My experience has always been a five star, whether it’s the quality of the work, the friendliness of the staff, or the efficient way they do business. No job is ever too hard or too big. The owner started the business many years ago in his parents garage, he is truly one of the smartest, creative, inventive people I know, whom I have had the honor to have watched him expand his business through the years.

I called asking them to embroider a name above the right pocket and sew on three patches for two new uniform shirts. They wont do this. Couldnt be bothered. So much for trying to support a local business. If I could post this with NO stars it would be more accurate.

Overrated and overpriced. Done business twice with these guys, totally thought being a returning customer would give me a juice card or even a discount when I Tried to get my sons High School letterman jacket embroidered but they won’t do single items?!? Ain’t worth their time is what I was told. But if I had say 12 or more they could do it. Get REAL! They COULD do it but are too greedy! Seriously gonna review these lazy inconsiderate money hungry chumps on every social media site I can think of. Zak, your business should try to help EVERYONE and not just commercial businesses! Shame on you for pretending to care about us average citizens while only really caring about you bottom dollar!
