Gil was awesome.Told him the style of game I wanted and he pulled one off the (DISCOUNT X360) shelf.I left with 9 new (to me) games!!*the trade in value of X360 games is horrid. Better off Craigslist (CL) or FacebookMarket (FBM) sales.25c trade in for game theyll resell for $5 to $8.

There’s a new store manager there. She does a great job, very knowledgeable and professional. Was a big upgrade for this location. The staff there had been lacking for a while. It’s nice I can go to my local GameStop now and not worry I’m going to be served poorly or left to wait in a line while somebody is on the phone taking about unrelated work items.

Nice location, clean, and well organized. My problem is with their advertised opening time for black friday online vs when they actually opened. Online said they opened at midnight, but when we got there at 1145, there was a sign on the door that said 1230, and there was a group of about 10 of us who had the same issue. It was freezing and just poorly organized that online the time listed for opening was midnight and then a sign taped to the door said different.

Im standing place to go and visit theres two guys that can talk your ass off until they bleed thats one guy is named Mark which is the manager which is an absolutely dick every time we going to the he looks at us as criminals he puts his head down Twitches eyeballs up and says can I help you with anything! And then gets all fidgety behind the counter like some reasons that toss and CDs at him he is the rudest customer service person Ive ever met in my life the other two guys are outstanding they talk a million miles a minute but theyre awesome

This is an average GameStop. Obviously it doesnt have huge foot traffic, considering where its located but its still an ok store. They always have brand new games stocked when they come out and they keep their store clean. I dont know, thats a big thing for me.

Good amount of merchandise. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about products and prove great assistance finding what you want.

Best GameStop I’ve ever been in. Every time I shop there, the staff are great. They listen to what I’m looking for and assist when they don’t have it.

The reason for going to game stop is going to this store. No other store is this good looking I promise you. But it sucks that over the years its turned into more of a collectables store then a game store, and now since Covid, this store is very barren with little to nothing in it, but most gamestops are like this now.

Employees are ALWAYS wonderful and overly kind. I go there all the time.

A pretty standard Game Stop location, there are times this one can get a bit steamy inside during the winter. Its not busy often, but when a line forms it can move slowly. The staff are knowledgable and helpful!

Its a large store friendly staff, pricing as with all gamestops is high. If you like gamestops this place is a solid stop, if you are like me then there is no reason to avoid here but no reason to specifically seek this place out.

Cool place, friendly service and great prices on used games and access to game device parts, controllers, power packs ect. In 2019 no grand parent should be without a GameStop account!

Friendly staff, alwaying helping and looking up needed games and genres. They happily answer my constant plethora of questions.

I popped in with my son and the young woman with glasses answered all of my questions and all of my sons 1 million about the new Pokémon set .Definitely returning soon, rare to find others into the same things my friends call a waste of my time

This place is dope. Much better than the other GameStops in the area. The employees here are always willing to help, and go above and beyond where other GameStops will not. Especially the Wareham GameStop; that place is terrible. This place always has at least something Im willing to buy, even if its not something specifically that Im looking for, though they do usually have what Im looking for. If they dont have something Im interested in, theyll order it to the store anyway. At any rate, this is the go to GameStop for the Cape Cod area. Highly recommend.

This place is the perfect place to find games you want, and sells Xbox one and 360 games, ps games, wii games, etc. they sell used and new games at decent prices that are equal or less than that online. The reason my review is a 3 is because we recently bought a game from Christopher, an employee at GameStop, and he gave us the wrong game. We got home and realized this, and we’re essentially scammed. As long as you don’t have Christopher checking you out, go to gamestop for all your gaming needs.

Perchaced 5 games for Xmas. 3 of wich were defective & would not play! Had to bring them back & exchange for different copies, 1 of wich was defective again,so had to go back yet again to exchange that for a working copy! The few dollars saved buying used games was more than countered when you factor in gas, & traveling multiple times back & forth!!!No to mention the extreme disappointment of children!!If perchasing used games do yourself a favor and go e-bay!
