How refreshing to find a mattress store that sells mattresses the way they should be made. A nice selection and excellent pricing.

This was our first time purchasing a mattress from OMF and it definitely wont be our last! We walked in just to get an idea of what was available and walked out with a brand new bed. The salesman, David, didnt pressure us at all and after he showed us how their beds are built versus their competitors, he left us alone to do our own thing. He even said we could come back whenever and that we didnt have to buy anything today, but we found the perfect mattress at a great price and couldnt pass it up. Theyre also local to Columbus, so it feels great being able to support the community we live in.

When I inquired about what flame retardant measures were used, Jim was very helpful and had the company e-mail me the details. I was very pleased that their mattresses do not contain the usual toxic load of chemicals. They were very courteous, understanding and helpful. My autistic son loves his new mattress, and we have the peace of mind of knowing he is not going to be made ill by sleeping on it. We will be purchasing all our replacement mattresses here. He sleeps much better, and is happy about his bed.

This is exactly the kind of customer service I want when mattress shopping. The salesperson explained their product and let us do our thing. There was no forced selling and I felt very comfortable. The delivery was quick and on time. What more could you ask for? A great mattress to boot? Yes got that too.

Absolutely excellent service. I have had to work with several companies during my move, and OMF was the only company I had zero problems with. The salesman and the delivery guys were helpful and professional. Also, of course the bed is high quality and very comfortable. My best nights sleep in years.

This is my second OMF mattress. Ive been on 2 terrible mattresses sine that first-great experience.Jim was very professional, respectful, and most importantly, not at all high-pressure. Hesensed that I was well-informed, and motivated, but had the good sense to let the quality of OMF product do the selling.However, when my circumstances required some accommodation from the Factory, Jim was an active and flexible advocate to the Production Manager, and was able to find a way to make my impossible request work.Already sleeping better after less than a week. 10/10.
