Had a wonderful experience with this location today. All of the workers are very knowledgeable and made my experience that much easier to understand everything about my new phone and the services I purchased. The store itself was by far the cleanest retail store Id ever been to. I will 10/10 recommend this store to anyone trying to save money on their phone services or just needing excellent customer service when purchasing a new phone service.

The Broadway location in Maryville is as good as it gets. The girls who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. After recently switching to T-Mobile I got a deal for two free phones when I ported our numbers. One of the phones had an issue on the first night we took it home. The next day I took it back there and they got a replacement for it, also brand new. I mean how can you complain about that? Anyway very helpful staff and they know the phones and will hook you up as far as cases, accessories, etc. 5 stars for these girls!

These Ladies have class!! Im happy as a lark! They fixed my problem in a matter of seconds & reassured me that the person I was unhappy with has moved on, so to speak! Thanks Metro!

Went in today and got a new phone. Geoff was great!!! Got me taken care of quickly. He was very helpful! I also brought my sister in after that and he took care of her as well. He is great with customers!

They didnt want my business because of a medical condition that wont allow me to wear a mask. Its called discrimination. I got my four phones elsewhere with no problems.

The Chick-Fila of Phone stores. Never have i ever had a bad experience with this branch of metro. Over all I love metro, but this one on Broadway in Maryville is truly the best. The management is stellar and you can really see it reflected in the employees. Geoff and Tina are just really good people.

E Broadway store is very nice and clean, the staff are always available to help with any need you have...was told any questions or concerns I can call or come in anytime they are available...Tina is very attentive and Haley is very good at getting you in and out...overall a great experience would recommend everyone go here!!!

Cody was so helpful! While I didnt buy a phone today, he gave me several options and even provided a few suggestions to save some money. He wasnt out to simply make a sale; he was there to provide the service that fit my needs and not the companies.

If you pay on time every month...dont think youre getting any help while an epidemic is going on becasue youre trying to eat & feed a kid. You get standard 72 hours or pay $ to extend your payment, which is why youre calling.

Geoff helped me tremendously very good costumer service.

I’m not even a MetroPCS customer but I came in with an issue whereas the employees of the T Mobile (the cell service I ACTUALLY use) I had previously visited were incredibly rude and condescending. This was on top of the fact that the T Mobile employees basically told me that they couldn’t do anything. I didn’t get the Metro employee’s name that helped me so much, but I really am grateful for her helping me with a situation that seemed impossible.

Phones and the plans are great. The service is not so great. It has a lot of spots where you have no service. Hopefully they expand the service out

After being ripped off by Us Cellular on phones and service for years, Im glad I switched. Same service for a lower price and didnt have to pay hundreds for a new phone.

Cody fixed my problems quick love the fact I tried for over a week to troubleshoot and he fixed it in under 20 minutes he is the best!

The worst experience I have ever had a cell phone store. Matt was rude, he talked over me, and offered no solution to my problem. I was sold a phone on Sunday....and was a new customer.. After I got my phone home it began shutting on its own...I called customer support, who told me no problem take it back to the store. I did, and got a very rude and aggressive young man to help me,,, He told me that I needed to go somewhere else because it had been over 24 hours ! They never offered a solution to my problem that wouldnt include me buying another month of service and paying full price for a new phone...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

My friend and I went into Metro PCS to get help with doing certain things on our phones an the girl that help us was very patient and she stood there and helped me delete one by one certain apps I no longer needed.. And she showed us how to do some other things we didnt know how to do... I just wanted to say Thank You Vanessa in Maryville Tennessee, On East Broadway.... God Bless Her....

Broadway store was fair and good but didnt have the phone we really wanted so went to Midland plazas store and umm want to talk about dumba$$ and rude as he!! never again.. I wouldnt even recommend my worst enemy there. But omg! go to knoxvilles location and ask for Matt he is AMAZING and does everything he can to give you a good experience.

The staff are great but customer service direct number worse experience of my life!!!!!! Turned my phone off for non payment after I had already made the payment. Took half a day to get corrected. The staff cant help the company they work for our morons.
