We were hit by a rock in Montana on a road trip. When we got back home to Washington I looked up windshield replacement in our area. There were several, but most were booked out and one nation wide company would not come out to our home. Curt responded to my inquiry within a couple hours, ordered the windshield and had it replaced in three days time at our house. Great communication and very nice install. I have a HUD in my car so the windshield was not an ordinary install. It took him about 30 minutes to do. He worked with my insurance so all I had to do was pay him my deductable and he took care of billing insurance. Could not ask for better service.

Curt replaced 3 windshields for me on the same visit and did an excellent job.He has decades of experience vs. a lot of larger competitors who use less experienced technicians.His price was very fair, and it was done right in my driveway with top quality materials. I also didnt have the hassle of jockeying vehicles to another location and back again.I requested the quote initially in the evening of Easter Sunday, not expecting a response until Monday. He got back to me within an hour with pricing!At the same time, I also requested a quote from another glass company that advertises on Google. Still have yet to get a response from them.One of the windows unfortunately had a manufacturing defect that was no fault of Curts, and was not readily noticeable when it was installed. I noticed it later that evening, and gave him a call. He answered immediately and made arrangements to get it changed out for me.Great experience, I will definitely use him the next time I need a window replaced.

Amazing service! I wanted a new chip on my 3 week old RAV4 fixed asap because I was afraid the oncoming heat wave would make it travel across the windshield. Curt was able to fit me into his schedule before the heat wave hit, giving me advice to keep it clean beforehand, and have it fixed within half an hour of showing up. It was a small chip, about the size of a quarter in length, but if he hadnt helped me out so quickly, it couldve traveled across the windshield requiring a windshield replacement. Excellent service and communication. He arrived on time. I had my vehicle half in the garage and half out, up on stands and not able to move it. Even though he didn’t have the best space to work around, he made it work. He was kind, friendly and professional. He was done quick and even applied primer to protect the body from scrapes a previous glass installer made. The next day I noticed a crack in my panoramic roof and he helped me include it on the same claim as my windshield so that I didn’t have to pay another deductible. He came back the following week and replaced the roof glass as well. I would definitely use him again!!

A rock cracked the windshield on my wifes Porsche and every quote was at least $75 higher than Repairs R US Auto Glass. The window was replaced in our driveway and we couldnt be more grateful. Not only did he clean up so no one would know the car was worked on... he even found the source of an annoying sound in our speakers due to a faulty fuse in the rear view mirror of all places. I called this company 3 separate times and only received a text back after my 2nd call. He did not respond from Thursday to Monday. I asked him multiple times if he had availability- if he didn’t he could have just told me. Instead, he finally responded with putting me on his schedule for Tuesday at 11:00am. I cleared my work schedule to be home for the service. At 10:55am he told me he has to replace the alternator on his van. I asked if he would still be coming to fix my windshields and I received no response whatsoever. All I ask is to give me the respect of communication and let me know what you can or cannot do. This is the second windsheild Ive had replaced with Curt. Hes a phenomenal person in general! Really great guy. Very friendly and respectable. I have yet to find anywhere else that has the knowledge and quality of work he can do. And Curt is extremely fast! Ive seen other companies in the area install windsheilds that eventually led to leaks and other problems. But with curt and repair r us I never once had a problem. He even taught me a a few things that get over looked when installing windsheilds and back glass. The second replacement was not from his previous installation but from trail riding out in the woods. I hit a branch so hard it shattered literally half my windsheild and i had to drive my truck for over a month and a half like that and not once did water ever seep into the cab because of the way he and only him glues the windsheild. Youll never find another entire company that can do the quality work along with how fast and friendly just this one guy can do by himself. I highly recommend if you do not want to worry or stress about a leaky windsheild or sunroof or back glass thatll cause electrical issues later on in your vehicle! Oh and he does all glass too! Not just windsheilds.

Was expecting exemplary service per reviews. Saw an old white unmarked Chevy Astro van driving by looking for my address. He did the job while I was doing some repairs to my son in laws car.When he was done he came over to where I was and said the job was done. I glanced at my windshield, and it looked fine walking by quickly. I paid him and he left. It was a couple days later I was looking at things more carefully. I then noticed plastic hammer marks on my plastic molding.I saw scratches through the paint between the glass, and body in the valley at the top of the windshield. Some of the rubber on the molding was not positioned properly on one side. I also notice molding on the right side was not popped in place all the way. I gently pulled on it and noticed it was cracked underneath when it was pulled off by him.Instead of fessing up, he never mentioned a thing. Tried calling a few days later letting him know there were issues he created. But have not heard a back.I realized that the guy that came was not the same guy as in the pictures. I was expecting the Curt shown in the picture. I had this windshield replaced 3 days after Christmas. So maybe his son was the one that showed up. He claimed he was Curt when setting up the appointment.I was expecting a good experience from Repairs R Us Auto Glass........ But it did not turn out that way. I knew the price was too good to be true.I got my money back with a dispute resolution with my credit card company. This was because of bad workmanship by Repairs R Us. Please dont fall for the good reviews. Dont be like me...........

I called for a windshield replacement on my 2014 Camaro, the price was substantial less than the other two quotes I obtained. The windshield was ordered immediately and the replacement was scheduled, all during a five minute call. On replacement day I watched the work and as a 38 year craftsman I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism displayed. I asked about a repair for my 2020 Jeep windshield that I was sure had to be replaced but was surprised when I was told he could fix it without replacement.Both jobs look great and I won’t go anywhere else for future work with all of my families vehicle windshield repairs or replacement needs. I had a crack on the driver side windshield from a rock on the highway coming home from work at night. I called this place Wednesday morning and asked if I can get the replacement done the same day. Kurt said yes with no hesitation. He asked me the normal Q&A to get some information and he got the new windshield and was at my home by around 4pm. His service was exceptional. Upon inspection of the windshield, there was a condensation sensor in my cracked windshield so he could not do the replacement that day (entirely my fault for giving the wrong information). So we set a schedule for Saturday (I had work for Thursday and Friday). Kurt shows up in Saturday at around 9:30 and proceeds to change my windshield. During the process, he lets me know the dos and donts in what I need to do when the install is completed. Kurt has great customer service and he asked if I wanted to be part of the install. I accepted his offer and it was a great experience. The price is great compared to Safelite and other glass companies. I would recommend this place to anyone 110%!
