Ive taken my kid in 4 or 5 times for Vans or Converse over the past few years and every single time the staff are amazing. Journeys in Maryville is the one store my daughter always leaves happy from, even if she doesnt get anything. The young people working there always strike up conversations and make her feel welcome. After our trip there this week she told me she wants to work there when shes old enough. Kudos to the person that does the hiring because you always seem to nail it.

I was never really a shoe person until I had visited Journeys. I used to have just 2 pairs of shoes I would wear with every outfit even if it didn’t match, but after going in there for the first time, I just can’t help myself from buying shoes anytime I visit. The staff is so welcoming and great to have a conversation with. If they don’t have the specific shoe you want then they can show you shoes that are similar to them or they can order them! I’ll definitely be buying more shoes from them and I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone who wants good quality shoes!

If you want expensive kicks this is the place for you. No really though nice vans and other high end brand shoes in an appealing layout.

Didnt have shoes in my size, they convinced my to order through them online only for my shoes to be lost in the mail. Never doing business here again

Always friendly and helpful not pushy

I really like this journeys, employees were nice and the store was clean. Overall I enjoyed the vibe. I got the shoes that I wanted in less than 5 minutes. I’m so glad I don’t have to go to Knoxville anymore to get a new pair of shoes!!

Over-priced in my opinion. Id shop around online first, youll probably find a better deal on there. The employees are usually friendly and helpful though.

Love the stores wish they had more styles of skateboard shoes like Globe, DVS, Osiris and Lakai overall they are very helpful and seem intrested in what your into.

The worst experience ive ever had in my life. The manager had the worst attitude towards me. I felt so talked down to. i will never return to that store

Great place the staff kinda rude they think any and ever one that comes through the door are going to jack something but over all good place to get some new kicks and great prices
