18$ to ship a 1 lb package in a padded mailer for the cheapest option, yikes! 2 stars because the staff were very friendly, but wouldnt ship from here again.

I have been in there several times. Most the personal is very nice. I brought a package to return it needed to be taped. They have taped it no problem. There is a old lady who works there. She has been rude both times!!! She very rudely told me I would have to pay 1$ for the tape. It wasnt the fact she said it. It was how she said it. I personally would of said I will tape this time but next time I will charge. I have actually had other places tell me they prefer to do it so the label is properly placed. Either way it was the last straw to a already long day. She needs to go to customer service 101. What a miserable hag. I went there a lot that will be my last trip.

Had to get a document notarized and every where I called seemed to not know when a notary would be available. I walked in to Mailbox Junction and Randy was right there to help and get it done for me. In and out in under five minutes! Plus found out they rent mailboxes for under $130 a year, and I can get all packages as well!!! Truly enjoyed my experience and the customer care being offered! 2 Thumbs Up

Friendly staff with quick service. Recommended!Notary on staff was super helpful and I was able to fax my document at the same time.Looks like they take usps, ups, and Fedex. Will try shipping next time I’m there.

Went in there to mail a large envelope to my son in My Vernon I figured a couple of dollars. She weighed it and then wanted all my personal enfo which wasnt happy about then ask if wanted insurance so no then started quoting prices at $18 down to I think $12 and I told her that I justed wanted to mail it and she just looked at me. I grabbed it and I was so mad said something then walked out said I wont be back and I rather stand in line at post office. Post office only charged $1.45 for me to send it . So now Ill go back to using the post office and they where very friendly.

Wow. Not even a greeting. Train you staff to uh, appreciate having a job at least :)No longer a customer though.

Simply wanted to get a paper notarized. Guy behind counter said the notary was “indisposed” but would be out in a moment and that I should take my time and wait. That wait turned out to be 30 minutes and the notary still wasn’t available. This place has terrible service and wasted my time to boot. Never again.

I went into this place after USPS said they might be a little cheaper, I was shipping something Fairly big, I went into there. The lady put it in a box and asked for the Zip code, she said it was going to be around $34 to ship it, Plus the box, i said oh yea do that. After she boxed it up she range it up shipping for almost $80! I was so shocked in the difference, She said the rate i gave u earlier was just a guess. Well you need to tell people that! i was going to start using them Verse USPS cause they werent as busy and closer to me, Well i guess not. I couldnt believe the difference in the price that she quoted me verse the ship rate. It was Double what USPS was going to charge me and they were getting there at the same time! i will never be going back there because your going to get a quote and not a real price! i had to buy the box cause she already packaged it for me. If you say a price you should honor that price and not the crazy price they gave me. BADDDD over priced company. I never do bad reviews but this place did it for me..... Try the USPS before them,.....

Decided to close an hour early on a Tuesday so I show up at 4:30. She shakes her head at me and refuses service.

They advertise a notary Monday thru Saturday. But when I went in on Friday guess what no notary. They said maybe tomorrow but not sure. Thats bad customer service in my book....
