Help Mates was on time to pick me up and kept me posted on traffic delays that may have delayed them. They were very professional, great driving, polite, compassionate. I felt very comfortable with them to get me to my appointment. Thank yall so much for your services.

Very rude to my mother when picked up for her appointment. Mind you she had an appointment to see about a mass on her brain. After her appointments her and my sister were LEFT in Roanoke even though my mother just said the lady was just up there. Now theyre having to wait almost an hour for anyone to even come get them. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND
