I love Target, but sadly most HHolloween decorations and customs were sold out. But I rather ordering said item online then going to *gulp* floor mart

AT&T salesperson wouldn’t leave us alone, apparently this is a partnership they have now. They’re supposed to stay in the electronics section, but he was harassing us while we looked at books. It killed the Target retail therapy vibe.

Had the worst experience at this Target today when trying to make an exchange-not a refund, not a credit-an exchange. I didn’t have a receipt and was treated poorly by the cashiers for this reason. Bought elsewhere and paid twice as much, but that was better than spending anymore money at this store.

Last minute baby shower gift needed. I ordered my items online at home the night before. The next morning I went to the pick up area at the front of the store. I was in and out of the store in less than 2 minutes! Glorious! Also loved the app updates of my order.

One of the nicest stores in town. Nice clothing and home goods, reasonable prices. They have a grocery section, but Id leave your weekly grocery trip to an actual grocery store if you want the best deals. However, they often have great clearance deals from season-to-season.

We went in for a pickup order I had placed, which was ready quickly according to the online communication I received. We decided to browse the store while we were there to look for a few other items, and the store seemed like it was nearly empty. Maybe due to the pandemic, but it seemed like the stock of everything was very low. Our experience at the regular checkout was just fine, but in order to get the item we had ordered for pickup, we had to go to customer service. It was chaotic at best. For the amount of time we stood there waiting, we could have just gone to get the item and checked out normally. The lady who did finally help us was very nice, although the experience overall left me feeling like Maryville Target is maybe just not a great place to shop.

The school list assist is the most awesome thing ever! I had all my sons school supplies already bagged and paid for. All I had to do was run in and grab it. So easy.

The folks in the Pharmacy are always helpful. Sarah is always very sweet to me.

Target was great. This is the second year that theyve done the educator discount, and it makes a big difference for the things I need before my students ever walk in the door. It couldnt be easier to get the deal and this store is always exceptionally friendly.

Quick pick up service

Everything was well stocked and clean. There was always someone around that could help if we needed anything. Since it was the weekend of Halloween, they had tables set up for kids that were dressed up in costume. My little ones werent dressed up, but they were still nice enough to five them each candy and one of the toys. Would definitely recommend this store.

Awful experience at Maryville Target tonight! Should be Zero stars, but you have to give them 1 star just to make a post! Asked to speak to a manager several times. Sales associate just walked away. Took a picture of the item with a 50% clearance sign. I asked for help with checking out since it didnt ring up 50% off. I asked the sales associate if she could see the picture, it is clearly mark 50% off. Asked to see a manager and she just walks off! I am livid, my blood pressure is through the roof! Will not go back to Target. Livid!

Great store that just completed a renovation. Everything is better organized. As usual they dont compromise quality. But, is it necessary for check out personnel to enter numbers from every $5 gift card? Why not simply swipe bar code on each one? They do it anyway . Not sure why that alone does not identify the card . Wastes time.

I mean, its a Target? Target is always great, this one is no exception. Although, in the interest of honesty, I did work here for about a year back in the day, so I guess Im biased? I dig it. I know where everything is, everyone is always nice, and its always clean.

Ms. Sadie was very kind. Directed my call as I requested and when I was directed back to her she went back there personally to look for the item I was looking for. Very kind and polite!

I believe Vicky was the workers name. Quite inconsiderate. She decided to talk the mans ear off in front of me in line as if they were old high school pals, then when he finally leaves, she walks over to the other line and starts helping another customer without so much as looking at me. Luckily, another employee asks if I had been helped and after realizing I hadnt, decided to step up and actually provide a little customer service. Im glad Im only in town temporarily and wont have to try very hard to avoid ever stepping foot in this store again...

This Target is going through a remodel and should be very nice once complete.Changing from 4 to 3 stars. Employees here are the most unhelpful. Found a lady in the back this morning who flat out told me that even if they had more in the back of what I was looking for she didnt have time to check.

Convenience

Things tend to be pricier than average but the selection is so wide it kinda makes up for it. The atmosphere is also a bit demanding. As if you should dress up to be there even though its just a store.

The bread and butter of all of our shopping is done here. This location is alway well taken care of and the staff are always willing to help however they can. Prices are the normal target standard but we use cartwheel and it saves us a lot.

The employees were very friendly and the store looks wonderful.

If I could give a zero star review I would the red card customer service team is useless. I called with an issue 13 days ago the first time I was given a bogus reference I.d. for nothing. The second time I called I was told I would receive a call within 24hours on the status of my issue. The third time I called I was told the department handling my issue does not take calls and there is nothing they can provide me with to show my issue is even being looked at. That was the answer I received after speaking with a supervisor who evidently puts zero effort into her job. I should have just made my purchases elsewhere.

Communication and fast service on my online order and in store pickup was great. Target has been really improving their stores looks which makes shopping there much more pleasant.

On 12-3-17 I stopped by Target looking for PJ Masks figures. The price on the shelf said 7.99 for a duo pack. I got two packs and went through self checkout where they rang up 9.99. Thinking I may have misunderstood, I purchased the items and went straight back to toys and checked the price. Yes, 7.99. Went to customer service and explained. The young man called toy department, gave the UPC code and asked him to check the shelf price. Yep, 9.99 on the shelf he said. Being in a rush I went home and ordered the items from Toys r us (much cheaper) which I have received. Returning these to Target tomorrow. Dont lie to customers Target.

I was unaware that Target combined men and women changing rooms when I recently took my daughter there. She opened the door to her changing room to call out to her mother and was surrounded by men who could see in her dressing room unfortunately exposed.I complained and nobody cared. Honestly I dont think Target could fix this and we will never go back.Also if Target is going to force this they should have the changing rooms auto lock because right after this a teenage boy was opening doors to find a open room. We were not the only ones affected by this.
