My friend referred me to this place and they are friendly and honest. I had a quote for a engine replacement from another shop. I went to this shop and come to find out I did not need a motor just some bolts tightened that were loose. They saved me a ton of money and their honesty was impeccable.
Let the reviews do the talking!DO NOT GO HEREThey lie, they cheat. Owner and his wife are rude people. They are unprofessional. They didn’t realize I had a dash cam. They’ll cheat you out, try to get more money out of you.Don’t let this business get any money. They need to learn from their mistakes.Do not go.They’ll break your car than make you pay for it. They scam people.
Upset with the service preformed, spent hundreds for them to forget to completely put the car back together- resulting in it breaking down again. will not be coming back to a place with such little attention to detail
John got my car in the very next day of service.. He inspected my car and advised me of the problem and provided a labor and parts estimate. The work was finished as promised and met my price expections. Great place for repairs and friendly support. Thanks John.
I am so shocked by the level of care from this company. My sister had her transmission blow and they gave her a great quote and timeline it would be fixed. I understand things come up that raise the quote but to not inform her of how much it was going up? Over 2000$!! And that was after they took off the work they said they completed but they never did!!Do not go here! They lie, add on things that they dont do to your bill, not keep there timeline. And to do this to a small family trying to make ends meet.. just down right dirty company!! Do not trust them!!!
Look at the reviews go anywhere but here.Unprofessional wife & husband. Bad communication. Don’t go here.
They always use top notch parts. And never sell me something I dont need.
DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE.In fact, this business should no longer be here.I deal with auto shops a lot every week. I’ve never ever met a shop more unprofessional as this one.Comparing about their personal issues and life. Charged me. I will reporting this them as fraud.Going to BBB. They basically talk rude about their customers. And because I had bad service they said I’m not allowed to do that? I’m sorry but that’s literally the reasons for reviews! Don’t give bad service and it won’t come to this..
Poor quality of service, takes advantage of customers, rude staff, unprofessional, long diagnostic time and highly overpriced
Shady business practices, rude staff.
We were traveling back to our hometown and we got towed to automotive diagnostic. They were so helpful. They got to our vehicle right away and we’re really straightforward about what needed fixed and even offered to let us borrow a car to go to the nearest place to grab lunch while we waited. They even had a little area for kids to read, and crayons and coloring books. This place was just what we needed when we were stranded. Thanks guys. 🙂
Took my vehicle to 3 different shops for a diagnostic on my vehicle for a vibration that no one could figure out. This shop figured it out within 30minutes. Honest and trustworthy shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They now have mine and my family and friends business.
Great service! Great work. They worked on classic and new for me. Perfect job.
Where to begin. Automotive diagnostic center give you a free inspection of you vehicle. John and Kyle are probably two of the most honest people I have ever met. Integrity is just one of their core values. With my Ford Fiesta they change my timing belt and did some other stuff to it also. They ended up keeping my car a day longer. The first question I asked was how much for a rental. John let me know that they would be covering the rental charge. I informed him that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car for another two days, without hesitation John said they would also pay for the second day of my rental. I then took my wife car into the shop because we were smelling burnt oil. They discovered a leak and many other issues. We immediately decided to fix the issue. They also did a fantastic job fixing my wife vehicle. No extra fees or hidden expenses. We actually ended up paying less than originally estimated by almost $800. They have made life long regulars out of me and my wife. I hope you enjoy your experience too.
Great group of knowledgeable people who get the work done on time and at quoted price. If something gets discovered they stop working and call you so you are able to talk about the discovery. Always polite and courteous.
Customer for 1 year and six months. Overall work 55% good, 45% bad. Good with exhaust work, electrical. Spent a lot of money in this shop due to a rebuild, but owner/manager overcharges and seeks to get out of honoring warranties. Misdiagnosis of A/C twice. Did not honor warranty; added cost of $1000 elsewhere. Faulty ADC alternator destroyed my truck computer; added cost of $1500 elsewhere. Did not honor warranty. Overfill oil without using dipstick multiple times. Owner/manager’s warranty is designed for him not to give a confident warranty, profit$$. And all his warranty work must be done by his shop, suggesting you must rely on his shop’s diagnosis and subsequent charges. Added tow charges, botched work, some junk parts, some junk warranties. Did not honor AAA discount. Remember.
From my 3 year experience, I felt falsely assured by John, the owner, only to end up with work done incorrectly to be redone too often. He gave poor warranties, more expensive parts that failed frequently, and his cavalier attitude. He may do right by some customers, but I think he sizes up others that he can get away with gouging. Not all the mechanics are experienced. Make sure you get your AAA discount, and if John refuses, complain to AAA. Verify the warranty and if it includes towing and if there are any additional charges you might have to pay, like shop supplies you never got, or incidental additional products used, because John doesnt like the losses he must pay for the costs of doing business. He really does like you though.
This is the most honest place in the area. Quality work with reasonable prices. The shop is full service and the manager and techs are willing to step you into the work area and show you thier work.I will be a repeat customer!
They got me in ASAP and the work was done on time. So far so good, who could ask for more
Horrible customer service. Lady was rude.I think she was the owners wife.I wouldn’t suggest this shop for anyone.
BIGGEST RIP OFF WASTE OF MONEY EVER.Worst place Ive ever been to. Paid tons and tons of money for nothing. Beware he charges $140 for an hour of inspection and will get back to you saying he doesnt know what the problem is and that he needs more time which will be another $140. He inspected and never told us any idea of what the problem was.
Ive been bringing my car to this shop for 8+ years. John and his guys are always fair to me and willing to explain the details of my bill, the work that needs to be done, and why theyre doing it (but you do need to ask, as theyve been working on cars for a long time and can forget that laymen need a more simplified explanation). Whenever Ive had a problem with their work (which is rare) John just tells me to bring it back in and theyll take care of it. For example, a year ago, when they changed my brakes, they forgot to put a pin back in one of my centric rear brakes. It was rubbing on the wheel continuously, even when not braking, causing it to wear unevenly. I called them, took it back in, and they changed out the worn brake pad (making sure to put the pin in) and didnt charge me a cent.Another time, I had to bring my car in a couple of different instances because we couldnt quite get the issue down. It was the cooling fan, but what was wrong was a mystery. The first fix didnt work, so it was a faulty part that they had to replace. The second instance I took it in, they only charged me for the part (what they had to pay for the part, no mark up) and didnt charge me for labor. They can be pricey, but they do good work and I trust John. Their prices are competitive to other quality shops in the area, and they dont charge nearly what the dealer would (dont always trust the dealer either, as Ive had good and shoddy work from dealer shops). On my latest trip to AD, I had a tune up with belts and water pump replaced. I knew I had a passenger side grounding strap broken that needed replacing and I planned on doing it myself after I got my car back from them. Went under the car to do so after picking it up, and they had replaced it! Its not a very expensive part (~$25 from a MOPAR dealer) but just the fact that they noticed it, changed it, and didnt charge me for it, just further impresses me with them. There are bad ratings on here for AD and a few have a point, others are just being unrealistic. Use your best judgement when deciding where to go (dont just take my word for it, or anyone elses) and ask questions. If theyre not willing to answer you, show you the old parts from YOUR car (not just spare worn parts they keep for show), not willing to guarantee their work, or just seem down right shady, find another shop. From my experience, John and his guys are one of the best options in this area. But, again, dont just take my word for it.
Dropped my car off to get a rear main seal replaced. They found that the clutch and flywheel needed replaced along with a seal and slave cylinder in the tranny. No problem I said. However when I went to pick up the car, AFTER THEY TEST DROVE IT, it was pulling to the either side very hard and there was a clunk in the steering. These problems were nonexsitent before I dropped it off. Brought it back for them to check it out and it still pulls hard to the left and still clunks. They recommended I bring it to Les Schwab to get it aligned. They said they were running out of time to fix it themselves because they were working a half day going into Memorial Day weekend. Google requires 1 star minimum. I give them no stars. The $3k+ that I spent would have gone further and with better quality at a different shop. Potentially even the dealership.
We have successfully entrusted our cars to them for a couple of years now, and learned several important things about this company. Their integrity, expertise, honesty, fairness, intelligence, and perseverence define them. This team is the best car repair company we have ever dealt with. - The Mayer Family
Great place! They are honest and fair. We have been using them sine 2004 for all of our vehicle needs.
These guys are great. Im a forever customer!
Friendly, good customer service. Does good wook. No nonsense, Straight forward.
I have been coming to this shop for over 5 years and I have always been very happy with the work they do. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past so I am glad I found a shop that I can trust.
Wonderful
These guys can find & fix the issues that other shops scratch their heads (and drain you wallet) over - and I even come here for the little things - like oil changes for ALL my vehicles - BMW, Chevy SUV, and Freightliner motorhome!
Horrible. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before letting these guys work on your vehicle
I made an appointment here for today at 215 and they told me that I cant bring my car in because two guys were out n they were too busy.
John and his staff go beond themselves only place my family goes and if they cant do they will help
