One of the best Goodwills ive been to. Friendly staff and lots of cool finds! Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to do some thrifting.
This was a drop off. The folks in receiving are hardworking and do the best they can the quickest they can. Expect long lines on weekends. Some things are rejected, but that makes sense. Ive purchased and dropped off stuff and Ive not been displeased.
Pretty good selection of stuff. I got a bike for my son today and everyone was friendly and helpful. Got in and out fast. The line was pretty long but they flew through it quickly.
Saw these during my morning walk while cutting threw the storage facility, how come businesses not collecting their carts that homeless people leave.. I ask this facility whats with the carts, they said they are waiting for them to get pick up, in the mean time they use as a fence line so people stop walking threw the property its a no tress passing zone. well got to find me a new walking path..
The staff was very pleasant. My husband has an injured foot but is a veteran- they said they would be more than happy to give me his military discount if they could see him in the car and I presented his military id on first Wednesday of the month.
Went to drop off a couch but they dont take sectionals, off to the dump instead. I havent been inside, but it looks fine from the outside.
Too many dangerous customers. Felt like I was going to get stabbed and robbed by a desperate addict. Increasingly worse prices for increasingly worse items. I used to love thrift shops, but its gotten worse in the last 5 years. I guess a pandemic + recession will do that... Especially in a poor neighborhood.
Drove all the way from Darrington to donate some clothes and shoes only to be told they were not accepting today. Guess the best thing to do is to call beforehand.
Details, details... The staff are great!
Called before we drove all the way from Camano with a real wood bedroom set we bought in 2008, but weve run out of room for. Got to the donation spot and was turned away by a manager that said hed take the dresser and nothing else. Its a $2500 MATCHED bedroom set (no mattress or box spring of course) I was unwilling to break up the set so we drove away...even though we called ahead and they said theyd take it all.Habitat for Humanity a few miles away took the entire set and told me over and over how nice they were and how much someone was going to love this bedroom suite.Probably best just to go to Habitat for Humanity to donate things. They are happy to take good, clean donations of just about any type without cherry picking the back of your truck.
This was the highest priced Goodwill Ive ever walked into. Will not be returning ever
Every time I go to this Goodwill, I find hidden treasures. Staff is really nice too and it is very clean.
Love this store 💕 Havent been there for a long time, so glad I went today. Super nice employees, great selection on just about everything!!! Will definitely be going back. Store was clean and well stocked, many treasures to be found.🌟
Clean, good quality, good prices.
We always find what we are looking for and other interesting things as well. The store is clean and well organized.
Too bad all the thrift stores are becoming overpriced used items. They are given to these folks for free and yet they wanted 25.00 for a used sheet set that included a hole. I dont get it.
Was very pleasant the workers are very kind. Thank u
My whole purchase (including a nice belt) totaled 1/4 the price of a belt at the mall
Good bargins here if you know what to look for, got to check all the time though
Really nice people working their, very helpful, smiling, and the store was organized, orderly, clean, and surprisingly bright inside. Lots of room to move around and keep distant. Hand sanitizer was also available to all who entered - masks required of course 😊. The clerk asked to assist me and took me right to what I wanted and asked if there was anything else that she could do to help. Great service and I didnt expect it. 💪😁
It was fun.. got home and was happy...I give you guys 5 stars
Was looking for some kitchen items and found what I was looking for. Store has nicely cleaned up, from a year ago.
This store is tidy. Great housewares section. Boys clothes section is just so-so. Staff is friendly.
Great Place To Shop.. I Havent Been There For A Few Years And They Totally Updated Their Store.. 💕
A little bit of a line to drop items off, but good none the less.
A gentlemen and his young son came in to the store. Both did not have a mask. The employee politely asked if he had one, then offered him one. The young son, under 2, did not need one. I was impressed by the way she handled the situation, and was grateful they were following the states mandate. Unfortunately, I didnt find what I was looking for, but that just means I get to keep shopping another day
There are so many cool things to look at its impossible to look at it all
Always finding weird and fun stuff here
Very friendly staff, always finding interesting things and once in a while I find a bit of thrift store gold. Prices can be a bit steep on some items, but depending on what it is, its usually worth it.
Variety of things to look through.
I gave two stars because it seems like items there have become over priced and they arent selling great stuff like they used to. Maybe because Goodwill is selling all the great stuff online now. Sad really about the prices because with the economy going down because of the pandemic people need affordable items. Greed seems to rule the day these days with CEOs of companies.😞
I like to shop here. It has a decent selection of items at low prices.
Not slot of pink tags today.
Please change hours on web site to match your sign at location.Would save hassle of arriving 1 hour early. Thanks!
Good place to get great deals
Donation, create job, selling almost anything
So well organized!
They are ok. Came in close to closing and wow they were making loud speaker announcements, then reminders, then a stance that was quite amusing to see us out of the store! Lol
Im bias for sure because I work for Goodwill. North Everett and Marysville. The staff- my coworkers- are wonderful. The Marysville store is huge. And they offer job training and appreciate their employees and customers.
I love how most of the one star reviews are written by grown adults acting like babies because they cant infect others with covid. Thank you Goodwill for keeping your community safe! 2 people I know have died from covid...its not a joke. Grow up. Trying on clothes is not essential. MASKS DO NOT EFFECT OXYGEN LEVELS-THERE IS NO MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS AND BBB WILL NOT CARE IF YOU COMPLAIN.
Gotten kicked out of 3 good will now with Oxygen as I have COPD & AsthmaAnd clearly cannot wear mask . Truly a violation of the ADA. Will never get another dime from me ever!! Sad very sad.that they discriminate.
Thrift store with a typically good selection and good prices.
I went to return some items that didnt fit & was told due to covid were not taking any returns at this time. Couldnt tell me if or when this service will be available.. You CANT try the items on in the store & you Cant return them if they dont fit. Whats the difference in purchasing & returning.. You have to be helped by an employee either way... Makes NO damned sence!!!!
Large selection. Some of the dishware seemed a bit over priced, though.
Love this place, everyone that works here is great.
Clean, not too crowded, well organized.
Over crowded and waaaayyyyy over priced! I saw the same plates at the dollar store that Goodwill wanted $3.99 for! Even if you pay 1/2 price, it is rediculous! This is a second hand store. Why do they tag things as though they are new? This is why I dont shop at Goodwill. I went in there looking for something specific, walked out empty handed! I saw nothing but junk in the store, yet I know people donate quality items. What happens to those quality items??? Hmmmmm...
It must be Puget Sound ambience cause this is one great store. Alot of variety, the Staff are great, and its a blessing for thrift shoppers and those in need of help obtaining things all peoples deserve: clothes, house and kitchen wares, electronics, and tons of reading and video material.
My favorite thrift store added plus larg bathroom never a line or getting a key from clerks
Not one Id go back to
One of the slowest donation drive throughs in the country. I could’ve remade all of the clothes I’m donating in the time it took to drop them off.
This place is horrible I have a medical condition that’s doesn’t allow me to wear a mask And they refused to let me and my daughter shop here. So they basically refuse to serve people with disabilities. I will never come here again even after all of this covid stuff is over. I will also be making a complaint to the better business bureau that they refuse to serve someone with a disability! Horrible customer service!
(SORRY, BUT CAPS EMPHASIS) DO NOT SHOP AT GOODWILL! I WENT IN WITH MY MASK ON AND I WAS NOT ALLOWED IN AND THEY GOT LOWD ABOUT TOO. THEY CLAIM IT IS A FACE SHIELD AND NOT A FACE MASK! I WENT BACK AND GOT ME A MASK OUT OF MY CAR AFTER I STATED MY OPPINION ABOUT IT. I THEN ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES IF THEY WILL ALLOW PEOPLE WITH ALERGIES OR A MEDICAL CONDITION IN THE STORE AND THEY SAID THE COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW IT. SO IN MY OPPINION GOODWILL IS DOES NOT HAVE GOOD WILL TOWARDS MYSELF OR HOW I FELT BEING YELD AT AND PUT IN MY PLACE. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY GOODWILL AT ALL!
The no return policy is by far the most senseless yet. Its just silly to think that once you bring the purchased item home it cant be returned because of the virus. The item is much more likely to be contaminated in the store then it would be at home. It seems like Goodwill is trying to make up for lost revenue. This will come back to bite them.
They had what I needed.
My wife has all but banned me from going there. Its like a garage sale/harborfreight hybrid on a weekend with Dutch brothers coffee. That should say enoungh.
Mondays a great, but tend to get busy
Decent prices. Good customer service is hit and miss really just depends on who you encounter.
Nothing worth a bucket of warm spit in the whole joint!
I really like this goodwill. They always have so much in stock and are always rotating products. You never know what you are gonna find here and I have found many name brand clothing items for cheap! It’s a clean store and the cashiers are really fast. They always have tons of Seahawks gear as well and lots of things to choose from!
Just wanted a DVD player for my videos will try again
It was clean not crowded not much selection as far as goodwills go kind of small prices were relatively high people were very nice
Clean and great finds
Good customer service
Super over-priced...I avoid this store unless there is a sale. Value Village is one mile away and they have actual thrift store prices. T-shirts at goodwill range from $4-8, value village its closer to $2-6. Also Goodwill picks out name brand stuff and marks it up, half of the fun is the good find for a great deal. I dont mind a slight mark up to help with jobs but you guys get this stuff for free. Stop taking the fun out if the find.
Great selection. Large store. Very friendly staff.
They keep this store really clean
If i could give a 0 star I would. Tried dropping stuff off at the donation tonight and was yelled at by a guy movong stuff that they were closed when it was before close. Guess ill not being going there again. Very rude!
Ive been shopping at this store for the last couple years, at least once a week sometimes twice. At first I was finding and getting good deals. As time has gone on, prices increased to the point where its no longer worth my time to bargain hunt here. Seems as though everything I touch is way over priced for stuff they get free. I dont mind supporting their job program and often donate at the register, but please, start pricing the items reasonably. I now prefer to support smaller not-for-profit charitable thrift stores. Sorry Goodwill!
I love this one compared to any other. The people are friendly attentive. This one is very clean they do a amazing job.
It a nice place to find almost anything you could want second hand.
Expensive
They apparently no longer test the electronics that they sell, they just put them out on the shelf and leave it to you. When you bring the defective item back and make sure they are aware it doesnt work, they just laugh. They dont care. They also stock clothes with giant rips in them. Save yourself some time and go to a nicer Goodwill elsewhere or better yet, a more deserving, small thrift shop that still has some self respect.
Lots of use clothes, shoes, merchandise, and their cheap
Review: Uberti Frank 1875 Single Action Outlaw
I really enjoy going to the Goodwill in Marysville. They have a great selection of items. Sales staff is friendly. Some stuff is overpriced and some stuff you can get a really good deal on. You just have to learn to take your time and look. The music they play is catchy and not too loud. The one complaint I have is they cram way too many clothes on the racks and its hard to look without knocking clothes off the hangers. The main thing I come for is name brand clothes on the cheap. I really like digging through the fashion focus section. Ive gotten many compliments on many of my bargains here. I love the thrill of the hunt.
Your traditional Goodwill. The staff here is very friendly and the store is decently organized. Have been here several times and have never had any negative experiences. Overall, a decent place to find some less than expensive, used goods.
I really like it here. Ive found a very nice coat for my 4 your old daughter that would have probably cost $50+ else where, I got it for only $10. I LOVE there book section, and have managed to find many great books here at unbelievable prices, between 75 cents and $2. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some good deals.
Well organized store, nicely stocked, very helpful customer service. Prices a bit high I thought for used stuff, but that seems to be Goodwill in general. We went on a non sale day for us (military and senior discount) so I would imagine if you went on sale days you could find better bargains.
Goodwill is one of the best places I go to get clothes, always good prices, SUPER CUTE, ONE OF A KIND CLOTHES!!!! NICE EMPLOYEES, THEY ARENT IN Your FACE THE MINUTE You WALK IN, THEY DONT EVEN FOLLOW You around the STORE!!!! But they are quick to help
Found another awesome chili pepper book. Just found out I can bring my Andes chilis inside of the dont dont produce this year. And they wont cross breed. Awesome.
It kind of like Walmart that you dont know you need something until you see it, and then you have to have it!!! This happens to me every single time that I go shop at Goodwill 😊However it definitely helps if you know your prices! In other words you need to know whats.a fair price for items, and what prices are too high... otherwise you could on some items in the pain more than you would for them brand new ...Other than that I love Goodwill.
Very clean, well organized thrift store with a large selection of items.
Dont assist in unloading
Love this good will! Got games and puzzles at a great price and all the pieces! Got a buzz light year like new! Totally affordable!
Good size and lots of things to look at . They have a good variety of drinks (good brands). The prices are also good.
Nice
Cant try on clothes cause of covid. They expect you to guess if the clothes you want will fit right. Wont be shopping here again until they open them back up. Come on guys, how ridiculous.
Awesome as usual!!
When donating here just beware that they are very picky about furniture and exercise equipment. They will refuse items which sucks because if they refuse it chances are high other thrift stores i. The area will too. We donated a nice couch I had steam cleaned and they said it wasnt good enough to donate.
Found a few things that I wanted, but the pricing was ridiculous. When I finally got the lady in the collectibles to call for an assistant to help me after standing there over 10 minutes, a couple of items I looked at were full retail . . .whos gonna pay full price for used/pre-owned things, even if they were new, people dont shop second hand to pay full price? Seriously need a reality check. Disappointed!
People are good
It used to be awesome but, then the sizes were out of order (badly) every time i went. Now, the plus size clothes are reduced to two racks. Its no even worth going in. Im not going to dig through the other sizes like the Employee suggested....put stuff in order! I hate value village-so so over priced. Im bumbed.
Terrible location, went there with my grandmother and security started following us 5 minutes in. We were browsjng and they kept asking us questions, even after we told them we work at the Mt.Vernon location. Very rude, never coming back there. Everett is a WAY better location.
It’s a Goodwill. Many beautiful clothing pieces. Huge store, really like the fashion focus section- lots of beautiful, feminine boho pieces. Only con is the housewares are a bit on the small side.
Great Goodwill compared to others, clean and organized with a great selection of clothing and many other items.
One of the best maintained Goodwill buildings; clean, orderly, and great stuff to boot.
Great place to snoop for books, movies, video games, and toys!! Also great place for taking free classes for cashiering and customer service!!! :D :D
