Closed my contract with the perfect Union. My ID got crack in half they didn’t accept it. And a week before a costumer come in with separated ID AND ACCEPTED HIS ID. I hate it that when they need money they except people of any kind I’d as long as it is leged. I spend $500 a week in here they rejected me finally. And I am closing the contact for making them rich. Is over. Try to stick at the same level when it used to be. Coming up with other policy shows you how cheap and how greedy you can become. 0 star

I like this place a lot. Friendly and helpful staff. Good products. I graded them down a star for long waits and having to wait outside on a busy street. Its not very discreet, just saying.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years. I never knew of a rule you have to be 21 to park in their parking lot or on their premises, there are no signs stating that. Only does the door say you must be 21 to enter nothing about the lot. What a way to make someone feel like a horrible person you would think I left a infant in the car on a 110° day. I left my 15 and 16 year old 2 college students in the car while I ran in with the car running and doors locked. 2 people run over to me saying in loud voices do you have children in your car? I have 2 teens I said why he said he couldnt serve me?? I did already pay so they let me keep my stuff.(thanks). but to treat someone like this. Your policy should be posted in the parking lot. You have a lot of signs that say employees parking only, why not go buy a sign that says only 21 and older alloud in the lot. So if your 18 or 20 please dont wait in the car for your friends or family its not aloud your a child or its aloud till the lot is empty and they finally decided to do their job cause again every week for 2 years and this was the first time I have had a horrible experience. Not to mention products are always out of stock....

I love a lot of things about this dispensary. The security is great, the line moves quickly. Every person Ive interacted with is knowledgeable and not pushy.But this place could not be in a worst location. This is now the third time Ive waited in the parking lot and witnessed crimes. This time involving a car being broken and the car literally doing three laps around trying to hit another person. I dont know if its a particular corner or being across from a hospital.Hopefully something is done soon. Will petitioning the city for a light help maybe? Let us know as citizens how we can help because again I love this store itself.

Love the place and the employees personalities. But, they are definitely getting used to making you wait! What use to take under a minute on the phone for Express Orders, aint so express no more. I thought I was on the phone with the IRS as long as I waited!!

Never had a single issue with walk in, express or curbside orders. Always a pleasant environment. Everyone is nice and remember frequent customers by name. The staff reminds me as if theyre one big family and thats nice to see.

First time I went, customer service was ok. Then I went again Sept 10 2021 and got checked in at 8:53 and then at 8:58 I was told they couldnt serve me. All after the fact that I drove 35 min from Grass Valley. Then the dude at the desk said it wasnt his problem. Very unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not spend another dime here.

Spent 30 mins in ‘express’ while they helped everyone in the walk in line before calling one express order. There’s no point of using express whatsoever just shop when you go in or else you will spend extra time there to pick up an order already placed.

Done with this place. In eight months, I have spent well over seven thousand dollars here at Perfect Union in Marysville. The people are friendly sure, but I buy one gram dab cartridges, no matter what brand, no matter what cartridge they all end up mechanically breaking so that they wont smoke or they all leak out and perfect union has basically only offered a small discount on my next purchase. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be spending a dime here further. Ill be going elsewhere or to a delivery service.

Why does the walk up line enter before the Express?!The Express Line should always enter before, since the Express orders are packaged & ready for pickup!Drive by and look at the unhappy people waiting in line!!This dispensary has zero compassion for Medical users. They provide no true express line for Medical patients, and Medical users are forced to wait outside directly exposed to the elements with zero coverage!The bud tenders are constantly chatting, and greeting people with So, hows your day going? which is not needed. The express orders should be filled, rung up, and the next person helped.I Do Not Recommend Perfect Union Marysville!!!

I have been going here for a few months and today was the last, in the last month I have received 3 faulty products and the company refuses to do the return/exchange every time, even with the receipt and defective product. I order express online so they have complete records of all my purchases. they have told me that exchanges are possible but when i go in they say thats not true etc. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Hustling bunk at disneyland prices and messing every order they can it seems. For bunk think Yuba river bottom marsh nothing near Mendocino anything. Many have found this out the hard way. Good luck and happy hunting elsewhere one and all.

I drove an hour to get here and it was closed within the open hours stated on the website. I wasted money on gas that I realistically cant afford right now because the hours on the website did not reflect the hours the store is actually open.Edit: I posted only 1 star in the heat of the moment and being upset. Placed an order online for curbside pick up due to the fact that I just had surgery. Upon arriving i called to let them know I was outside and the woman said that due to people abusing curbside pick up they can only serve 65 and older and those who are immune compromised and therefore she cannot serve me. I just had kidney surgery and my lung collapsed during surgery.they expect me to stand outside in line and it is also 98 degrees outside not cool guys 😒. As a repeat customer that spends quite a bit of money here I am super disappointed in perfect union. Thanks a bunch.

If you like being treated as a criminal when you walk in the door this is the place for you. They have ok products once you get inside. Not really worth the entry process. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

This place is cool and some of the people are friendly. I do want to complain about the new perfect union website changes. Not good at all before i was able to look at a sativa or indica and now everything is mixed together and it doesn’t load all the picture. Do us all a favor and put back the old settings. When you arrive to the dispensary you feel so rushed i do like looking at the menu before i arrive.Right now i dont know what is going on with Perfect union but the prices are high and the wait is WAY to long. You are sitting in the sun like 2 people are working the floor. I was in the lobby for 30 mins and waited another 45 mins inside. Ridiculous. People saw me waiting and waiting and nothing while another 30 people were waiting in line. If you are going to charge $60 an 8th dont make us wait 2 hrs almost 3.

Highly recommend stopping by and checking this place out. Super easy sign up process, just bring a valid state ID and your up to date prescription then you will be ready with in minutes. The staff is very friendly, if you have any question, ask! They have a great all around selection of flower, edibles and concentrates. Flower wise I recommend the super lemon haze. Edibles: any of the gummies are great for medicating. And for the wax, I have not tried any concentrates yet, but I am sure their wax is just a superb as the rest of the items. High prices, worst choice of weed in the yuba area. They sell low grade weed as top shelf! They do this because there is NO competition in marysville! Shop in yuba city or have it delivered its much better experience! Imagine having high prices for low quality weed in a pandemic... Just shows what type of people they are

First off I couldn’t say enough about how great this dispensary is. Five stars is not enough. I probably would give ten if I could and an extra one for Keegan’s kind and genuine demeanor. I have been going to perfect union since it opened here in Marysville and have never had one bad experience. From the short wait times, friendly security, great selection and amazing service you can’t go wrong with going here.

Their product is all 3rd party cultivated/manufactured, and from what Ive tried its pretty weak and pricy.Walking into the dispensary is as pleasant as going through the TSA. Very overkill with strapped security and 2 metal detectors. I loved the part where the security guard questioned my use of a cane to get into a medical cannabis dispensary...Extremely disappointing, especially for an apparently new business...
