this store was good, was recommended by a friend but you guys should have also positive people working in it.

They told me it would be a half hour wait, then it would take a half hour to tint my windows... That was 3 hours ago... Theyve been putting on the tint for over an hour, and its only TWO windows. What a joke.

Used tint world to mount and balance my tires, he did so but after getting home realized the tire rotation was wrong one rim, had to drive back out to him and while doing so he was very unprofessional and rude, save yourself the headache use someone else

Came in for a remote start and detail combo a friend of mine recommended. After a phone call I set up an appointment and came right in. The people in the store were helpful and answered my wife and my questions. Everything was done as promised and was a very enjoyable and easy experience.

The lowest possible place you could ever go for tints. Inexperienced window tinters who are lazy and take shortcuts, my window channel was ripped up by the tinter trying to line up the terrible tint application he applied and still light gap and bubbles appeared after curing. The owner Santiago takes no responsibility for the low budget staff he hires, from the rude mannered front staff attendant James to the people actually doing the tints. This place is a disaster and if you want quality I would suggest you stay far far away from this place because you will get your car back in worst shape than it came. One of the worst experiences I ever had.

Went to Tint World to have a remote start installed. They were very accommodating and got the job done in the exact time that they stated. After 2 days there was some issue with woofer and installation. Just got my truck wrapped for my new business and all I can say is WOW!!! The vinyl wrap is fantastic and me and my business partner couldnt be any more happy with the work that was done. I had done some shopping around before coming here and they by far had the best prices on the vinyl wrap and seemed to have the most experience. Im going to be bringing in my next truck when we purchase it in about 3 months to get the same wrap done on it. I highly recommend them, thanks again

I spoke with Santiago on the phone to make an appointment to have equipment installed on my car to stop hyperflash for LED bulbs. The person at the front desk when I arrived I believed was named James, older black man with glasses and a goatee. Very rude and condescending. When I asked to speak to Santiago he said he was on the phone. Unfortunately the equipment didn’t work and they didn’t charge me for the labor, hence the 2 stars instead of 1

Great experience here at this establishment Tint World. I have a history of bad experiences previous coming to this store. I went to 2 other stores that were recommended to me before I found Tint World on google. I went to a different store to get a stereo system installed in my new Dodge Hellcat. After leaving it there for about 2 days I went to pick it up and had nothing but problems with it and had to leave it for another almost 8 hours to just have everything taken out and told they could not figure out how to do a stereo system in that type of car. A friend recommended another stereo shop on the North shore where I was immediately told the stereo system could not be done impossible they said I went on google and came across the Tint World location in Nassau county and called and then drove by and spoke to Santiago that took more then needed time explaining to me and showing me product and solution that the other (I wont name shop) couldnt do. I wont say I was skeptical but was really hoping they could get it done. They entire project took 1 full day, I left it in the morning and picked it up the next day. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!!! I got exactly what I wanted, did not overpay and the technicians there know exactly what they are doing. You will not be disappointed coming here. Thank you Tint World and Santiago

Came in for a remote start on 3 of my cars. The owner Santiago did a fantastic job of explaining what we needed, pricing and options of remote starts that were available. They have the best prices in the area for the remote starts we needed for our cars and by far is the nicest and cleanest car shop that I have ever been to.

I went to them to install a windshield tint I purchased on line[was supposed to be a fading type] I didnt like it. I had them replace it with the one they recommended and was very happy. Brought in my Challenger to get a full detail and it was great!!!!! I went with the ultimate package and had the compound and buff the paint since it had a couple years of wear and tear on the paint and it looks like new again. Price was fair after shopping around and service was done timely. Bringing in my wifes car in a few weeks to get the same done and possibly a remote start in the winter for my son. Tint world you just won yourself a customer for life!!!!

I just picked up my 2017 Ram from Tint World after getting a complete detail. I was a little reluctant at first due to the fact the reviews werent excellent for details but the place is close to home. WHAT A JOB!!! My truck looks PHENOMENAL . I havent had a good cleaning like this for a longgg time. My truck looks brand new again. This taught me not to go entirely off reviews because boy those werent accurate AT ALL. I contacted Tint World on Facebook to have some work done. I was then chatting with Santiago on what I wanted done. I wanted a leveling kit, new rims, tires and steps bars to be installed on my truck. Santiago was able to get all the info and all the material to make what I imagined come true. Came to Tint World to get a remote start on my Subaru Outback and was very impressed. I called a couple other stores before coming here just to price shop and Tint World beat everyones prices and had the best reviews in the area. I made an appointment at 8am and was the first person there and Santiago got me right in. Waiting area was clean, bathroom was clean and I was offered free coffee while I waited. Came into the massapequa park tint world store this last week after reading other 5 star google reviews to get some window tint and they did a fantastic job. it was all very easy experience from start to finish from the minute i called to ask questions to dropping it off for my appointment. very nice and clean store and the employees are very quick and professional. i went with the ceramic tint package. i was a skin cancer survivor and after reading lots of reviews on the ceramic tint from tint world i decided this was the thing to go with. i really did notice a difference the next day when i left my car at the train station for work and then came back to it at the end of the day. before the tinting my car was an oven after sitting from 7am to 5pm in a train station. now when i walked up to it the heat decreased tremendously and and after driving home north bound with the sun setting my skin do not get that itch from the heat. well worth the money on what i got done and how it will help me. this is the place to go get your tints done

The guy that did the wrap he said he could do it, and he did .Excellent job took his time little longer than we both probably wanted, but is definitely was worth the wait. They were rude and had my daughter wait for over 3 weeks and they took 4 hrs. To change tires.Never go there. They will have you waiting way too long.My son in-law bought rims from them one cracked and they have given him the run around.Not a way to conduct business when paying big bucks.

BEST PLACE AROUND!!! Just took in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to Tint World in Massapequa Park for some rim and tire upgrades and window tinting. I got the exact rim I want and tires. They salesperson santiago was really straight forward with me and helped me out instantly when I came in. They had the rims in stock and tires in stock to and I was able to sit there and wait while all the work was done. They showed me exactly what is legal for window tinting now and explain all the differences. I went with the Ultimate tint after being explained all the differences in types of tint ( I thought tint was just tint) After a few visits to the beach I will be back for a detail. I own a new ford pickup truck and I was looking to get a bunch of things done but didnt want to have to bring it to multiple places to get each thing done. I found that this place does pretty much does it all. So I had tint world massapequa install air spring helper bags by Airlift, a two inch leveling kit, and some window tint work done. I have to give credit where credit is due.. Santiago really stands behind his product and his workmanship. The rear of my truck was installed with an airlift kit/compressor and it is such a clean install and everything is neat and tucked away where it should be; the leveling kit came out great and rides great also. Im probably about as neurotic as they come so i found a very very minor issue with one of the windows that i had tinted but, of course, tint world came through and had it done right at my convenience without any issues and they ultimately came out looking perfect. This place is truly a one stop shop for anything you need and I would recommend that if youre looking for a solid place that gets all the work done right for a reasonable price, this is the place to go.
