Service King in Maryville did an amazing job on my dodge ram. They kept me informed the whole way through the process. My truck was so dirty inside and out and needed a good cleaning. To my surprise they not only detailed the outside but the inside as well. It made my day after taking a 3 month old truck that a deer ran into causing severe front end damage.. I would definitely use them again. Change is hard when your used to using other places over the years but you cant get in for weeks or months. So thumbs up Service King!

I hated to need this service. Service King was a welcome find from my insurance company. From estimate to finished repairs they did an awesome job of communicating the process and timeline. Justin was great to deal with. I had a little extra work done which wasnt covered he was not only able to get it done within the same frame I also got a fantastic price. Their customers satisfaction is the goal. They deliver on it in spades.

Had the repair done and got the car back 12/7/2016. After about a month the drivers door got hard to close due to a defective hinge. I took the car back and they told me they couldnt warranty it. I was told the insurance company wouldnt cover the claim. I was told since they missed the hinge as being damaged from the accident and didnt list it in the initial estimates the insurance company would not cover it. Since they screwed up I was left with a defective door. They could have said yeah we missed the defective hinge in the initial estimate and even though the insurance company wont cover it we will.As you can see in the picture the upper hinge upper bolt hole is stressed out. This caused the door to drop and made it hard to close the door. This is what they should have replaced when I took it back with the problem even if the insurance company wouldnt cover it.I would just like this noted so other people know what kind of practices Service King Collision Repair of Maryville does. Then the people can decide for themselves if they want to do business with them. I would never take my car back to them for another repair. I would also not recommend Service King Collision Repair of Maryville as a place that honors their warranty.In addition to not honoring their warranty I had another issue. While my car was there there was damage done to the face of my touch screen radio. When I took it in there the screen was free from defects. When I went to pick the car up I noticed someone had got something on the screen in the corner and it discolored it. The damage was only about a half and inch square but it looked horrible.

I absolutely hate my insurance company that made me use this place when I was in a finder bender. Service king was an hour from my house, but was their preferred place.However Service King was very nice about answering all my questions, helped me with my insurance company, finished the car by the time I requested. Sent me text updates and gave me options on repairs since my deductible was so high. I really appreciated them! I will definitely be back if the need ever arises

Having to visit a car repair facility is always unfortunate ... but we keep coming back to Service King as our car & truck end up looking brand new again. They offer a lifetime warranty for their repairs but weve never needed to use it ... the repairs are that good. Fast, friendly & they text us regularly with progress reports.

I took my Armada to Service King for repairs that were caused by a fender bender in a parking garage (5-10mph). My front passenger fender needed repairs as well as the parking sensor that was functioning the day of the collision (I use it to park in the parking garage every day due to the size of my vehicle protruding into the driving lane, and in fact I used it the day of the collision while parking).I chose Service King because it was approved by the other drivers insurance company, and I wanted the process to be quick and painless. I mistakenly thought that quality service would not be an issue.Within the first week there were warning signs concerning the professionalism of this repair shop. The owner was very personable but was short-handed and informed me that these repairs might take longer than expected. With no other issues that wouyld have been fine. However, even while informing me of the longer-than-usual time frame he strangley comented that at least I would get to drive a new rental for an extended period of time. That too can simply be a bright-side or it can illustrate the lack of concern for the money the insurance company would have to pay for a rental vehicle. Also when I dropped it off, the manager/owner stood in front of the sensor to see if it might be damaged, and it did not function at that time.After a week in the shop I called to inquire about the extent of the damage. He informed me that he was sending my vehicle to the Nissan dealership repair shop to inquire about the sensor. He said if the Nissan repair shop agreed that it could have been caused by the collision, then he would repair it at the expense of the other drivers insurance company. I was confused about why there was confusion over this, but I was sure that they would agree with me since it DID function just prior to the collision.After a few more days I became very suspicious. My vehicle was still supposedly at his shop and he was taking it that day to the dealership repair shop. He later called me and informed me that the Nissan garage did NOT think it could have been damaged in the collision. This was in the late afternoon, so I began to call the Nissan repair to find my car, and have them explain it to me directly. When I could not locate a Nissan repair shop, I called the insurance company in order to find out where he took my car. By this time, I knew my car was still in his shop. I had called every Nissan associated collision repair garage within two city limits, and no one had a clue what I was talking about. I called the insurance caompany in a since to make them aware that he might be dishonest.The agent put me on hold while I thought he was locating my car. However, the next person on the other end of the line was the Service King shop manager/owner, and he immeadiately began back-peddling, telling me that he was going to have them look at it again just to make sure. I said my car was in his shop, so without admitance of guilt he confirmed his lie because it should have been at the Nissan collision repair shop at this time.Low and behold, when I made the attempt to locate my car and after I caught the lie, the Nissan garage then said that it could have occured in the wreck and the insurance company would pay for it.I am not a dishonest person. I do not claim repairs that are not directly attributed to a collision. Over the phone I informed the insurance agent about other repairs that were not part of the collision. It is disappointing to me to realize that with my honesty not only was I being conned out of repairs that ehtically should have been completed, but the insurance company now had paid for a rental for me for three weeks; and the repairman was trying to NOT repair damage that was caused by the other driver. This is such a systematic failure. I was being conned, and the insurance company was as well.This shop is not trustworthy. Keep an eye on your vehicle, and get a second opinion if you believe you are being lied to or conned in any way.

Logan Love was great to deal with and kept me informed throughout the whole process. After my $1500 rental coverage was maxed thru my insurance company, Logan did not hesitate to put me in a rental even though it was in their dime. I really appreciate everything he did and my car looked brand new when they were done with it. The inside and outside were detailed to a T. I pray that I will never get into another wreck again, but if I ever need any services that they can provide I will not take my car anywhere except for Service King in Maryville. Thank you Logan and everyone who put in an effort on my vehicle!!!

I walked in, unannounced, for an estimate on my truck and was told by the secretary that an appt would be needed. However, Logan Love walked through the lobby and asked if he could assist (while the secretary was on the phone), and I said yes!! He promptly listened to my circumstances and wrote me an eatimate - w/o an appt. They start work on my truck next week. Super nice folks!!

Very poor experience. Trusted this company to take care of my daughter after an accident. they charged her $303.60 for a six mile tow that took less than 30 minutes. They also charged her a fee for paying with a credit card. Driver told her it would be more if she didnt pay cash. Sent company a certified letter asking for owner to contact me but he must be too busy he had one of his employees call me instead. I called an requested a quote for the same tow of 6 miles and they quoted me no more than $85.00. Seems like they took advantage of a young girl. I requested a refund of $223.60 and i was told no. I made three phone calls and sent a certified letter. I told management if I didnt recieve refund in 15 days I would tell everyone I know what they did. He said I dont think that will happen. BOY WERE YOU WRONG. If this company can charge 600.00 an hour for towing and get away with it then there is a big problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Hood alignment, windshield, scratched bumper you installed, coolant light, glass under hood needs cleaned, hood pings ? Shroud, Transmission light, please set a time when you can actually work on it. Awful. Brought my truck here to be fixed they told me one thing and done another. Had to come back because of such a bad job. When they say they will replace a part they dont they just repair and try to make it look better when it looks worst than before. Would not come her to get any repairs on a vechial.
