Timely and helpful in getting us the wipers we’ve been trying to find for months in AK

I purchased some mats for my Subaru and Roy Robinson had them shipped in a few days and sent me emails all along the way so I knew when they would arrive. Speedy, friendly, information! Thank you!

Unfortunately the plastic part of the rack that holds the clamps is cracked. I will need to return these.

Everyone in the service and parts department has a positive and professional demeanor. Their customer service is excellent. They are speedy and ensure they explain things in laymen terms. They have free beverages and popcorn, too! The reason Im giving 4 stars is their kids corner kiddo play room. It needs some significant love that room. It had small pieces of broken and sharp toys everywhere - choking hazard! The toys were mis-match and frustrating for the kids to even use. Books missing pages and torn apart. Things crooked on the wall. The child chairs were warped. It was not pleasant for the kiddos and certainly unsafe. Feedback was provided and the staff seemed receptive. I truly hope this area is fixed!

I have ordered from them numerous times, and everything has been good. That says a lot right there.

Very nice people, they have air conditioning, coffee and tv if youre waiting for an oil change (comes with wash and vacuum) it felt fancy, they bring your car into the showroom garage for service

Was great just to drive up and turn the Subaru Forester over to have it serviced while I had some popcorn and read a book.
