Went to this store looking to buy my grandson his first bed.Was approached by a salesman who asked a few questionsabout his height and weight. At that time he saw a young womanenter the store, he then walked away from me, and asked her how he could help her. No pardon me, no excuse me. JustIgnored me like I wasnt worth his precious time. Well this storecan have all the time it wants. Went to another retailer who listened to me. So I bought two beds, one for my grandson and one for me. Take a hint Matttes Firm. But I doubt you will!

We went in looking for pillows due to having horrible pillows at the hotel we were staying at. Not only did we get greeted with a smile but the gentleman that helped us was very helpful the whole time we were there. I really appreciate quality customer service such as what we received it seems like you get that less and less. Now I am looking forward to a much better nights sleep.

Scott and I stopped by the Marysville 116th location to look into getting a new bed on 4/9/21. Bob greeted us and gave us the best customer service experience we have had in a long time! No pressure, and lots of fantastic information to help us decide which of the several we tried out would be best for us. We could not be happier with our new bed! We have had it nearly a week now, and have to honestly say we should have done this sooner! Bob, you ROCK, my friend! And, the delivery team (Rosalio and Pascual) were on time, very courteous, gave us detailed instructions on how to set up the headboard which will be coming at a later time, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We attempted to purchase over the phone . The store said they could not do it over the phone .They sent us a dead link that didnt work to pay . The chat help could not take our money and the phone number had no actual link to a human, nor a way to pay . So we went to mattress depot . Got a much better deal and they took our payment over the phone . Hard to believe a company had so many issues with payment .

After purchasing a mattress from Costco a few months ago, we learned quickly that it was a painful mistake. Literally! Thankfully we are able to return it and stopped by Mattress Firm today. My husband and I have been looking for a new mattress for over a year but had never quite had the experience we were hoping for. Roger at Mattress Firm changed that. We walked in on December 29th and he was quick to greet us. He worked with us to understand the type of mattress we prefer and spend well over half an hour trying different mattresses with us until we were confident in our selection. He never pushed us on price and instead focused solely on our comfort. We selected a mattress that was less expensive than we were planning, allowing for us to purchase an adjustable base and when we had questions on the one we were looking at, he was quick to find the answer. He was funny and kind and when we left, my husband made a comment about how great the experience was, which is a rarity.Additionally, our mattress was delivered this morning, just two days after our purchase. The installation team was prompt, kind, and efficient. They took our old mattress with them and were in and out in 20 minutes.We just woke up from a nap in our new bed and it was beautiful. Thank you to Roger and his peers for the great experience and the wonderful new mattress. We will definitely recommend you all in the future!

I took some time before writing this review to ensure I was satisfied. I am! This place is awesome! I got amazing help without any push. The gentleman worked with me within my budged and even let me come back a bit later after some thought and consideration, without trying to lock me in before I leave or anything. Adele did an amazing job! We went to 4 different mattress stores and a couple we found better deals on other brands of beds but her customer service and the very genuine reasons why we needed a nicer mattress made us come back to her, she asked about types of sleepers we were, back problems, snoring, ect...made us feel like she was trying to get us into the right mattress for us not just an expensive mattresses We ended up buying a tempur pedic bed from her, which are the same price everywhere but we left feeling like the money was worth it.
