I got to the Mashpee store at 7:55 and waited patiently. The girl came promptly at 8:00 and began to unlock the door using a cranking device which she seemed to struggle with. She walk away abruptly which i took to mean she was having issues with the lock so i waited. She was at the register and looked back at me raising her arms as if to say, well why are you standing there. Once inside i told her i thought she was having trouble with the lock which was why i waited. She couldnt open the door and say hello once it was unlocked??? AWFUL ATTITUDE and wont be returning to that store if i can help it.

USED to be good service when Maryanne was there... now? NOPE! Someone should teach the employees that value of being polite and good customer service. Whoever owns this store... good luck!

Nice, helpful staff. Place is clean & has selections to meet your shipping, faxing, copying, etc needs. My only complaint is if you go in through the back door the step up is way too high, especially when you cant see carrying packages. Other than that A ok.

The place was clean and super orderly. Staff was really efficient with all of the customers and given the six foot restriction For social distance and limited number of people Allowed in the store I had almost no wait time with my 1 year old son.When we did get inside I was dropping off 2 (not packaged) amazon returns and one (packaged and labeled) apple return. We were done with receipt in about 90 seconds! I was pumped!

UPS Store in Mashpee. I will never go back. The staff was arrogant and condesending. No appreciation shows for the fact that I have been a customer for years. They just dont care about the customer!

Rude! and they just randomly close early and dont care if ur outside and they are just in there talking to each other.
