Beautiful store, but also FANTASTIC, responsive treatment by staff! I had a complicated exchange to make, and had no problems because of the help of both my sales associate and her store manager. I have shopped in many Williams Sonoma stores, andthis will be the only one that I choose to shop at, due entirely to the marvelous customer service!

I shopped here Saturday before Christmas. Im sure the staff was very busy. I approached Tina, she was obviously swamped... I asked her for some help checking a price on a breakable object - I didnt want to pick it up my self as I had a recent wrist injury and didnt want to risk it. She stopped what she was doing and showed me the piece plus some other designs which complemented the serving bowl I was interested in. I bought them all. She wrong me up and boxed up the items which were gifts and took more measures to make sure I could make it to my car with the package (due to my limited motility) . She definitely went above and beyond. There is a great group of people working here! Thank you Tina for being patient and kind.

If you love your kitchen youre going to love this store. It has all your kitchen and seasonal entertaining needs. Appliances, pots, pans, knives, cutlery, cooking oils, spices,and so much more.

Love this store! I get my turkey brine for Thanksgiving every year here. Could spend a fortune in this place!! Always something new and fun.

I absolutely love this place. Recently bought a griddle and a few other random items from here and theyre top notch. Griddle is solid iron and will outlast my lifetime. Staff are courteous, informative and never bug you. I love places that ask once if you need anything and let you be. If I have questions, Ill approach you. I wish all stores were more like this one. 👍

Average experience. I used to buy my gas for a seltzer machine there. It was a prolonged experience with their cash register every single time. Twenty questions. Easier from my local kitchen store. We also got some attitude from one sales person last night while we were browsing. Brusque answer to a single question about a product. Very snooty. Thats not the norm though.

Wonderful service!

This is a huge store. It has most everything that a kitchen could possibly need. Everything is laid out very well and its an extremely clean store. The prices are fair because of the quality brands they sell. The employee who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful.I will visit again when I am back in the area.

One of my favorite places to shop.

I was excited to learn that the William Sonoma shop in Mashpee Commons hosts free classes. I attended a cutting class where they taught techniques in cutting and talked a little about the knifes that they sell. I thought we would be doing the cutting ourselves but they said due to liability they werent able to let the participants do that which I understand. I did learn some new techniques and would attend another class again. The instruct was pleasant and knowledgeable. They also gave us a discount if we shopped that same day which I thought was a nice touch. All and all I was impressed and would recommend visiting this shop to anyone who loves cooking!

The layout and structure of this Williams-Sonoma is fairly standard, but the staff inside are very engaging and go the extra length to help you out. This location is not usually busy, and feels more relaxed.
