Napa has many parts in stocks that no one else has. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help locate small parts that otherwise could be near impossible if your vision is impared. Great store for sure .

The workers at this location were very helpful. I needed my truck scanned bc a check engine light came on and they were happy to help.

Ordered some lateral link bushings for a Subaru. Asked a couple of times to make sure they had the lateral link bushing. They ordered them. Cost was 75 bucks for two. They were the control arm bushings. Went right down the road to oriellys and got both of the lateral arms for the same damn price. And guy behind the counter was a complete jackass. Dont waste you time or money at this store.

Always seems like these folks, all NAPA stores from VA to LA to Wa, got to know you or something before you get good assistance. If you already know what you want with the exact factory or OEM part number and dont mind the prices youre good to go. If you need to talk about it stick to Google and the other chain stores.

I love the fact that Napa carries so many American made parts. Ive been going there for years. Everyone that has ever helped me has been very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. I strongly recommend this store!

Said they had my part. Confirmed the description and specifics three times over the phone. Drove several miles to get it, in the middle of a job. Didnt have the part after all. Not very friendly either.

Old dude spend good 5 minutes looking at computer real slowly and then gave me wrong relay and accusing that I was wrong.

The guy flat put told me he would not order the parts i needed so i went to arlington napa and spent my $600 there and will never shop at marysville napa again.

This NAPA is great their prices are the lowest of any NAPA around, and the staff is great.

Very knowledgeable and helpful with hard to find parts, they actually know how to use the old books and flip pages to find what you need, and if you dont know the year, make and model because something has been changed they will figure it out!
