The staff is exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable of the products they sell as well as most any other product that you may bring to them for service. I have always been given top notch service. I plan on my lawn mower lasting a long time but I will always go back for repair work and when it comes time for my next purchase.

In February I bought a hedge trimmer from your company and I initially gave it to my hubby for his birthday. Funny thing is I liked it more and have used it more than him! Took my generator to them for some repair before the expected ice storm. Brought it in around 9:00am just when they opened and they had it fixed and ready at 12:40 when they called for me to pick it up. That is great service. I got it home and it started with one pull. I was thrilled. I will definitely bring any other engines to them for repair. Great service by great people.

I called ahead to see if they had a particular part for my mower engine that I needed and they did, so I went and got it. Service was fast and the price was better than a lot of online shops. Gentleman was also very friendly. Will be going back they have anything else I need.

Went in the store looking for a chainsaw and really dont have a clue about what would be best. After talking to the guys and explaining what I was looking for. I ended up with a Husqvarna Rancher. They walked me through the saw filled it up and made sure it ran right. The saw is awesome and wont shop any where else for my outdoor equipment needs.

Terrible place to have zero turn lawnmowers worked on. I have been back SEVERAL times with the same problems with my TITAN mowers and they have charged me at the least $400 everytime my mowers stay in Procos shop. They get it running and send it away. Within the same week my mower wont crank. Absolutely poor service. Rip offs!!

I recently purchased a Husqvarna garden tractor from this outstanding sales and service center! After many months of researching garden tractors (green, yellow and orange) I decided on the Husky because of product reviews and the very good pricing. I learned from input that box store mowers may not be the best route to go. Therefore I wanted to buy from a sales and service center dealership. My first visit was “a just looking around visit”. Well, I met the NEW owner and staff and felt like I was in the right place. Their interactions with me were so welcoming I knew that that day was the day to purchase the products. Ive been working with Proco for about 5 years now and I have always been absolutely thrilled with them. They are super knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of service Ive received consistently blows me away. Try comparing to the local Lowes, who might have 30 people walking around at any given time but most of them dont even know where to find stock or what their stock even does (and thats if you can even get one of them to acknowledge you). The contrast is vast considering Proco has dropped off a freaking mower at my house just so I could take it for a spin on my own property before buying it. I love this place.

The guys at proco are really good guys they helped me out this morning and I was in a pickle because I had a tree I had to cut today and my chainsaw was acting up and Barry got it straight for me and the tree is history now and I appreciate those guys!!!!!

I have been to this business 3 times all three times my wait was 45 minutes or longer. The products are good however the customer service is awful. After 45 minutes with two customers standing at the counter you would think they would say at least I will be with you shortly... nothing. Taking my business to Eden Lawnmower they answer the phone and help me when I walk in. Eden let’s me know they want my business. If you go to Proco pack you lunch and take the day off work.

Customer service is pretty much non existent. Owners are nice people but one can hardly get any help. They could care less if they help you or not. I have had to walkout cause they just didnt want to help me. Has potential to be such a great business but lack of initiative and motivation just turns me away. Dont ever try and call. If you get someone to answer or call you back, you better play mega millions that night cause you are very very lucky!! I guess they have made their money and are just waiting for retirement, only thing I can think of cause any other business couldnt survive one day like this! I really hate to leave a review like this, really!! I think they are great people but business is not good!

Was wanting detail information towards zero turn mowers not ever owning one, and Brian one of the owners took the time to educate me and showing pros and cons of the Toro and the husqvarna models, never try to sell me either during a couple of visits to talk to them, after shopping around I went back spoke to Brian with more questions and decided to purchase mower from him. Great guy took a lot of time helping me. Will continue to do business with him going forwards. Recommend these people, great to work with.

If you have a lot of time on your hands, and nothing better to do, go stand around the counter at Proco. Ive been in there 4 times, only got what I came for once. I fixed a warranty issue on a saw myself, because this was the repair facility listed.Its far less frustrating to learn repair, and do it yourself, than have to deal with these guys. Do yourself a favor, skip this one.

This SW4200 felt like it had 4 wheel drive. It could climb like one of my goats and did not skip a beat.Pros: Features, Easy To Use, Exceeded Expectations, Id Buy It AgainCons: No Air ConditionA special thanks to Brian at Proco who introduced me to this new model ...
