Curtis is a southern gentleman.... would not expect anything less than this after the pleasure of not only meeting him but the after affect from purchasing just a great corvette from Curtis Wright Motors.We purchased a Z06 vette from him and it was fluid, easy and most of all fun!We found him on cars.com and we did this over the phone the usual way and the point that Curtis was very professional and a car enthusiast brought it home and the car was a very fair deal..Beau flew to his modest place of business... Curtis picked him up at the airport on a sunday evening which was going the xtra mile... we got a few perks with the car but the car itself has no issues and we are just doing the fluid changes and anything else that people need to do for the norm when purchasing a used car..Curtis is turning out to be more of a friend and we are happy that we found a person in this day and age that is as honest and loves what he does... he is also very informed in many areas of his forte...... his business...As far as we are concerned... Curtis Wright Motors is a five star world class establishment per say....WHAT a great experience..and fun.. and somewhat of a relief in a world of stress that has been more of the norm these days.

I had been looking for a used Honda Pilot for my daughter. I called probably 20 people, looked at ads for 12 hours, texted people, etc. Long story shorter, I saw where Curtis Motors in Maryville had a 2006 Honda Pilot that looked to be in good condition and the price was fair (I know this because I looked at probably close to a hundred within a 200 mile radius). I liked the looks of it, drove it and made a deal with Curtis. He showed me the Car Fax and was great to deal with. I knew from looking at all of the info on Honda Pilots, that the older ones lasted forever, but one flaw was that the timing belt should be replaced at 105K miles as recommended by Honda. Well, I forgot to inquire about that and purchased the Pilot for my daughter. The next day I confirmed through the Honda dealership in Knoxville, that the timing belt was not done on the vehicle I purchased. I called and got a quote of $650.00 to repair it. I sent Curtis an email, in no way thinking he would even respond as he wasnt obligated, after all the vehicle was purchased As Is. Curtis is sending me a check for half the costs for this. How many car dealerships, much less a used car dealership, would do something like this? This guy did the right thing, and really went above and beyond what you would expect. My daughter loves the vehicle and is happy with the outcome.

Disappointed in my experience. Drove a 7 1/2 half round trip to buy a 2013 f 150 for 18,300$ Talked to the guy on the phone for 2 weeks about the truck. Truck was supposed to be good to go with nothing wrong with it. Got there found it had a coolant leak and the coolant reservoir was empty. It was missing the plastic center piece on the front bumper. It also had new catalytic converters welded to each exhaust manifolds. Both sides had exhaust leaks at the welds. Dont think the dealer knew of the problems but should pay more attention to detail on the vehicles he is selling. Dry run and two busy guys wasted a day out of there life and about 50 dollars in fuel.

He said he would run my credit and call me back and he never did. I tried calling him and he is all ways busy or doesnt answer. If I could give him no stars I would. He also doesnt try and get you a loan like he said he would he just told me to go to my bank. He is a liar and con but what should you expect from a used car sales man.
