They are the most friendly & caring professional business that Ive ever visited. Got HONEST answers to my questions & VERY good pricing & discount for all the top of the line equipment put in my car. Even had a small problem a few months later that was nothing of their doing or fault & they still took 2 hours out of their day to FIT IT FOR FREE. EXTREMELY ABOVE & BEYOND!!You want your system done RIGHT then this is the sure bet place to go. So impressed with them that I paid for my mom to get her car system upgraded too.
If you want your car stereo system done right with quality parts and quality craftsmanship. Look no further Sound Advice is the place to go. Super clean shop very professional people. Love what they did in my truck. They got my business for life. Some of these reviews say they’re expensive and I say you get what you pay for... QUALITY.
Steve has been doing my car stereo systems for over 25 years. He always does an amazing job. I refer him to everyone that needs car stereo work.
Family owned and operated. Amazing work. Highly recommend
Steve and Deb are very knowledgeable and do amazing work!! Thank you
Love their work. Have had them install my stereo and alarm systems! Great work and timely done. Just bought some speakers for my boat. Love them.Wouldnt send you anywhere else.
Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. I chose Sound advice 5 years ago when I had a car alarm installed on my crv. 5 years later it still works perfectly! I just had them install a alarm today on my suburban and the install definitely exceeded my expectations. They really do go the extra mile to deliver the best product.
They just installed a new stereo in my truck and they were great. Very nice, professional and showed my how to use the new deck. They were also better priced that the big box store. I will use again.
Amazing people with great prices.
I took my car into Sound Advice for a quote on an insurance claim, Steve was very up front with his quote and explained it to me in detail what the quote entailed. He also explained what was going to be done to the car ahead of time so I knew what to expect, and even asked me if there was anything else that I might want done to the car while its stripped apart that may save me labor costs down the road.Sound Advice’s quote was given to the insurance (only to find out the insurance company has a business they deal with in audio for all their parts and they would have to supply them). Sound Advice agreed to do all the labor and custom fabrication work and installation. The work they performed was over the top clean, professional, and 100% Class! Down to every last detail, they went above and beyond and were very easy to work with considering the car also had to have repairs at other shops as well, and they worked the schedule accordingly. The craftsmanship and attention to detail they put into the car is 100% classy and professional, I couldn’t be happier. In fact the fabrication work exceeded in quality and style what we originally started with.Sound Advice carries many quality brands on the showroom for all budgets in mind, and has some very nice higher-end audio equipment as well, they know their product and are very accommodating to the customer’s style and needs. I’ve been to a lot of audio shops over the years with many cars and most of them treat you like a number and a dollar amount, the installation and work in most cases is sub-par, but that’s what you get with all these “Pre-Fab” Cookie cutter shops. In the end I couldn’t be happier, the whole experience was great and I met new friends and was treated very well and I felt they really listened to what I wanted to do, and then made it happen, in fact the quote they provided even came in lower than what the insurance company ended up paying using their own supplier, They are very fair and honest, as well as Up-Front and no “surprises”, the delivered what I needed and couldn’t have done it better…. Sound Advice…”Thank You”.
Huh I cant hear you????
Great customer service .and friendly and informative staff.
Decided I wanted to upgrade the stock stereo in my truck and went by Sound Advice to chat with them about my options. They have a great showroom and lots to choose from. I was able to listen to my music on several different systems and choose the one I liked best. They wrote up a very detailed estimate and we setup an appointment to install a few days later. My truck was ready when promised and everything was exactly as discussed - the workmanship was perfect as well. Im very happy with the entire experience.I will definitely go back again in the future!
If you are part of the population that does NOT know about Car Stereo, the staff at Sound Advice is very helpful in understanding how things work.....HOWEVER, this place tries to nickle and dime you!! If you like your money and want the best price around town, this is not the place you want to go. If you have expendable funds, and dont care that you overpaid for your car stereo, then by all means, this is the place for you!I recently went in to their store to discuss pricing on installing a head unit (which I already purchased) and wiring an AMP for a sub (which I also already had in my possession). The installer stated that it would be around $400 for them to install the parts and that I would need extra parts to do so. So I asked, what other parts are needed?!?! Their response was, a head unit harness (which I already had), a sub harness (this does not exist), a remote wire and antenna harness (again, some fake object not needed for installing a head unit), a wiring kit (which is what I need for the Sub), and finally a mounting plate for the head unit (again, does not exist). Per their quote, all this was required for install and NOT included in the $400 price tag...so I left.I went down the street to SS Bargain Audio and requested the same work quote...$200 flat rate and it included the wiring kit (1000 Watt), an auxiliary input and the actual harnesss needed for the install.Nothing says overpriced like Sound Advice and I will never step foot in their shop again. Thanks for reading...maybe they will treat you better??Good luck!!!
The kid in the store (just so he knows who he is it was said he has girl hands) was super awesome. Help with my truck stereo and got me some speakers for my car.Friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help!
I’ve visited this shop a few times to have stereo head units and amplifiers installed in my cars, and the quality of work is outstanding.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the highest quality parts and expert installation. This shop does really impressive custom fabrication for speaker, amp, and subwoofer installation. They specialize in marine work as well. If you want the best audio install for your vehicle in the area, this is it right here. They usually book up quickly, so appointments are almost certainly required. You won’t ever be disappointed having work done here, it’s show-level quality and still affordable.
Awesome service! These guys have comparable prices to others but the service sets them apart. Friendly and knowledgeable!
Amazing Experience! After being totally screwed over by Car Toys....I wasnt about to let that happen again so I called Sound Advice. Car Toys wanted me to pay $279 to replace the amp that sound advice found to be perfectly fine! The man that helped me today at Sound Advice was not only honest but saved me $250. I will go back for any and all Audio needs.
Sound advice is the place to go if you want good customer service, a professional and friendly staff and a quality install and quality products. Im a detail guy and I pay attention to little details and I like when the companies I hire to do a job do as well. I will be going back to Sound Advice here soon to have them do some more work. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
Pat, Deb, and team were great to deal with. They meticulously cleaned up my boat after the job. Wet sounds stereo is fantastic, installation is clean, and everything works perfectly. Couldnt be happier and glad to be able to use a local business instead of a national chain that doesnt really care about me. Thanks to all of you.
These guys are awesome. They have all the equipment i need to get my truck pounding again. When i went there the lady was professional and friendly. I showed her the amp i am trying to run and even told me some tips.
Plain and simple: Sound Advice is the best. Ive done two cars with full audio solutions, then took in my motorhome for a custom install. They fabricated my sub-box to custom fit front cab area and is very low profile - even doubles as center console furniture. Speakers, amp... everything rocks! I came back for LED ground effects lighting underneath the rig. I get rave compliments on both tunes and lighting... and where did you get that done?! all the time. Their knowledge, service and educating me for every project has been top-notch.
Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The best car audio in Everett and notably better than any commercial chain. I no longer live in Washington, but if I did, I would return here before visiting anywhere else.
This place is sooo much better than car toys!! Customer service was phenomenal! Deb seems to actually value each customer with warm and friendly service.
Quality work, not the corporate feel. Good people, they will take care of your needs. I appreciate all they have done for me and will always return.
Very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful, installed a keyless remote for our odyssey the next day, very impressed, highly recommend. A great Ma & Pa style small business
Went there to get a few parts for a audio build. Got in and out quick. Very knowledgeable sales staff.
Good costumer service these guys know what theyre doing happy with the outcome of their work.
I was very impressed with the folks and service received at Sound Advise today. From initial sales, Deb really spent time with us showing the possibilities, to the installation folks were very professional in both the treatment of my vehicle and usage instuctions.I will gladly recommend these folks anytime.
I had an old subwoofer and amp I wanted to hook up myself in my new car to my stock stereo. Being in a convenient location I came into Sound Advice to see my options. Unlike a lot of car audio places Ive been, the staff was really low pressure and very knowledgeable about car audio. They set me up with some good quality cables for a really great price and some adapters. It was a really refreshing experience for me to know such places exist. Even if I move farther away I would still go here for and audio needs I have. They also have a very cool showroom.
This place is awesome. I got two alpine speakers and a nice alpine CD player with Bluetooth and hands free answering. Only took 2 and a half hours plus the guys showed me how to use it. Really good customer service
Good people I have bought 4 remote starters stereo system cameras. Awsome.
Helped out alot and had all my questions answered
I would recommend Sound Advice. Real nice people to work with. Very professional. Good job Sound Advice!!!!
Been there several times for various reasons and various cars and they are knowledgeable and fix every issue plus great equipment!
Had a great experience, very helpful and great people Shawn is very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!
Great install on my classic car, custom door panels that look amazing and great product knowledge. They took the time with me to understand what I wanted and help guide me in the right direction . Arc Audio amps, audison mids and tweets and diamond audio subs in a laminated birch wood box resin coated to never suck up moisture like the cheap mdf the other guys wanted to sell me! Above and beyond the rest of the shops around here for quality
Good place to get your parts for those do it yourself stereo installations.
Affordable and great customer service . Car Toys must work on commission, they just wanted more of a sale ......with no concern on my budget or specific needs.Sound Advise gave me....Sound Advise !
Good service and products. Pricing is a bit steep bit that comes with the territory
Nice store, friendly staff with plenty of knowledge!
Very helpful even if you dont buy anything.
Great store to have work done on your cars
If there was a 0 star option I would select it. The service here was very poor. They tried to upsell stuff that was completely unnecessary. It took twice as long as they said it would to finish the installation. On top of that they double billed for labor and increased the price to almost twice the original quote. Even worse, they wired a sub up completely wrong the first time work was done there. This was an expensive sub and no longer functions properly due to the amature wiring. When they installed a new deck, they broke the frame and several of the pieces from the original deck leaving me unable to restore the car to original condition even if I wanted to. They even had the audacity to super glue the broken pieces to try to hide the damage they did. Even some of the trim on the dash around the new deck was pulled away leaving it not in original condition. The trim pieces had to be glued to the dash to prevent them from falling off completely. Ive never seen so much electrical tape and rat nested wires in my life. Dont let them talk you into something youre undoubtedly going to regret. Save yourself the hassle and frustration. Just go somewhere else.
Excellent customer service and friendly advice.
The lady who was very helpful best prices I could find in town
Dishonest and Shady. I wanted custom fiberglass pods for a set of speakers. They charged me over $800 dollars and simply mounted my speakers to the door with a cheap plastic bezel. Brought it back because I was livid. They made some crappy fiberglass pods for it that did not meet the specs that I told them I wanted. I gave them specifics, and they ignored my requests saying they knew what they were doing...apparently not.
-5 starsNot a good place to visit, not customer friendly.Garbage.Ripped me off and stereotyped me as a rich kid because apparently thats all that walks through the door, and I make minimum wage as a college student. So, thanks, kick me while Im down. And this isnt just me ranting, this came from the mouth of the salesman. So basically Amazon is my only Audio Source
Super knowledgeable and cool guys, top notch stuff.
Super helpful
Been in here twice now for little things and they were very helpful both times.
Great store Steve is very knowledgeable and very willing to help
I have had to deal with alot of stereo places and this place is by far the most professional and friendly place ive gone too. they are also very smart and can figure out anything when it comes to a stereo, i know this cause they have fixed so many different problems ive encountered.for example the first time i went to sound advice they found out that the place i went to before, Stereo Warehouse, never took out my factory amp and just installed other amps which was creating a lot of problems for me but once the guys here looked at my car they got it all figured out and i have never blown a sub since.ive now had 8 subs, 4 amps 2, decks and all door speakers redone and ive never once had a problem and the sound is just amazing.I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU GO HERE IF YOURE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR CAR/BOAT STEREO SYSTEM
Had some miscommunication with the install of speakers and pricing however i brought it to their attention and they bent over backwards to resolve the issue so i was satisified in the end with the people and overall experience.
Best place for quality work....😀😀😀😀😀
