I already loved Botello’s for the Hard-core, grubby stuff I have to get as a contractor but this week they dazzled me with phenomenal service and an excellent price with the military discount on this sexy new grill.I researched the hell out of this grill and thought I knew it better than anybody, but they knew precisely what I was talking about and gave me even MORE info on it that I didn’t already know.They were pleasant, knowledgeable and provided expert, professional assembly.Botello’s is like a mini Disney World for contractors AND homeowners and this grill experience put them over the top for me.

Amazing store and they have everything for the most part. Wont let you in the lumber yard well before they close though.

This is the best hardware & paint, lumber. Everything is great here. The employees here treat you with respect! I use the paint department mostly. They always mix my colors perfect!

Im upset at myself that its taken so long to recognize Botellos Rental Department. Ive purchased all of my Sthil equipment from Botellos - which includes a chain saw, multiple blowers, a snow blower, & multiple Toro mowers over the years. Im specifically giving Stu and his crew 5 stars for a recent visit where I brought in a 2 year old, Toro, Super Recyler mower with a Honda GSV engine. I felt the engine was making a strange noise - the oil level was fine & clean. I changed the oil for the 3rd time and the engine noise didnt change - it might have gotten worse. I brought it to Botellos and after evaluation the engine was cooked. The only issue was I was blamed at first for using the wrong oil - after bringing proof of what I had used for oil - the manager Stu went to worked on my behalf & was able to get Toro to cover a new Honda engine. Why would anyone buy any building products or equipment anywhere else on the Cape... great operation and team.

Not the closest hardware and lumber yard for me to use but it certainly is the best; I Drive the extra distance because they’ve got anything I’ve ever needed and they’re just pleasant to deal with.

Stopped in Botello Lumber in Mashpee today and from walking in the door to my departure, everyone wanted to help. The showroom is excellent with many choices in countertops, cabinets, kitchens, etc. I was in search of some mouldings and was directed to the lumber yard where a gentleman showed me various samples for my project and cut a few samples for me to show my carpenter. I recommend Botello without a doubt. What a pleasant experience!

As soon as you walk in somebodys there to help you find what you need... the prices may be a tiny percentage more than somewhere else, but the service is great... they generally have most everything you need ...even in and out quick ... the paint guys are the best and fastest on the cape

The staff is happy to help & accommodate- particularly Mike in the lumber department, who feels like an old friend thats always there to give you a hand, assist in answering questions, and provide whatever advice/answers possible. Thank you, Mike, & everyone at Botellos for maintaining such an excellent establishment with accessible materials & employees. Found exactly what I needed, and I certainly will come back for all the lumber I need!

Needed 3 Anderson French Doors. Ordering then delivery many weeks out. Contacted Botello by chance. 2 French Anderson doors just so happens are in stock! New! Great! Apparently these new doors were returns and a discount would apply. Cant beat that, right? New doors (within reason) for a discount! Never opened boxes! Hardware a separate order. Seeing this was not an issue, they were purchased and installed. In the meantime, ordered another door at full price. These doors then developed problems (leaking which ruined my floors). I called Anderson. Asked for a rep to visit for I wanted to insure the doors were installed correctly before i dealt with the contractor. Anderson sends a rep and confirms doors were installed correctly. Told that 2 of the doors are 10 years old. Say what? Thats right, Botello deceitfully and knowingly sold me 2 doors that were 10 years old misrepresenting the claim that they were new. Furthermore, these doors called for up dates with regards to parts, gaskets, etc.... No word or talk from Botello expressing so. So the Anderson rep orders parts and more. I took a day off from work for this. Repeat, parts had to be ordered for these very expensive doors that were misrepresented by Botello as being good to go, NEW! So another day off from work, the rep with new parts in hand, dresses up the doors and now they are good to go. In the meantime, to add insult to injury, the wrong color hardware which was provided by Botello is outstanding. I notified Botello. The first call finds them telling me basically too bad my fault. A called again today March 25 to try and rectify the problem. They told me I ordered the wrong color! Really! Just like I ordered 10 year old doors! In short, this time they recognized that it is possible someone on their end could have made a mistake ordering. Then recanted telling me that I would have had to sign off on this order and I signed nothing! They dont know how this could have happened and it is my problem! And just like the 10 years old doors which they have not a response for. The Botello remedy, buy new hardware. Really! After they stiff me with 10 year old doors they now are trying to stiff me with wrong color hardware in lieu of recognizing customer loyalty never mind the mistakes they made. So buyers, be aware when buying or dealing with this location. A few there simply cannot be trusted! As for me, I will never again buy from this location, not even a nail. And I will make it a point to share my terrible costly experience with this establishment. I had spent thousands there while building my home. Unfortunately, when Botello creates a problem they dont own up to it. Lowes makes the same mistakes but owns up to them. The simple take the money and run attitude is not good policy. Shop at Lowes!
