Apparently these guys dont know how to tell what are the correct size tires for a vehicle. They would rather my transmission get trashed by their ignorance than to fix an issue they created to make sure Im safely on the road. Now after $1000 invested I have no car for Labor day weekend.Zero stars would be my rating if possible. Still trying to resolve issues from their incompetence.

We took the car to them to have checked out, they said there was nothing wrong with it, but there was still something wrong with it, took it somewhere else and it cost us $1,500 to have it fixed.Now run great.

My wife took car in for an oil change and tire rotation. We had a small/slow leak in one of the tires. They said they couldnt find the leak and said they rotated the tires but they did not, because two days later the tire was low again and in the same position. Took to another tire store and they found and fixed the leak and rotated tires in under an hour. Will not use this business again. They are unethical and untrustworthy.

Had an apt. at 4p. Took 2 hours to do an oil change.

I normally service my own vehicles, but needed some work done that I didnt have the equipment to do. They did a great job, and the cost was lower than the other shops that I got quotes from.The part that really impressed me, however, was listening to the employess interact with the other customers. While I sat in the waiting room, several came to pick up their cars. You hear rumors of shops over-charging customers, and there were several opportunities for them to do so while I was there. But many of the customers were expecting a very high bill and were very surprised to learn their car trouble was caused by something minor, and the bill was very low. Seems like a very trustworthy shop, and Ill gladly use them again if I need to.

The single most honest and reasonably priced auto repair shop in all of East Tennessee. Lee and everyone else at the shop are friendly and treat their customers like family. I wouldnt hesitate to bring any of my cars here if I needed their services, because I know Ill be treated well and given a fair price for honest work.

Auto Pro is an excellent garage. They do great work with honest pricing. I recently had a friend tell me he went by and Auto Pro beat the dealership price by $510. They dont try to stick it to you on their prices, and they dont try to upsell unnecessary parts and services. If you need quality work with quality parts this is the place.

I took my daughters car, Hyundai Accent on 8/29 without knowing what was wrong other than another mechanic told me it was an oxygen sensor. When I called, Terry gave me detail information over the phone and his honest opinion. I decided to tow it to the shop. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 3 hours. It was ignition coil and low battery reading. Being a single mother and not knowing mechanics of a car, only humans, I trust that they will give me honest work. When you find a mechanic shop that’s trustworthy, then you pay for that. You can’t find honest and quality work anymore, except here: Auto Pro on Home Ave.

This place has declined terribly! I ended up having to take my car to another known and local shop to fix my car. They did fix they original issue I believe but they couldnt bleed my brakes properly. Told me my pads and everything look good(not the case) and they didnt know why my brake pedal was going to the floor. The employee assured me he would look into and contact me in a couple of days. Acted like he was clueless and claimed my car to be safe to drive. I barely had any brakes in my pedal and he never bothered to contact me. Between my extended warranty and what I had to pay it was about 1600 dollars but they couldnt even bleed the brakes correctly or care that I had very little brakes. Knowing Im a mother and have my children in the car. I will never return here again. Plus, when I got tires here they gave me the wrong spare tire. It was much smaller than the one that came with my car. Its a mess!

Sent my wife there to get hers changed 3 weeks later, and they didnt try to charge more make a fast buck on her, same great price, same great service, no BS.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Always my first stop whenever theres vehicle trouble, Lee is one of the nicest and most fair people Ive ever done business with. Kept my truck put together when it just seemed like everything was falling apart, does the work on all the vehicles in my family. Even living in Knoxville now Ill still drive the extra miles to use them.

I had gotten some used tires there and it turns out they werent the right size. Well at that point I decided I wanted some new tires so they took the used tires back and credited that towards the purchase of two brand new tires. That right there is what good business is all about!

I saw a ad on Craigslist for a lube jockey. I applied. I waited a couple days, then called and spoke to a eric. He said the position had been filled a couple days ago. They had hired someone who had just walked in. So, I cant help, but wonder, A. why you still had the ad up if you had hired someone. B. The person who walked in, im betting they didnt do what you asked them in, (applying through the ad, no phone calls please).I want the Management, to imagine themselves in my shoes, you do what you are asked, you competent, and you dont even get an interview. Imagine working on a customers car, then them disputing the charge with their credit card. You did the work. The customer agreed to pay, and they are even happy with the work, but you still lose the money. You are welcome. Next time, if you are not going to take the effort of interviewing people, then please dont post a help wanted ad on craigslist.

Occasionally I question the authenticity of their diagnosis and repairs, as I do with ALL mechanics, but unquestionably they do spot-on work which Ive never had to return to get re fixed! I might add a couple of times theyve saved my butt by charging me much less in the end than what I expected when I came in! Theyve also jumped through hoops to get me in and out quickly so I could get back to work!

These are the nicest, most professional, most honest, and best trained people in our entire area. They seemingly can fix just a bout anything wrong with your car or truck and do it efficiently and without just replacing parts until something works. I have my fleet serviced by them and it is in the best shape ever and I am saving a bout 60% from what it cost me at the dealership. They use the same good parts. Lee and Jennifer are so great to deal with. In Maryville you can do no better. These people genuinely car about you and your vehicle.

I have always got great service. I have found them to have better prices than some of the other places Ive been.When the car dealership told me I needed something and it was going to cost $290 plus tax. I took it to auto pro. It was a small part that showed the same symptom. It cost $45 to get it replaced.

It is one of the best experiences in my nearly 60 years of life. I was on vacation passing this nice town. All in sudden, one tire went flat. I googled and found this Autopro shop nearby. With the spare, I took the tire to them. They fixed the tire, put it on and place the spare in its place within 30 min without charging me a single penny, even after I insisted to pay. I love Auto Pro. Ive been using them almost exclusively since not long after they opened. One one occasion I was out of the country on business and one of our cars went down while I was gone. I had my family get the car towed to Auto Pro and gave them a call to let them know it was on the way. I told them to do whatever needed to be done and to just let my wife know when it was ready and how much it would cost. Thats the trust I have in them and Ive never been disappointed.

A lot of good reviews. I guess I caught them at a bad few weeks. I called and left a voicemail hoping to get my master cylinder looked at. I dropped my car off and told the lady 3 times its my master cylinder on the phone, yet she told me it was a different problem. I didnt mind as long as it was getting fixed. A couple days later my brakes have little pressure and I drive back to ask them. She said it could be the master cylinder and then I would have to wait another week to get it when I already had my car there trying to get that problem fixed a couple days prior. Yet after charging me for something else they wanted another $480. Then I was told my ball joint needed to be replaced as well as the entire control arm. That couldnt be done for weeks and I had to set up an appointment, $600. I found another place that did it for $200.

They over charge and take advantage of you if your a female. Had wife take van here to fix radiator, a simple 45 min job. Charged her for 3 hours of labor at 90$ per hour.REPLY : First not sure how my wife thanked you when l was the one that picked it up? And when I brought up the 4 hours, the response was well some people take longer then others 2nd the quote was done at 5:34PM and had all ready started working on it by 5:55pm not sure where you got the 2 days from. But good you all were quick at starting. When I got call at work at the total I had to say yes, cause I needed it fixed ASAP. Also I had trusted that you all were honest and seen all the good reviews. Truthfully I thought a radiator would be between 100$ and 350$ If not more. Figured this was an expensive radiator. Not till I picked it up did I see that was not the case. To gain access to the condenser, you need just the 4-6 10mm maybe 12mm bolts on top to remove the section that the hood latch is on. Then the grill pops out, held in by 8-10 fender flair push-in fastener So you can get to the last 2 bolts and have room to remove radiator. Then 4 push in clips hold the condenser in. No need to remove a front bumper. Also dont need a job but thinks. O ya testing the cooling system, was charged for the 30 mins. When first called you all said if we get it fixed there then there would not be a charge for finding the issue.. I guess this is just another trick. Last of all 2 hour charge for finding the issue and fixing it is more then enough. 4 hours is way to much. No need to call as there is nothing that can be done now.

I had used this Autopro location in the past and it was my go to shop for quick turn around on repairs till my last time, which is a horror story and I will never use this facility again. I came to Autopro this visit because my wifes car was running rough throwing a P0300 Muliticylinder Misfire code, and a P1382 No cylinder position signal, as I had previously taken vehicles with similar codes and had a 1 day turn around it was a no brainier to come here, I arrive drop the car off, told the service adviser Erik, the issue and left, I came back the next day to get a price and was told All your problems are the clutch. (keep in mind the code reader said its electrical problems and the exhaust smells of raw fuel) I told them it cant be the clutch because it has codes and fills the car with the smell of raw gas, as well that Airport Honda had replaced the clutch 2 weeks earlier- 627 miles ago, and showed them the receipt with the date and mileage. I asked Erik Did you try driving it yourself? and he retorted I dont need to drive it my tech told me its a clutch slipping Since I did not have a shop I trusted more I asked how much to change it out, they said $375 parts and labor, I said sure whatever. I got a call a few days later the car was ready to pickup, not only was it still coding but now the throw-out bearing is screaming, its your transmission Erik says, I took it back to Airport Honda, and Miley Automotive who both said its the throw-out bearing, not being greased. They refuse to lube it, and when asked about the code issues they say it must be the tune on the ECU....even tho its a stock engine with stock ecu. SO all I got was a $700+ bill and my car in WORSE CONDITION then I came thereAND YES IT WAS THIS LOCATION ON HOME AVE! I DO NOT HAVE THE WRONG LOCATION, JENNIFER with the G8, works the counter and Erik the service advisor Had the Ford Taurus on the huge wheels!
