They also have a great selection, quality brands, and competitive prices... but it is the service that shines and that sets them apart from the big box commercial retailers! This place is hands down the beat place to get flooring in the NW missouri region. The staff is very knowledgeable about all there products and as a contractor they give me the best products to give my clients the high end result they deserve.

The carpet looks great and my experience in the store was wonderful! I would give 5 stars for that. The reason for the 3 stars is based off of the people they had install the carpet. During the instal they broke the cover to the ceiling light on the landing in the stairs. Ok accidents happen and they took the price of the light off of the service. I can understand that. I paid them as they seemed to be in a hurry to leave. When I went to check on the carpet it looked pretty good. The only thing was that they had left the bedroom door off. I had to call to find the pins to put they door back up. They said they left the door off because it needed to be shaved down a bit. That’s fine. I just wish they would have told me before they left. Then I noticed that they had cut through and installed carpet over the internet cable. So now we have to pull up the carpet and have the cable rerun. I don’t know if it was an off day or what for these guys but it was such a messy job. Things were broken.

Very friendly. Met us at the counter. Showed us carpets. Told us all about them. Showed us n instructed n answered questions about carpet pads. Came to house n measured. Carpet to be installed soon.

Best Customer Service in town, hands down!! Although I’m cannot commit to naming my next child after Jeff, I will commit to Carpet Plus for all my flooring needs!! Great work, guys!!

Jeff & Garrett were a very big help in picking out my flooring to match my house. They took their time to show me many different options. I recommend them highly.

This place was not open but there was a fireworks tent I stopped at because they do military discounts.
